Teresa is a purchasing manager for US indirect materials and supplier diversity for Federal-Mogul Corporation, headquartered in Southfield, MI. In this capacity, she and her team of five manage the indirect materials spend for more than 50 facilities and works with more than 100 minority- and women-owned suppliers representing almost 5% of Federal-Mogul's spend in North America. The main focus of Teresa's work is to act as a driver for Federal-Mogul's Supplier Diversity program and a liaison for the minority suppliers currently doing business with Federal-Mogul as well as those who are seeking to break into the base. Teresa joined Federal-Mogul in April of 2005 after spending 10 years with Ford Motor Company where she focused on Supplier Diversity efforts but also worked as a commodity manager and a New Employee Orientation facilitator. Teresa holds a Master's in Business Adminsitration from the University of Michigan (class of 1995.) She represented U of M at the founding conference for Students for Responsible Business (Net Impact) at Georgetown in 1993 and started the SRB chapter at U of M. Teresa has remained active with Net Impact, attending conferences, assisting Net Impact staff in securing Ford as a sponsor for both internships and conferences and serving on the board. In addition to working with Net Impact, Teresa is an adult literacy tutor and Board Member for the Dominican Literacy Center in Detroit, MI.

Mark D. Collins is a director of Richards, Layton & Finger, where he is Chair of the firm's Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Collins concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights, with particular experience representing debtors, institutional lenders, creditors' committees and acquirers in national Chapter 11 cases. Mr. Collins has served as counsel to numerous chapter 11 debtors, with recent representations including Teleglobe Communications Corporation, Tower Records, FAO Inc. and Armstrong World Industries. Mr. Collins also has an active secured lender practice, with recent representations including the senior lenders in Federal-Mogul Corporation, Thaxton Industries, Cone Mills Corporation and Owens Corning.
