FatWire

As chief technology officer, Dmitri Tcherevik defines FatWire's technology vision and strategy, innovating in the rapidly changing landscape of web content management. He works closely with customers and partners to implement the comprehensive web platforms they require to meet the rapidly changing Web 2.0 technology landscape around collaboration, mobility, and web content management. Prior to his appointment as CTO, Dmitri was chief executive officer at Infostoria, a privately-held, Web 2.0, content integration and wiki-based collaboration provider. Before founding Infostoria in 2004, Dmitri was vice president in the Office of the CTO at CA (NYSE:CA), where he was responsible for emerging technology. In his role, Dmitri spearheaded CA's foray into the web services management market where he helped develop the company's service oriented architecture (SOA) strategy. Dmitri earned a Bachelor or Science degree in engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics Engineering where he graduated with honors.

Hareesh is responsible for the design and architecture of FatWire's products. As Chief Software Architect, Hareesh works closely with the engineering team to design, develop and evolve FatWire's architecture to meet the ever-changing needs of the market. He also works closely with Professional Services to ensure the success and satisfaction of FatWire customers. Hareesh joined FatWire in 1999 as a key member of the Professional Services team, helping customers implement FatWire UpdateEngine. As part of the Engineering team, Hareesh has served as Architect, first guiding the team through development of 2 major versions of UpdateEngine, and more recently, versions 6 and 7 of FatWire Content Server. In 2005, Hareesh was recognized with the FatWire Excellence Award for Leadership, and was winner of the prestigious 2005 Long Island Software and Technology Network Twenty Top Techies Award. Hareesh received a Bachelors in Engineering degree from Kuvempu University in India.

Ken Delaney heads FatWire's North American Sales organization and is responsible for driving all direct and indirect sales. This includes management of FatWire's direct sales force as well as responsibility for a team that recruits and trains resellers, systems integrators, and vendor partners. Prior to taking on this role, Ken led FatWire's Channel Operations in North America. Ken has over 14 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining FatWire in May 2004, he held various Management positions at Legato Software, EMC Corporation, and Computer Associates/Cheyenne Software in Sales, Channel Development, National Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing. Ken was also previously in an IT management role for Chase Manhattan Bank.

As Vice President International Finance, Phil manages all accounting, finance and legal activities of the European and Asia Pac operating subsidiaries of FatWire Corporation. Prior to joining FatWire in November 2003, Phil was European Finance Director of Ascential Software where he defined and created the finance and accounting structure of its 8 European subsidiaries in preparation for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Previous software company experience includes Informix Software and Ardent Software where he spent 3 years as Finance Director for Southern Europe, during a high growth period, overseeing the successful integration of 3 acquired companies. Phil is a qualified UK accountant and holds an MBA in International Business from the Saint Xavier University, Chicago, USA.

Claude Cosson is FatWire's SVP and General Manager of International Operations, and is responsible for sales and services operations throughout the EMEA and APAC regions. Claude has represented Content Server since 1996, beginning as a Sales Executive with Open Market in France and then as Regional Sales Director for France, Spain, and Portugal. He later served as Vice President Central Europe. Claude brings over 15 years of high technology experience to FatWire. Before joining Open Market, he spent six years with Oracle as industry marketing manager and Global Account Manager at the French and international level. Claude began his career at Credit-Agricole French bank designing the credit card online authorization network black box. Claude holds an engineering degree in electronics from ESIGelec and an MBA from HEC Group.

Barry Rubenstein has been investing in technology companies since 1976 and was a founder or founding consultant to several, including Applied Digital Data Systems, Inc., Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., Novell, Inc., and Cheyenne Software, Inc., where he served as chairman and CEO. Mr. Rubenstein is serving or has served on the boards of USWeb, Opus360, Picazo Communications, CosmoCom, FatWire, and Source Media. He holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from New York University.
