Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis

Milton Miller began serving as President and CEO on July 16, 2007. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer since 1985. In this capacity, Miller was responsible for credit, investments, funding, derivatives, and risk management. During this period, he took a major role in the development of the Mortgage Purchase Program (MPP). Miller began his career at the FHLBI in 1978 as a research associate and subsequently held the roles of assistant economist, cash manager and asset/liability manager prior to his appointment as CFO. Miller received a BS in management and administration and an MBA in finance from Indiana University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Christopher A. Wolking is currently Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old National Bancorp. Christopher began his career at Old National in 1999 as Treasurer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President in 2001 and Executive Vice President in 2005. Previously, Mr. Wolking worked in various roles in the treasury and wealth management units of Old Kent Financial Corporation.

Douglas J. Iverson Senior Vice President - Director of Marketing Iverson oversees the sales and marketing department. His duties include collaborating with other departments on new product design and development and overseeing preparations for annual member meetings. Iverson began his career at the FHLBI in 2005 as the manager of the Mortgage Purchase Program. His prior banking experience includes serving as CEO of Ottawa Savings/AmeriBank and later as a senior officer with Fifth Third Bank. Iverson earned a BA in economics and management from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and an MBA from Western Michigan University.

Mr. West elected to defer $6,618 of his non-equity incentive compensation while receiving the remaining $37,499 in cash. The amounts included in the Change in Pension Value and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Earnings column are 100% attributable to the change in pension value for the NEOs from December 31, 2005 to December 31, 2006 as we do not pay above market earnings to any employee in the nonqualified deferred compensation plan. The change in pension values for Mr. Heger, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Cera include an additional three years of service and an additional three years of age as part of the early retirement incentive package that they each received.

Mr. Burnett was appointed as First Vice President Controller effective March 13, 2009. Since Mr. Weaver s resignation on February 27, 2009, Mr. Burnett has served as the Bank s principal accounting officer. Prior to his appointment as First Vice President Controller, Mr. Burnett served as Vice President Assistant Controller of the Bank since September 2007 and Assistant Vice President Director of SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy, since joining the Bank in February 2006. Prior to coming to the Bank, Mr. Burnett was an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana where he worked from September 1997 until February 2006.

Robert D. Long, CPA, retired from KPMG, LLP on December 31, 2006, where he was the Office Managing Partner in the Indianapolis, Indiana office since 1999 and had served as an Audit Partner for KPMG since 1988. Mr. Long serves as Board Chairman for Kenra, Ltd.

Elliot is "of counsel" to the Firm. He has expertise in the areas of mortgage banking, general corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions and non-profit law. He was previously on the Firm's Executive Committee and Chair of its Business Transactions Group. Elliot is a Professor and Assistant Dean at Michigan State University College of Law where he teaches contracts, securities regulation, corporate finance and mortgage banking. Elliot was appointed in February 2008 by the Federal Housing Finance Board to the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. He is also on the Board of Directors of The Children's Center of Wayne County and MSU Hillel.
