Jeffrey Staszak joined Volterra as our President and Chief Operating Officer in March 1999, and has been our Chief Executive Officer since August 2000 and a member of our Board since April 2000. Prior to joining Volterra, Mr. Staszak was Senior Vice President in the Storage Products Group of Texas Instruments Inc., a semiconductor company, from July 1996 to March 1999. From May 1993 to July 1996, Mr. Staszak served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Storage Products Division of Silicon Systems, Inc., a semiconductor company then affiliated with TDK Corporation. Mr. Staszak holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin — Stout and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Mike Burns joined Volterra as our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. Before joining Volterra, Mr. Burns worked at Intel for 15 years in a variety of senior financial management positions. Prior to that he worked in public accounting. Mr. Burns holds a B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University; and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
Raymond A. Link has served as a director since February 2005. Since July 2005, Mr. Link has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FEI Company, a leading supplier of products and systems that enable research, development and manufacture of nanoscale features. Prior to this, Mr. Link served as Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic signal processing components primarily used in wireless communications, since July 2001 as a result of TriQuint s merger with Sawtek, Inc. Mr. Link joined Sawtek, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of a broad range of electronic signal processing components primarily for use in the wireless communications industry, in September 1995 as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Link received a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Link is also a Certified Public Accountant.

David Ng was named Vice President of World Wide Operations for Volterra in October 2007 while still serving as Managing Director of Volterra Singapore since 2001. Before joining Volterra, Mr. Ng served as Vice President of Asia Manufacturing Operations and General Manager at Zilog Inc from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that he was Vice President of World Wide IC Assembly & Test Operations and Managing Director for Silicon Systems Inc in Singapore from 1987 to 1999. Mr. Ng holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from Cogswell College, San Francisco, CA; and an M.B.A. from Strathclyde University, Scotland.

Marco Zuniga co-founded Volterra and has been our Vice President of IC Technology and Process Development since July 2004. Dr. Zuniga held various positions at Volterra, most recently as our Director of IC Technology. Dr. Zuniga holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Yoshikatsu Minami. Mr. Minami has served as a director since April 2004. Mr. Minami has served as the General Manager of Robotics Automation Division of Yaskawa Electric Corporation since August 2003. From March 2003 to August 2003, Mr. Minami served as the Deputy General Manager of the Robotics Automation Division of Yaskawa Electric Corporation, and was the Manager of Business Planning Department for the Robotics Automation Division of Yaskawa Electric Corporation from March 1998 to March 2003. Mr. Winn has served as a director of Endwave since July 2000, and was elected non-executive Chairman of the Board in January 2005. From March 1992 to January 2000, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with TriQuint Semiconductor, a semiconductor manufacturer, most recently as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mel Friedman has been a member of our Board since May 2004. From July 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Friedman served as a consultant to Sun Microsystems, Inc., a network computing company. Mr. Friedman retired as Senior Vice President of Customer Advocacy at Sun Microsystems in July 2002 after serving in that position since July 2000. From April 1989 to June 2000, Mr. Friedman served in several other roles for Sun Microsystems, including President of its Microelectronics Division, Vice President of Worldwide Operations for its Systems Operation, Vice President of West Coast Operations and Vice President of Supply Management. Mr. Friedman formerly held executive positions at Prime Computer, a minicomputer company, and Apollo Computer Corp., a computer workstation company that was acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company. Mr. Friedman currently serves on the board of directors of Electroglas, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company. He holds a B.S.M.E. from City College of New York and has completed masters courses in industrial management and mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
