Christopher O Donnell currently serves as the Company s President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Company s Board of Directors. Mr. O Donnell has served in several capacities since joining the Company in February 1998, including as Vice President of Teaching and Learning from February 1998 to June 2002, as Senior Vice President of Operations from June 2002 to January 2006, as Executive Vice President of Operations from January 2006 to January 2007, and as Chief Operating Officer since January 2007. Mr O Donnell was promoted to the offices of President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O Donnell was Vice President of Product Development for Pencom International, a producer of training products for restaurant and hotel operators. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. O Donnell was the operating partner in Premier Ventures, a high volume restaurant located in Denver, Colorado.

Christopher joined Famous Dave’s in January 1998, and has held the positions of VP, Human Resources, as well as Senior VP Operations and EVP, Operations. Christopher has overall responsibility for Company Operations, Franchise Operations, and Franchise Relationships. Prior to Famous Dave's of America, O’Donnell was the Vice President of Development for Pencom International in Denver, Colorado. From 1982 to 1997, O’Donnell was the operations partner in Premier Ventures—a high volume restaurant company in Denver, Colorado.

Ms. Purcel has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company since November 19, 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Purcel served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paper Warehouse, Inc., a publicly held chain of retail stores specializing in party supplies and paper goods, from 2002 until September 2003, during which time that company filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. While she was with Paper Warehouse, she also served as its Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 1999 to 2002. Over the course of her career, Ms. Purcel has held financial and accounting positions with Provell, Inc (formerly Damark International, Inc.) and Target Corporation (formerly Dayton Hudson Corporation). Ms. Purcel is a certified public accountant who spent five years with the firm of Arthur Andersen in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Lisa A. Kro joined Goldner Hawn Private Equity in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer and became a Managing Director in 2005. Prior to joining Goldner Hawn she was at KPMG LLP, an international public accounting firm from 1987-2004, where she was an audit partner. Ms. Kro also serves on the board of a privately held company.

Aric Nissen joined Famous Daves of America, Inc in January 2009 as Vice President of Marketing and R&D. Mr. Nissen brings over 15 years of brand management and marketing expertise to the company where his job includes leading a team of marketing professionals, creative agencies, and culinary talent. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Nissen was Vice President of Brand Marketing for Dairy Queen where he worked for seven years. His accomplishments include increasing awareness and achieving large sales gains for the signature “Blizzard” brand and overseeing menu strategy for more than 5,600 Dairy Queen® locations and approximately 400 Orange Julius® locations across North America. Mr. Nissen began his career as a graphic designer and was a principle in the firm Design Time. He has led marketing efforts for the Country Kitchen and Leeann Chin restaurant chains. Mr. Nissen has appeared on television with Food Network and with Donald Trump as a guest judge on NBC’s The Apprentice. His marketing efforts have been featured in publications including Nation’s Restaurant News, Restaurant Business, USA Today, and Brandweek. In 2009 Mr. Nissen was named a “Forty under 40” honoree by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Mr. Nissen is active in professional associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Marketing Executives Group (MEG) of the National Restaurant Association. He holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Ben Welshons joined Famous Dave's in it's infancy in May of 1997 and while with FDA, has held the subsequent positions of General Manager, Area Director and most recently, Director of Operations. As Vice President of Company Operations, Ben will have responsibility for all Company restaurants, Operations Services, Corporate Catering/Off-site sales, as well as the Famous Dave's traveling Rib Team. Ben has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, successfully working with independent operators as well as publicly held companies. Immediately prior to joining Famous Dave's, Ben worked for Ground Round Inc., as a multi-unit supervisor overseeing and working with both Company and Franchise restaurants in the Upper Midwest.

Clark Grant has been the Controller at Famous Dave's of America, Inc. since April 2004 and most recently was promoted to Vice President of Finance in January 2006. Prior to Famous Dave's, Mr. Grant worked on special projects at Granite City Food and Brewery from January 2003 to March 2004, and at Buffets, Inc. from 1984 to 2002. Clark began his career at Buffets as the Controller in 1984. He was subsequently promoted to Treasurer in May of 1986, Vice President of Finance in January 1991, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration in December 1994, and Senior Vice President in March 1998. From 1977 to 1984, Clark held a variety of positions with Pizza Ventures, Inc., Godfather's Pizza Franchises, and Pizza Hut.

Jackie Kane Ottoson joined Famous Daves of America, Inc. in August 2008 as Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for the overall Human Resources and Training and Development functions within the organization. Prior to joining Famous Daves, Ms. Ottoson held positions in human resources management, including senior HR management roles with McKesson Medication Management, Caremark Rx, Deluxe Corporation, and Bon Secours Health Corporation. As a member of the senior leadership teams, her primary responsibilities included leadership, integration and strategic direction of human resources, health, safety and facilities functions for thousands of employees in a variety of industries. Ms. Ottoson holds a B.S. degree in management from St. Cloud State University and has completed credits toward a M.S. in business from John Hopkins University. Ms. Ottoson also holds her SPHR certification.

Jeffrey Abramson came to Famous Dave's in November of 2008, with nearly 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including extensive experience in purchasing, supply chain management and contract negotiations. Jeff began his career in food service operations with United Airlines in 1990, before serving as a Purchasing Agent for United Airlines world headquarters from 1995 to 1999. After spending a year as Director of Purchasing for the Rainforest Cafe chain, Jeff joined BUCA, Inc., a Minneapolis-based casual dining concept, in 2001. Jeff spent the last seven-plus years at BUCA, where he rose to the rank of Vice President of Purchasing.

Jim Murphy, Vice President of Franchise Operations has been with Famous Dave’s since April, 2005. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Murphy served as a Franchise Business Consultant at Famous Dave’s. In that role, he developed productive and collaborative relationships with franchisees assigned to him, and developed systems and processes that have strengthened the support provided to all franchise partners. As Vice President of Franchise Operations, he will have increased responsibility for supporting the operations of franchise partners with services and consultations. Prior to joining Famous Dave’s, Mr. Murphy worked for 20 years at Buffets Inc., most recently as Vice President of Operations.

Dave Anderson is the founder of Famous Dave's of America, the legendary BBQ franchise, with over 170 restaurants and growing. Voted the "Hottest Restaurant Concept in America" by Nation's Restaurant News, Famous Dave's has received unprecedented recognition. From 1991 to 1995, Richard L. Monfort served as Group Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of ConAgra Red Meats division, which had approximately $8 billion in annual pork and beef sales. From September 1995 to the present, Mr. Monfort has been engaged in the management of various private business and investment interests, including acting as managing partner of the Hyatt Grand Champions Hotel in Palm Springs, California, and being an owner of the Hilltop Steakhouse in Boston, Massachusetts and a partner in the Montera Cattle Company. Since 1997, Mr. Monfort has served as Vice Chairman of the Colorado Rockies, a professional baseball team. Committee: Audit.

K. Jeffrey Dahlberg has served as Chairman of the Company s Board of Directors since December 2003. Mr. Dahlberg also serves as President of Sugarloaf Ventures, Inc. a business development and investment firm. Mr. Dahlberg, who co-founded Grow Biz International, Inc. in 1990, served as its Chairman from inception until March 2000 and as its Chief Executive Officer from 1999 until March 2000.

David Goronkin was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Famous Dave's of America in August 2003. Prior to Famous Dave's, Mr. Goronkin served as Chief Operating Officer since August 2000, Director since October of 2000, and as Executive Vice President of Operations with Buffets, Inc. since October 1996. David was formerly Vice President of Operations with HomeTown Buffet Inc., prior to HomeTown Buffets' merger with Buffets, Inc. Mr. Goronkin began his career with HomeTown Buffet in May 1994 and held a variety of operations-related positions. From 1984 through 1994, David held a variety of positions with Chi-Chi's Mexican Restaurants, TGI Friday's and Godfather's Pizza.

Appointed as a director in March 2003, Dean A. Riesen has been Managing Partner of Rimrock Capital Partners, LLC and Riesen & Company, LLC since 2001, both real estate investment entities. Riesen also serves as a member of Meridian Bank, N.A.’s Board of Directors and Chairman of its Audit Committee. Previously, Mr. Riesen served as Chief Financial Officer of Carlson Holdings, Inc. (parent of Carlson Companies, Inc. and T.G.I. Friday’s, Inc.) from 1999-2001. Mr. Riesen was also President & CEO of Tonkawa, Inc. from 1999-2001 and President, CEO, and General Partner of Carlson Real Estate Company from 1985-2001. Mr. Riesen served on Carlson Companies’ Investment Committee from 1989-1999. Mr. Riesen was a member of Thomas Cook Holdings LTD (U.K.) Board of Directors and a member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Riesen is also Vice Chairman of the Cornell College Board of Trustees.
