Burton D. Farbman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Farbman Group, has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate. Founded in 1976, Farbman Group is involved in real estate development, asset management, property management, disposition of investment properties, consulting, finance, institutional sales, land acquisition, construction, and the leasing and sale of office, retail and industrial facilities.

Mr. Goldstone specializes in the Commercial Leasing/Sales and Hospitality Sales Division of the brokerage department of the Farbman Group. Mr. Goldstone has been involved in the sale of a variety of types or real estate, including office buildings, prime commercial vacant land, hotels, industrial buildings, and shopping centers. Current clients that Mr. Goldstone is involved with include Rite Aide, Extended Stay America/Studio Plus, Loeks-Star Partners (Sony Entertainment), Cendent Corporation, and Standard Federal Bank-ABN/AMRO.

William Bubniak joined NAI Farbman in January 1988 and is currently a Senior Vice President with the firm. He oversees the Investment Sales Division of the Brokerage Department and specializes in institutional investment sales. Bill specializes in the sale of investment and turnaround properties and structuring sales of buildings for user/buyers to purchase for their own businesses. Bill has been involved in the sale of a variety of types of real estate including office buildings, net leased transactions, hotels, industrial buildings, shopping centers and apartment projects.

Initially entering the real estate market with a broad background in design construction and development, Glenn has recently added real estate acquisitions to his portfolio to complete his skill set.

Sharon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her clients at NAI Farbman. In the real estate industry since 1984 and with NAI Farbman for nine years, Sharon has developed strong client relationships resulting in repeat business and multiple site locations for her clients. Sharon provides both landlord and tenant representation services. Saron brings her energy, persistence and attention to detail, integrity and loyalty to her clients and to each transaction.

Mrs. Schnell has been with Farbman Group since 1999 and is responsible for marketing and advertising for the commercial side of the Farbman Group. She creates and develops all marketing campaigns for the company. Mrs. Schnell is the creator and editor of our quarterly real estate magazine. She is also responsible for creating and maintaining newspaper and Internet advertising as well as processing press releases for magazines and newspapers. In addition, Mrs. Schnell and her staff design and create publications including brochures, newsletters and proposals; as well as floor plans, centralized site maps, demographics and photography for the surrounding areas. She works along side the brokers to develop and maintain a sufficient advertising budget for each property. Mrs. Schnell has experience in all areas of Marketing, Advertising, Design and Graphic Arts software.

Mrs. Pietryga has over 11 years experience in Corporate Services and sales for large institution accounts. Most recently, she has been working with NAI Farbman's Corporate Services Division as an Account Manager handling market research, lease negotiations, property acquisition/disposition, and transaction financial proforma data as well as Opinion of Value for clients.

Bunia is currently responsible for over 2 Million Square Feet in the CBD. He is the Director of Leasing for the Penobscot Building, the First National Building, and Cadillac Tower. Bunia also has international business experience and started a non-profit organization in Ghana, Africa. He is also an entrepreneur who started a retail business in General Motors World Headquarters in Downtown Detroit.

Todd joined NAI Farbman in September 2001 and is currently a Senior Associate. Todd works directly with the investment sales division of the Brokerage department and specializes in developmental land and income producing investement and turnaround properties, free-standing buildings and structuring sales for user & buyer. Todd's ability to identify the buyer is another key to his success rate with assignments.

Todd Szymczak is a Multi-Housing Investment Sales Specialist with the Investment Sales Division of NAI Farbman. Todd has been involved in the valuation, marketing, and sales of multi-family properties. His areas of expertise encompass the evaluation and disposition of garden style apartment communities, low-income housing, mobile home parks, and student housing communities. Todd's involvement with the Investment Sales Group has been with a number of institutional clients including: GMACCM, CW Capital, Crown Life Insurance Company, GE Capital, Charter One (Citizens) Bank, and a variety or individuals and partnerships. Todd is highly proficient in Argus and other investment modeling software.
