Edward Kozel joined Yahoo!'s board of directors in October 2000 and is currently the presiding director. He has been CEO of Skyrider, Inc. since March 2006 and was a managing member of Open Range Ventures, a venture capital firm, between January 2000 to December 2006. Between January 2004 and December 2004, Mr. Kozel was a managing director of Integrated Finance, Ltd., a private advisory services firm. Until 2002 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Cisco Systems, Inc., where he worked for 11 years in a variety of roles, including chief technology officer and senior vice president of business development. During his tenure at Cisco, he founded the business development group which, under his direction, was responsible for more than 22 technology acquisitions and 25 minority investments. Mr. Kozel is an industry innovator who previously worked at Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and SRI International, where he participated in the early design and development of the Internetwork Protocol (IP) model and TCP/IP, packet radio networks and highly distributed information systems. In addition to Yahoo!, Mr. Kozel served as a director of Reuters Group PLC from March 2000 to April 2007 and is currently a director of Network Appliance, Inc." He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in electrical engineering.

Jeffry Allen is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Network Appliance (NASDAQ: NTAP). Prior to his role on the Board, Mr. Allen was the vice president of business operations at Network Appliance. He managed manufacturing operations and took responsibility for content delivery and NearStorage business lines as well as strategic initiatives for the SAN market. Allen joined the company in 1996 as CFO and vice president of finance and operations. Prior to joining Network Appliance, Mr. Allen served as senior vice president of operations for Bay Networks, where he was responsible for manufacturing and distribution functions. From 1990 to 1995, he held the position of controller for SynOptics Communications and became vice president and controller for Bay Networks, the new company created via the merger of SynOptics and Wellfleet Communications. Previously, Mr. Allen had a 17-year career at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he served in a variety of financial, information systems and financial management positions, including controller for the Information Networks Group. Mr. Allen holds a bachelor of science degree from San Diego State University.

Tench Coxe has served as a director of NVIDIA since June 1993. Mr. Coxe is a managing director of Sutter Hill Ventures, a venture capital investment firm. Prior to joining Sutter Hill Ventures in 1987, Mr. Coxe was Director of Marketing and MIS at Digital Communication Associates. Mr. Coxe also serves on the Board of Directors of Copper Mountain Networks Inc., a provider of high-speed DSL solutions, eLoyalty Corporation, a customer loyalty software firm, and several privately held companies. Mr. Coxe holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.
