Mr. Polson has served as Chief Accounting Officer of PSI since August 2002. Prior to being appointed Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Polson served as Controller for PSI since June 1997. From June 1995 until joining PSI, Mr. Polson served as Controller for Columbia Healthcare Network, a risk-bearing physician health organization. From May 1992 until June 1995, Mr. Polson served as an internal audit supervisor for HCA.

Mr. Howard has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PSI since September 2005, when he joined after a decade at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis. While at Waller Lansden, Mr. Howard focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and corporate governance issues. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Howard worked with Bradley, Arant, Rose & White. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Alabama Bar Associations.

Gregg T. Schimmel, Ph.D., CEAP works primarily with adults and older adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, stress-related health conditions (such as headaches, hypertension, GI disturbances), and major life transitions (such as separation and divorce, relocation, job changes). He also counsels individuals, couples, and families with active alcohol and substance use problems, as well as other addictive behaviors (such as internet use, gambling, etc.) who need assistance in preventing relapse, enhancing recovery, or addressing co-dependency and adult child issues. Dr. Schimmel is experienced in stress, anger, and anxiety management, biofeedback and relaxation training, communication and assertiveness skill building, and conflict resolution with couples and families. In addition, he is experienced in conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Schimmel generally uses a short-term, cognitive-behavior therapy approach geared toward identifying and changing self-defeating thought and behavior patterns, reducing symptoms, and resolving problems. In addition, he uses a brief psychodynamic approach for trauma and victim recovery issues, family-of-origin exploration, and personal growth, as well as a systems approach for resolving marital and family difficulties. Dr. Schimmel is available to companies for consultation regarding development, implementation, and delivery of employee assistance, health promotion, and managed mental health programs. He is also available to business and community groups for workshops and presentations on stress management, smoking cessation, chemical dependency, critical incident stress debriefings, and other areas of interest and experience. Dr. Schimmel received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delaware. He completed internship training at the VA Medical Center and a post-doctoral fellowship in Preventive/Behavioral Medicine at The Methodist Hospital Institute for Preventive Medicine, both in Houston, Texas. Dr. Schimmel is licensed to practice psychology in the State of Washington. Dr. Schimmel is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. Dr. Schimmel also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and Other Substance Use Disorders, granted by the American Psychological Association College of Professional Psychology. He was also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional between 1995 and 2001. Dr. Schimmel currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Fairfax Hospital and is a Past President of the Allied Health Professional Staff (1993-94). He also served as Executive Board Secretary of the Washington State Psychological Association (1990-93). Dr. Schimmel is affiliated with a number of preferred provider, health maintenance, and managed care organizations, as well as employee assistance programs in the Seattle area. He has been in private practice since 1985 and co-founded Sammamish Valley Psychological Services in 1990.

Dr. Wang provides an international perspective with an eye to the Eastern understanding of life and its challenges. He is particularly gifted in his communication with families, children and adolescents. He finds his work with families and children rewarding and challenging, and invites discussion to facilitate his interventions and recommendations.

Mr. Dill has served as a Director since August 2005. He became CEO of the East Division of Fresnius Medical Care upon completion of its acquisition of Renal Care Group. Mr. Dill joined Renal Care Group, Inc in 1996 and served as Assistant Vice President. Mr. Dill, who is a certified public accountant, began his career as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Dr. Riabova has experience in major areas of psychiatry. Her main areas of interest include bipolar disorder, autism, Asperger's syndrome, developmental disorders, OCD, Tourette's syndrome, eating disorders and women's issues. She is interested in multi-cultural aspects of mental illnesses and provides a supportive and attentive atmosphere. She has experience in internal medicine and is ready to work with severely disabled populations.
