Familymeds Group Inc.

James A. Bologa joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer on April 13, 2006. Prior to that, since 2004, Mr. Bologa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Daticon, Inc., a privately held company, providing electronic document management conversion services. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Bologa served as Vice President and Controller of TranSwitch Corporation (Nasdaq: TXCC), a communications semiconductor company. Prior to working for TranSwitch Corporation, beginning in 2000, Mr. Bologa served as Chief Financial Officer of Katerra Corporation, a privately held company developing internet gaming software. Mr. Bologa, a certified public accountant, began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Bologa has a B.S. in Accounting from Elmira College. He is a member of the New York State Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As vice president of retail marketing and advertising, Ms. Patterson oversees marketing programs across the company. Additionally, she is responsible for Familymeds integrated store level marketing and advertising efforts including branding, communications, and public relations. Prior to coming to Familymeds, Inc. in 1990, Ms. Patterson's began her career at Lifetouch National School Studios as a sales representative and photographer. There she achieved the top sales growth award in her territory. Ms. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University. She volunteers for various civic and charitable organizations, which has included Junior Achievement, We are the Children, Scouts Pack 32 and Troup 17, and the Newington Hockey League.

Mr. Ferranti joins the Company with 18 years of computer technology and business management experience and a proven history of accomplishments in systems architecture, development and network integration and operations. Mr. Ferranti most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for SourceOne, Inc., a provider of fulfillment, document management and marketing services tailored to the financial services industry. Prior to this, Mr. Ferranti served as SourceOne Vice President and Chief Information Officer where he was responsible for the Company information technology, client service architecture and call center operations. Mr. Ferranti is a Certified Network Engineer and earned his BS in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University.
