Allison Pugsley's practice focuses primarily on advising clients on both regulatory and litigation matters relating to government contracts. Kate Walker has been a senior analyst with the strategic issues team at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) for more than three years. At GAO, Kate has focused on a number of human capital issues, including strategic workforce planning, performance management, attrition and retention, and leadership development. Ms. Walker is president of Young Government Leaders, an organization of more than 1,300 young federal employees representing thirty agencies.
