Sergio Marchionne has been named Chief Executive Officer of Chrysler Group LLC effective June 2009. Previously, Mr. Marchionne was appointed Chairman of CNH Case New Holland in April 2006 and Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Group Automobiles in February 2005. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fiat S.p.A. in June 2004 and has been a Member of the Board since May 2003.
