Michael Finlayson serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at FiberTower, where he heads national engineering and technology initiatives. Prior to FiberTower, Finlayson served as Vice President of Technology for First Avenue Networks, a FiberTower predecessor company. Before First Avenue, Finlayson served as Senior Technical Consultant for Flarion Technologies where he was responsible for technical consulting worldwide, including the deployment and testing of 3G/4G mobile broadband networks for major cellular operators across the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to that, Finlayson held technical management roles for Shasta Networks, culminating in his most recent role there as Midwest Engineering Manager, where he managed the testing and implementation of Shasta's broadband service platform for U.S. carriers. Prior to his tenure with Shasta Networks, Mr. Finlayson held engineering and management positions with Wellfleet Communications (now Bay Networks). Michael Finlayson began his career in networking at the University of Buffalo, where he also attended.

Darryl Schall joined Tudor Investment Corporation in 2002 after nine years at Trust Company of the West where he was a portfolio manager and director of research for high yield debt and special situation investments. At Tudor he helps manage the same types of investments. Schall received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

John D. Beletic joined Oak as a Venture Partner in July 2002 after spending approximately 25 years in operating roles, principally as President and Chief Executive Officer, of high-growth technology and communications companies. John assists management teams in formulating and achieving key operating and strategic objectives. John currently serves on the boards of Aventail, Fiber Tower, iBahn, Tessco Technologies, iPass and the advisory boards of CoVi Technonolgies and Data Return. He also serves on the boards of the First Tee Dallas, the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and Dallas National G.C. Previously, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tigon, PageMart, and Weblink Wireless. He was also a venture partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Group. John received a BSBA in Finance summa cum laude from Xavier University and an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Randall Hack serves as a Board Member for Crown Castle International Corp. as well as an Advisory Director for Berkshire Partners. Since January 1995, Hack has served as a senior managing director of Nassau Capital L.L.C., an investment firm that he co-founded. Nassau Capital manages a $300 million portfolio of investments in private companies exclusively on behalf of Princeton University's endowment. From 1990 to January 1995, Hack served as President of the Princeton University Investment Company, which has management responsibility for Princeton's $8 billion endowment. From 1979 to 1988, he was President and CEO of Matrix Development Company, a commercial and industrial estate development firm that he founded. Hack received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
