Chris LeBlanc chris@leblancfamilyinsurance.com - Manager - grew up in the Edmond Community. He went to school at Edmond Memorial High School and graduated in 1992. He was a standout basketball player that eventually landed a scholarship to attend Texas A&M University. After finishing his basketball career, he came back to the University of Central Oklahoma to complete his degree in Business Management. He married his high school sweetheart Jeannie Alexander and now they have two beautiful children: Kamber and Korbyn. Upon graduating, Chris started an insurance agency in Norman. He was a captive agent with Farmers Insurance Group. After working with Farmers for 5 years, Chris decided to sell his agency in Norman and start an independant agency in Edmond. He was given a chance to be back home, in the communicaty he grew up in. Chris has had his independent agency since 2002. One of the main reasons Chris left Farmers was not having the best rates possible for his clients. As an independent agent, Chris is able to move clients to different companies if one becomes uncompetitive or experiences a rate increase. This is what created the slogan "We'll Shop The Best Rate For You." This is what gives independent agents a competitive advantage over the competition (Farmers, State Farm, Allstate, & others). Elected to the board January 2007. Butler is President of Farmers and Merchants Bank a "sister" bank with a common ownership since 1991. He is graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Banking and the University of Nebraska School of Commercial Lending. In 2006 Butler was named President of the Missouri Independent Bankers Association. He and his wife Connie have raised three children and are long time residents of the St. Clair area.

A Partner in Monahans since 1977, Tony has been a Director of Monahans Financial Services since its formation in 1999. Tony is acknowledged as a leading Tax Planning specialist with a particular leaning towards capital taxes and trusts. He is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and is a specialist in dealing with Lloyds Underwriters and Farmers. Tony is married with 2 sons and his many interests include classic cars, classical music, theatre and travel.

In 1971 after completing college and three years in the military, including a tour in Vietnam, Doug Harness decided to follow his father's footsteps as an agent for Farmers and build his own insurance agency. After almost 6 years as an Agency Owner, Doug decided to pursue a different career path and became a district manager for Farmers in April 1977. Now 35 years later, Doug has built one of the most successful district manager operations in the Farmers Insurance organization with 33 Agency Owners in 25 office locations throughout the metropolitan Portland area. Doug is proud that he has qualified for a number of awards in the Farmers organization including 5 prestigious President's Council selections. But, he is most proud of the people in his district that have achieved personal and financial success in building their own insurance agencies. During his free time, Doug enjoys running, gardening and traveling.

Heather joined the Sams & Associates team in 2007 as a Property adjuster after two years with Farmers and six years with State Farm.A At State Farm she worked both in auto claims and in homeownera s property claims.A She has also handled Cat duty including hurricane Rita.A Heather has a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University.A Heather is Earthquake certified, and is based in Oakland.

Jane Forbes Clark is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. A member of the Board since 1992 and Chairman since 2000, she provides substantial museum expertise, philanthropic insight and management skill in this leadership position. Clark is currently Chairman of The Farmers? Museum and is President of The Clark Foundation, The Scriven Foundation and The Clara Welch Thanksgiving Home (Cooperstown, N.Y.) as well as a Trustee of Bassett Healthcare. She also serves as Vice Chairman of The Jackie Robinson Empire State Freedom Medal Commission, Trustee of The Little League Foundation and is past Vice Chairman and Trustee of The United States Equestrian Team and past Director of The United States Olympic Committee. A recipient of many awards and honors, Jane Clark has been recognized by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation with its Pillar of New York award; the Fire Department of the City of New York with their Humanitarian of the Year award; Harlem R.B.I.; the Baseball Assistance Team; and is a member of the Boys? Club of New York All Sports Hall of Fame. The Clark family has been a devoted steward of the Baseball Hall of Fame since Stephen C. Clark founded the Museum in 1936.
