"Alan (Al) Stinson is Chief Executive Officer (""CEO"") for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), currently ranked number 523 on Fortune’s list of America’s largest companies, and a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance and claims management services.
Al joined the company in October 1998 as Executive Vice President - Financial Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in June 1999 and was appointed CEO in May 2007. Prior to his employment with Fidelity, Al was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alamo Title Holding Company, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. From 1968 to 1994, Al was employed by Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he was a partner from 1980 to 1994.
He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Fidelity National Title Insurance, Chicago Title Insurance, Ticor Title Insurance, Security Union Title Insurance and Alamo Title Insurance, all underwriters for Fidelity National Title Group. In addition, he is on the boards of Remy International, Inc., Sedgwick CMS and Ceridian Corporation. In 2006, Al was named by Institutional Investor as one of America’s Best CFOs.
Al received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas in 1968 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

"Brent B. Bickett is Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. In addition, Brent serves as Executive Vice President – Corporate Finance for Lender Processing Services, Inc. Brent earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his M.B.A. degree from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1990.

"Anthony J. (Tony) Park is the Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance and claims management services.
As CFO, Tony is responsible for all of Fidelity National Financial’s corporate finance and accounting and reporting functions.
Prior to being appointed CFO, Tony served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Fidelity National Financial from 2000 to 2005. In this role, Tony had primary responsibility for all aspects of corporate accounting and production of the Company’s consolidated financial statements.
Before that, Tony served as Controller and Assistant Controller of Fidelity National Financial, which he joined in 1991.

As Chief Corporate Underwriter, Donald's numerous responsibilities include setting national underwriting policies and overseeing underwriting activities for the Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG) family of companies.
From 1998 - 1999 Donald served as regional counsel for the National Title Services division of Fidelity National Title’s legal office in Irvine, Calif., where he was in charge of underwriting on a national basis for commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Fidelity National, Donald was Regional Vice President for Special Counsel, Inc., a legal staffing company based in Jacksonville, Fla., where he was responsible for 15 offices throughout the eastern U.S. He was also a Regional Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title Company and Transamerica Title Insurance Company based in its Atlanta regional office. Before that, he served as Assistant Division Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title.
Donald began his legal career in private practice working with developers of residential, commercial and timeshare projects in Florida. He also worked in the Tax Department of two national public accounting companies: Ernst and Whinney and Peat Marwick. A frequent speaker at training sessions for FNTG’s underwriters and at several Bar associations on real estate issues, Donald has authored many articles relating to the title industry. He is a member of the Florida, Georgia and Mississippi Bars and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Donald earned his B.A. in accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Miss.

Richard N. Massey is executive vice president, corporate secretary and general counsel for Alltel. Prior to joining Alltel, Massey was a managing director at Stephens Inc. of Little Rock. As head of the information and communications practice for Stephens, Massey has led several large and complex transactions in the software, information technology and telecommunications industries. In 2005, he has played a key role in Alltel's transactions with Western Wireless Corp., Midwest Wireless and the spin-off of Alltel's wireline business and its merger with VALOR. From 1998-2000, Massey was a partner with Kutak Rock, where he led the national mergers and acquisition practice for the firm. Under Massey, the Kutak team completed several billion dollars in mergers and capital markets transactions. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
