Steven Toon joined Falcon Gas Storage Company as Chief Financial Officer in August 2001 after serving as a senior financial officer for several public and private companies. His positions included: Vice President Finance of Online Energy Solutions, a venture capital investment subsidiary of EOG Resources, Inc.; CFO of XCL, Ltd., an AMEX-listed exploration and production company, and CFO of a privately held truck leasing company. From 1976 to 1993, Mr. Toon held various positions in the energy industry including Vice President Finance and Treasurer at United Energy Resources and United Gas Pipeline. He began is career as an energy lending officer at Bank of America. Mr. Toon is a CPA who earned a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University Fullerton and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.

Keith Chandler, Senior Vice President of Earth Sciences for Falcon Gas Storage Company, has 47 years of experience as a petroleum exploration and exploitation geologist. He is responsible for the geologic evaluation of Falcon's storage development projects and planning for the optimum development of the company's gas storage reservoirs. Mr. Chandler has served in senior management positions with Williams Exploration Company and Sandefer Oil and Gas Company. After beginning his oil and gas career in 1956 as an exploration geologist with Stanolind Oil & Gas (now Amoco), he held various exploration and exploitation geologist positions with Seagull Energy E & P and Prairie Producing Company.

Lowell Thronson is the Vice President of Construction and Engineering for Falcon Gas Storage Company. Prior to joining Falcon, Mr. Thronson was the founder and principal engineer of TECORP International, PLLC which provided front end development planning and engineering for numerous natural gas storage and oil and gas projects around the world including the following underground natural gas storage projects and related pipeline facilities: Starks, Lodi Gas Storage, Wild Goose Gas Storage, Moss Bluff, Egan, Jefferson Island and Falcon's Hill-Lake, Worsham-Steed, MoBay and Wyckoff Gas Storage projects. From 1983 to 2001, Mr. Thronson was the founder, president and chief executive officer of Thronson Engineering Corporation and Thronson Internationacional de Venezuela, C.A. (TIVENCA) where he provided engineering, operations managment, planning and project development for the domestic and international oil and gas production, processing and petrochemical industries. From 1978 to 1992, Mr. Thronson was the president and general manager of Houston Process Design, Inc., a facilities engineering services company. Mr. Thronson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Thronson received an Honorable Discharge from service with the United States Army, Airborne. Mr. Thronson is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas in Petroleum and Natural Gas Sciences.

Thomas Wynne is Vice President of Land, responsible for Falcon Gas Storage Company's land acquisition and land administration programs. Prior to joining the company in 2000, he was a Title Attorney with the Law Offices of Grayson Davis where he prepared title opinions for oil and gas clients including Coastal Oil & Gas, Phillips Petroleum and other large and mid-sized independents. From 1980 to 1996, Mr. Wynne worked as an independent attorney/landman performing land and lease acquisitions and mineral title research for various oil and gas exploration companies as well as for Tejas Power Corporation related to its natural gas storage projects. His clients included Conoco, Phillips Petroleum, Sandefer Oil & Gas, Superior Oil, Shell Oil, Tejas Power Corporation and Union Pacific Resources. Mr. Wynne earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979 and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976.
