Richard W. Fisher assumed the office of president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas on April 4, 2005. In this role, Fisher serves as a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, the Federal Reserve’s principal monetary policymaking group. Fisher is former vice chairman of Kissinger McLarty Associates, a strategic advisory firm chaired by former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Fisher began his career in 1975 at the private bank of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where he specialized in fixed income and foreign exchange markets. He became assistant to the secretary of the Treasury during the Carter administration, working on issues related to the dollar crisis of 1978–79. He then returned to Brown Brothers to found their Texas operations in Dallas. In 1987, Fisher created Fisher Capital Management and a separate funds-management firm, Fisher Ewing Partners. Fisher Ewing’s sole fund, Value Partners, earned a compound rate of return of 24 percent per annum during his period as managing partner. He sold his controlling interests in both firms when he rejoined the government in 1997. From 1997 to 2001, Fisher was deputy U.S. trade representative with the rank of ambassador. He oversaw the implementation of NAFTA, negotiations for the Free Trade Area of the Americas, and various agreements with Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Chile and Singapore. He was a senior member of the team that negotiated the bilateral accords for China's and Taiwan's accession to the World Trade Organization. Throughout his career, Fisher has served on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards. He has also maintained his academic interests, teaching graduate courses and serving on several university boards. He was a Weatherhead Fellow at Harvard in 2001, is an honorary fellow of Hertford College at Oxford University, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. A first-generation American, Fisher is equally fluent in Spanish and English, having spent his formative years in Mexico. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy (1967–69), graduated with honors from Harvard University in economics (1971), read Latin American politics at Oxford (1972–73) and received an M.B.A. from Stanford University (1975). In October of 2006, Fisher received the Service to Democracy Award and Dwight D. Eisenhower Medal for Public Service from the American Assembly.

In 2005, Angie decided to try a yoga class at Surya. Her practice there soon led to an unexpected spiritual awakening that has since transformed all aspects of her life. She began to immerse herself in the study and practice of yoga and fate led her to John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga. After her introduction to Anusara, her practice deepened and she found herself guided to the path of becoming a yoga teacher. Angie became a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher in 2007. Her teaching style is heavily influenced by the spiritual aspects of yoga and she incorporates many of the Anusara techniques in her classes. She is very interested in the energetic benefits of yoga and focuses her classes on performing poses that open and balance the chakra energy centers in the body. Angie has a bachelor?s and a master?s degree from Texas Christian University. She works part time doing corporate communications for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and is also a certified Reiki practitioner.

As president and CEO, Dan guides the company's sales, recruiting and technical efforts and provides operational planning and analysis. Dan is also Co-founder and CEO of Systemware, Inc., the sister company of Systemware Professional Services. Dan sets the standard for excellence at both companies while encouraging all employees to have fun in pursuit of their goals. Dan also is a founder and serves as the Chairman of the Board of First Metroplex Capital, Inc. a Dallas based financial holding company. Before starting Systemware Inc, in 1981, Dan was the senior IT executive at Frito-Lay, Inc. His background also includes IT and engineering positions with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and LTV Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Margo has served as the Executive Director PeopleFund since its infancy in 1995. Margo also serves as a consultant on a variety of projects, including organizational assessments, trainings, and research on small and minority business development. Margo has received wide recognition for her work. In 2006 she was chosen as a Profiles in Power winner from the Austin Business Journal, in 2004 she received the Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and in 2003 she was chosen as Austinite of the Year at the Austin Under 40 Awards. She was also chosen as a 2003 Marshall Fellow and in that role traveled to Europe to discuss transatlantic relations. Margo has a long history of community leadership. She serves as the President of the Board of the Austin Community Land Trust, and has served as the 2003 Chairwoman for the Mayor's Small Business Task Force. She has served on the Executive Board of the Texas Association of CDCs and on the Texas Community Council for Washington Mutual. Margo is a frequent speaker at conferences including Opportunity Finance Network, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas Association of CDC's and the University of Texas. Additionally, Margo has served as a Lecturer at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business where she taught a class on Community Development and Social Enterprise. Margo received her B.A. from Colorado College and her M.P.A. from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.

Rachel is employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, San Antonio Branch. Rachel, her husband Rene, and their son Rene Angel are life-long residents of Floresville and graduates of Floresville High School .

Mr. Enloe has more than 35 years in executive management positions. Prior to joining OptiSoft, he served as Vice Chairman and member of the Office of Chief Executive for Compaq Computer Corporation, President and CEO of Liberte Investors and President of Lomas Financial Corporation. Mr. Enloe currently serves as a corporate board member of: Leggett & Platt, Inc., Silicon Laboratories and ePolicy.com. His prior board member service included: Compaq Computer Corporation, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Liberte Investors, Inc., La Quinta Motor Inns, Inc. and Capstead Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Enloe graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Jurist Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, and holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Polytechnic University.

Anthony R. Chase has been a Director of the Company Since October 1999. Since 1991, Mr. Chase has been a Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center, and he is also Chairman & CEO of ChaseSource, a staffing & recruiting firm. He most recently served as Chairman & CEO of ChaseCom, a global customer relationship management firm, until its sale to AT&T Corporation in December 2007. Mr. Chase is Vice Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He received his JD from Harvard Law School, his MBA from Harvard Business School and his AB from Harvard College. Mr. Chase is also a director of Western Gas Partners.

Hattie Hill, chief executive officer of Hattie Hill Enterprises, Inc., is an international management consultant and professional speaker. She is considered an expert on global leadership, diversity, women's issues, and human relations impacting the business world. Ms. Hill was one of the top business and community leaders honored by Dallas Business Journal and a recipient of the Quest for Success 2000 "Entrepreneur of the Year" award, which honors Dallas/Ft. Worth entrepreneurs for their business achievements and attention to community service. She received the 2000 Working Woman Entrepreneurial Excellence award, which recognizes the achievements and contributions of women entrepreneurs. She lives in Dallas, Texas.

Major General Robinson, (U.S.A. Ret.), is the chief executive officer of Global Building Systems, Inc., a firm that develops and constructs low- and moderate-income residential housing. From 2003 to 2005, he was the chairman and chief executive officer of Granville Construction & Development Co., Inc., a housing development and construction firm. From 1989 to 2003, he was chairman and chief exective officer of the Tetra Group, a construction management and building services firm. He is also a former chairman and board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He is a retired Major General from the United States Army. He is currently a director of Newmarket Technology, Inc. and an advisory board member of TXU Corp. He joined the CarMax board in 2002.
