John W. Gamble Jr., is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Lexmark International, Inc. In addition to corporate finance functions, he is responsible for Lexmark's investor relations, information technology, strategy and development, and internal audit and security functions.
Gamble joined Lexmark in September 2005. Prior to Lexmark, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Gamble also served in finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two entities. Earlier, Gamble served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. He began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
Gamble holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School.
Paul Rooke is an executive vice president of Lexmark International, Inc., and president of the Consumer Printer Division. He is responsible for meeting the needs of Lexmark's worldwide customers for inkjet printers, all-in-one products, and related supplies and support, including development, manufacturing, marketing and sales.
From December 1999 to July 2007, Rooke was president of Lexmark’s Printing Solutions and Services Division, which provides Lexmark’s worldwide business customers with products, supplies, software, solutions and services.
Before that, he was president of Lexmark's former Imaging Solutions Division, responsible for worldwide supplies distribution. Rooke joined Lexmark at the company's inception in 1991 and has held various management assignments, including vice president of worldwide marketing and U.S. sales in the Consumer Printer Division.
Rooke began his career with IBM in 1980 as a manufacturing engineer. In 1984, he came to IBM's Lexington, Ky., facility as manager of Wheelprinter automation. He worked in a variety of diverse assignments for IBM, including manager of cost engineering, product planning and assistant to the vice president of the Systems Printer Division.
Rooke holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky.
Dan Bork is vice president of tax for Lexmark International, Inc. He is responsible for worldwide tax matters, including compliance, planning and strategy to ensure favorable tax rates and improved cash flow. Bork became vice president of tax in May 2001. He joined Lexmark in 1996 as director of taxes after nearly 20 years of experience in U.S. and international tax matters.A He previously was senior director of tax for Cray Research Inc. in Eagan, Minn. He also held various senior-level positions with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. in Minneapolis, including director of international tax services. Bork holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Winona State University in Winona, Minn., and a master's in business taxation from the University of Minnesota. He serves on the board of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and is current president of the Kentucky Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute. He is also a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Gary Stromquist is vice president and corporate controller for Lexmark International, Inc. His responsibilities include external reporting, management reporting, credit activities and worldwide accounting and consolidations.

Paula Anderson works as Employee Relations Specialist for Lexmark International in Lexington Kentucky. Mr. Marvin L. Mann, age 75, has been a Director of the Company since March 1991.
