Stephen joined Federal Building Services in the early '70's when it was just a small, local janitorial company. He began his career here working at various job sites where he ran all equipment and supervised the activities. He then turned his interests to the challenge of growing the business. This interest (and his many successes along the way) eventually led to his becoming the company's Chairman and CFO. Stephen's vision has helped to build a team of partners and top executives that currently provides service in 28 states over 100 cities throughout the United States. Stephen most recently enlisted the services of one of the top, internationally-known systems implementers focusing on quality and management operating systems. Thus, he's made Federal Building Services the only company in the United States with quality management operating systems for the contract cleaning industry. Stephen sits on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, helping to oversee stewardship of the company's corporate goals and ongoing direction. A business major from the University of Arizona, Stephen has also spent time in the army and six years in the army reserves.
