David brings over 25 years of telecom and high technology leadership experience to Radiant. This includes a highly successful career with Nortel, culminating in his promotion to President of the Nortel Wireline Group for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), headquartered in the United Kingdom. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, David has also worked with industry notables such as Bell Canada and was Vice President Strategic Accounts for Bel Air Networks, in the WiFi and Wi Max markets.
Adrian is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience with software and networking companies in Canada and Silicon Valley. Most recently, Adrian was the Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering at Megapath Networks in California, growing revenues from $0 to $87M in a 5 year period. Adrian is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Stanford University.
Chuck has over 20 years of financial, accounting and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Radiant, Chuck was the Chief Financial Officer for Intrinsyc Software International, a TSX listed company. Prior to that Chuck was with Motorola Canada in Toronto and Vancouver where he served in many capacities including Treasurer and Senior Controller for both the Wireless Data and Personal Communications groups.
Patrick has strived to provide optimal customer experiences with Radiant for over 8-years. Patrick is currently responsiblie for the delivery and support of all products and services provided to sites across North America. Patrick is a graduate of Trent University with a degree in Economics and is also an active volunteer in the local community through the United Way and Big Brothers of Vancouver.
Don Calder is the former CEO and President of BC Tel, former CEO of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Bid committee, past SFU Executive in Residence and former Chair of the United Way of the Lower Mainland.
Ian Power has been a Chartered Accountant in Vancouver for over 28 years. Ian has been Chief Financial Officer of a number of Vancouver-based companies including Norsat International Inc., Starcom International Inc. and Strand Capital Corporation. He is currently an Independent consultant in corporate finance and accounting and is an independant director of Pender Growth Fund (VCC) Inc.

Rolf Dekleer is VP of Investments at GrowthWorks Capital. He has eighteen years of operating experience in the technology sector with Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, MacDonald Dettwiler and Cymbolic Sciences. He has extensive experience in product management and business development, including 10 years with venture capital backed technology companies. Rolf graduated from BCIT's Electronics Engineering program, and has an MA and an MBA from York University.
Sam Ketcham brings valuable experience in the US cable and telecom markets having helped build Liberty Cable of New York, the first company to overbuild the cable operator Time Warner, and the first to offer video-dial-tone services in a joint venture with the local telephone provider. Sam is a graduate of Tuft's University in Boston. He is currently the Vice-President of Administration for West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and serves as Vice-Chair of the Vancouver Art Gallery. Sam is also the Managing Partner of Ketcham Capital LP, a private investment firm in Vancouver, and is on the Board, or a former board member, of various other private companies in Canada.
