"Lee A. Kennedy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS), a majority-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. "Frank R. Sanchez is the President of the Enterprise Banking and Retail Solutions division of Fidelity National Information Services. His responsibilities include the strategy, architecture and development of the banking suite of products, including core banking, integration and channel solutions. He also has responsibility for the Auto Finance business and the Commercial Lending businesses within FIS. Sanchez also has revenue responsibility for Strategic accounts which consists of top-tier US and global institutions as well as specific product line revenues. Prior to joining FIS in January 2003, Frank was the CEO of Sanchez Computer Associates, a public (NASDAQ: SCAI) banking technology company that specialized in real-time banking systems for the global market, enterprise customer integration systems and complete internet banking outsourcing. Frank began his career at Sanchez in 1980 and fulfilled many organizational functions including product architecture and engineering, sales and marketing and executive management. He designed and built the industry's first highly scalable real-time banking system which has successfully been installed in hundreds of financial institutions spanning 16 countries. In 2001, he deployed the industry's first core banking system on a Linux platform. Throughout his career, Frank has continually provided technology innovations to the financial services and IT industry and has received numerous individual and corporate achievement awards. Frank served on the technical advisory board for high performance system at Digital Equipment from 1986 – 1991. He was a director of Transaction Systems Architects (NASDAQ: TSAI), from 2003 – 2005. He currently serves on the board of Covansys (NASDAQ: CVNS) and the Penn State University remote campus curriculum advisory board. Fred Parvey is executive vice president and chief information officer of Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). In this role he is responsible for FIS' technology arm Fidelity National Technology Solutions (FTS). Fred has more than 23 years experience with FIS and its predecessor companies. When Alltel Information Services, Inc. (f.k.a. Computer Power, Inc.) was acquired by Fidelity National Financial in 2003, Fred was senior vice president of U.S. Operations in the Mortgage Division. Prior to 1992, Fred worked in the technology division where he rose through the ranks through various technical positions up to manager of the data center and its related operations. As CIO for FIS, Fred is responsible for the myriad of technology services that support FIS' internal employees as well as external customers. His overriding goal is to align technology decisions with the business strategy, improve FTS efficiencies and reduce costs while maintaining a high level of focus on customer needs. Specific responsibilities include the operation of several large data centers; all technical infrastructure management; management of customer support centers and technical help desks; development and management of the internal applications and services which support employees; hosting and management of the mission-critical applications for external customers; establishing architectural standards and guidelines; and establishing the strategic plan for FTS. Fred served in the United States Coast Guard and was honorably discharged in 1973. Fred is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a Masters of Business Administration degree. Cynthia FitzGerald is the executive vice president of Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Customer Services organization, the heart of FIS' customer service efforts. Cynthia reports to Dan Scheuble, President of the Mortgage Servicing division. The Customer Support and Services division is comprised of technical and mortgage-industry experts dedicated to providing support, consulting, training and implementation services to FIS' Mortgage Division customers. Cynthia has played an integral role in the success of this organization by expanding the services we provide customers and improving service levels. FIS was recently awarded the Help Desk Award by Mortgage Technology Magazine. Cynthia joined FIS in 1993 as a mortgage banking consultant and since that time she has managed both consulting and customer service functions.

Jeff Mouhalis is the executive vice president of Product Delivery for Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Mortgage Servicing division. Jeff joined FIS from HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation where, as executive vice president of Production Operations, he directed activity for over $6.0B in retail loan originations. His scope of responsibility in this role included all branch operations, underwriting, processing and closing for 20+ decentralized retail facilities. In addition, he directed HomeBanc's Construction Perm and Risk Management departments. Prior to joining HomeBanc, Jeff was an executive at HomeSide Lending, Inc. where he managed production operations for the residential mortgage loan division in the United States and Australia. He also served at Citicorp, holding multiple senior level operational positions. Jeff received an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Missouri and a B.B.A. from Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to college, he completed a tour of duty in the United States Air Force Security Services within the National Security Agency at Fort Meade Maryland.

Alfred Bartello is senior vice president of sales and marketing for Fidelity National Information Services Empower loan origination division. His team is responsible for all system sales across a diverse product line. Empower's client base represents 22 percent of the top 100 lenders, including many of the nation's leading subprime and builder owned mortgage companies. Prior to the FNIS acquisition in October 2002, Bartello was one of three managing principles of the acquired company, Eastern Software Corporation. Al started his career with Eastern Software in August 1986, and successfully pioneered sales of the Eastern product line through four platform changes over a twenty-year period. In the past five years, the Empower product has earned top honors as the most widely used loan origination system in the nation's top 100 lending institutions. Prior to Eastern Software, Bartello achieved leading sales recognition in accounting system products from 1982 to 1983 with Monroe Systems for Business. From 1983 to 1985, Al served as Eastern Region Manager for accounting system sales, where it was awarded the number one position out of five regions. Bartello has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ. He resides in Laguna Hills, CA with his wife and three children.

Dale Johnson is senior vice president responsible for developing and managing ASP and outsourcing services for the ACBS product line. He was named to this position in July 2000. He began his career with Fidelity National Information Services in 1980 in the development and product management of financial software applications. Dale has extensive experience in financial technology and service industry outsourcing, managment, and sales. Before joining FIS, he was a systems engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Prior to his current FIS position, Dale was instrumental in establishing FIS' international business, serving as vice president for business development and sales. He has also served in a variety of other capacities, including president of a joint venture outsourcing company in the Philippines, senior vice president of professional services, manager of consulting services, and manager of the workforce management office. Dale has been a featured speaker on the value of outsourcing in conferences in Asia and Europe. He received a BA in business from Ouachita University and has completed courses in the Darden Executive Education Program.

Darlene Strickland is senior vice president of Implementation Services for Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Mortgage Servicing division. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic business planning and management oversight for all activities within implementation services. Strickland has been with FIS since 1982 and has worked in conversions, PowerCell, product management and sales. She joined the Implementation Services group in 2000. Strickland has more than 32 years experience in the mortgage banking industry.

Don Covey serves as a senior vice president of New MSP sales of Fidelity National Information Services. Covey is responsible for working with all clients that are not currently running the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) to service their real estate loan portfolio. Covey rejoined Fidelity National Information Services in November of 2004 having been with the company for seven and years in the early 1990's. During that time, he worked as New Product Development Manager, Major Accounts Sales and senior vice president of Client Services for the originations division. After leaving the comapny in 1998, he helped grow the business of Cybertek, Decade Systems and expertly working in the position of National Business Development Manger in each. Covey has over 24 years of financial and data processing services experience. Having started as a developer, he moved into customer support and management, eventually migrating to the sales role 10 years ago where he has been very successful working with major prospects in the industry. In 1999, Covey was selected as the Mortgage Industry Technologist of the Year by the Mortgage Technology magazine. Covey is active in the local youth sports arena having coached baseball, basketball and football for the past 14 years. George FitzGerald serves as senior vice president of Product Strategy for Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Mortgage Servicing division. FitzGerald has been with FIS for 12 years and has 19 years experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to his current position, he served as vice president of Professional Services and senior business analyst for mortgage product development. Harold is a senior vice president and is responsible for Business Continuity, Enterprise Messaging, the Project Management Office, and the Information Management Solutions groups and internal development. Fackler has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. Since joining FIS in 1978, Fackler has held a variety of positions. As a district manager, Fackler managed seven data centers across the company including three start-ups. Fackler also served as an area manager, responsible for four financial services' accounts. Before joining FIS, Fackler was programming manager for the United Bank of Arizona, Phoenix, Ariz.

Jerry Santillo is senior vice president of Commercial IT Solutions for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS). Commercial IT Solutions offers managed information technology, consulting and business continuity services to companies outside the banking and mortgage industries. Santillo is responsible for business development and customer relationships for Commercial IT Solutions. Santillo has more than 15 years of information technology experience in software development, sales, customer account management and business operations roles. His experience spans financial services, consulting, healthcare, insurance and telecommunications industries. Previously, Santillo was senior vice president of ALLTEL Information Services' telecommunications services division, which offered information technology products and services to companies in the telecommunications industry. Santillo was responsible for oversight of all aspects of the business from business development, solution management, customer relationships and service delivery. Santillo earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering degree with specialization in management systems and operations research from Princeton University.

Julie is senior vice president for Management Systems and is responsible for financial analysis and reporting. During her 11 years with FIS, Julie has provided financial oversight for Corporate Real Estate, including recent construction efforts and other specialty projects. "Karen Wittlinger is a senior vice president and leads the Information Security Governance division of Fidelity national Technology Solutions. Prior to her role with the Information Security Governance division, Karen served as vice president of ATS Security for 14 year. Prior to joining FIS, Karen was an auditor with Citibank for 10 years. Lynn Hatfield is senior vice president of Professional Services for Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Mortgage Servicing division. In this role, she is responsible for providing education, consulting and system documentation to support FIS' solutions. Hatfield's group also provides tactical and strategic best practices support for mortgage banking industry professionals. Hatfield joined FIS in 1994 as a mortgage banking consultant. Since then, she worked in PowerCell, product planning and data center operations. In her current role, she oversees more than 125 professionals.

Mary Waggoner is senior vice president of investor relations for Fidelity National Financial Services (FIS). Prior to the FIS-Certegy merger, Waggoner served in a similar capacity as Certegy's senior vice president of investor relations. Waggoner has also worked as senior vice president of investor relations for Mercantile Bancorporation in St. Louis, Mo., and served in senior level community banking positions between 1985 and 1997 including controller, senior vice president, and president. Waggoner is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.

Mary McDaniel brings to ACBS, a division of Fidelity National Information Services, a wealth of experience and knowledge in the commercial lending arena twenty-four years of system development experience, with fourteen years in origination, commercial lending, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining ACBS, Mary provided consulting services in the financial services industry for Andersen Consulting. She led the effort for several projects that included the design and development of a Commercial Loan Origination system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for commercial and retail banking customer interaction centers and CRM technology for a customer interaction center to support financial market business to consumer (B2C) web site initiatives. "Michael P. Oates is senior vice president of human resources for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. Before joining FIS, Oates was vice president of human resources for Florida Rock Industries, Inc., in Jacksonville, Fla. Oates has more than 16 years of experience in the human resources arena. In addition to his work for Florida Rock Industries, he previously held positions as director of Labor Relations for CSX in Jacksonville and as a partner at the Richmond, Va., law firm of Hunton & Williams, where he specialized in labor and employment law. He also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, where he was a deep sea diving and salvage officer aboard the USS Reclaimer (ARS 42). His primary areas of focus included commercial transactions, consumer credit, collections, litigation, mergers, acquisitions, technology licensing, banking and privacy. Cook served as assistant vice president and associate group counsel for Equifax, Inc., before founding a Tampa law firm – specializing in corporate governance, acquisitions, telecommunications, intellectual property, banking, collections, privacy and commercial transactions. A skilled arbitrator and mediator, Cook is certified by the Florida Supreme Court and is an active member of the American Arbitration Association and the Florida Bar Association. His writings have been published by the University of Southern California Law Review, Computer Law Journal. Cook holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law. Brad Kelley is vice president of product development for Fidelity National Information Services Empower loan origination division. In this role, Kelley oversees all software development operations. Kelley's team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Empower, as well as research, business analysis and custom deployment assistance. In the past five years, the Empower product has earned top honors as the most widely used loan origination system in the nation's top 100 lending institutions. Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Youngstown State University.

Darrell Cox is vice president of professional services for Fidelity National Information Services Empower loan origination division. His team is responsible for the professional services offered to clients from pre-sale engagements through implementation and beyond. Cox oversees the services available to existing clients, such as staff augmentation, upgrades and enhancements. His staff includes experts in project management, business analysis, development and training. Cox has more than 20 years of IT experience. He has worked for three Fortune 500 companies as an IT executive. Cox joined the Empower division in February 2003 as the director of Empower Support Services and took over in his current role in April of 2004. Cox graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Gary Groshner is vice president of support systems for Fidelity National Information Services Empower loan origination division. In this role, he is responsible for network infrastructure, customer support, quality control and technical writing. Groshner's team works to ensure the Empower users are fully satisfied with the Empower suite of products. His team provides quality control on all the Empower systems before they reach the clients. Once a client is implemented on Empower, his team provides high-quality documentation on the Empower products and superior customer support. Groshner joined the company in 1987 and held several programming and analysis positions during the development and rollout of various products, including the original DOS-based loan origination software for desktop sand laptops. Groshner has also been a part of the development and rollout of all the Empower versions, beginning with the first version in 1998. In 2001, he assumed the role of director of support systems and in 2003, took on the executive director role. Groshner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Gregg Cerniglia is vce president of global sales for ACBS, a division of Fidelity National Information Services. He joined the ACBS sales team in 1996 as a product specialist and is currently based in New York where he has direct responsibility for global sales and the sales support team. Gregg has fifteen years of commercial banking related experience, specializing in back office operations management in credit servicing and accounting. Gregg's association with ACBS spans ten years, including two years at ACBS's initial installation site, the National Bank of Canada (New York) in the capacity of loan operations manager for their Asset-Based Lending Portfolio. Gregg completed his undergraduate studies in finance at the University of Connecticut and also earned his masters degree in marketing and finance there.

"Michael E. Sax is senior vice president and treasurer for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Prior to this position, Sax's responsibilities included serving as Certegy's senior vice president and treasurer, and corporate vice president and controller prior to that. Before joining Certegy, Sax held various financial positions within Equifax, including serving as senior vice president and controller of Equifax Payment Services. Sax holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. "

Scott Kostyra joined ACBS, a division of Fidelity National Information Services, in 2003 with the acquisition of Customized Database Systems Inc. (CDS). He heads sales, marketing, and business development for ACBS's front office applications. Before joining ACBS, Scott was president and co-founder of GMS Technologies, a start-up company that developed a Web-marketing system for corporate finance transactions. Before GMS, Scott had a fourteen-year career in investment banking, with an emphasis on emerging markets, at Goldman Sachs, Santander Investment and Swiss Bank. Scott has a BS from Binghamton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

MaryEllen Adam is senior vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Lending Solutions group of Fidelity's Financial Services organization. She is responsible for establishing and setting the organization's strategic course for lending solutions and services. Adam also oversees the development and implementation of the organization's lending-related client server product offerings. Adam joined Fidelity in October 1997 and served as product manager of retail finance. She spent six months on a special assignment to analyze and implement a Financial Services "business transformation" initiative. She also sponsored many of the organization's lending mergers and acquisitions and strategic-alliance activities. Prior to Fidelity, Adam had 18 years of financial services industry experience in product management, information technology and lending. She has held several management and vice president-level positions with American Business Financial Services, Meridian Bancorp and First Florida Banks. Her education includes specialized studies at Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Bank Management and at American Bankers Association Graduate School of Regulatory Compliance.

"Robin Tilbury joined Fidelity National Information Services in February 1997 to help establish the London Office for the wholesale lending division (ACBS). Prior to ACBS, Robin worked at Kleinwort Benson (now Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein) for eighteen years in various capacities from treasury operations manager, money market trader and utimately, manager of the Corporate Loan Administration Units in New York and London. Before Kleinwort Benson, Robin worked in the accounting and treasury divisions of AP Bank, which is now part of Riggs Bank. "

John Haley is Managing Director, Asia-Pacific Region, for the International Division of Fidelity National Information Services. Prior to his current position, Haley was senior vice president and chief technology officer for ALLTEL Corporation. As chief technology officer, he was responsible for technology strategy and direction. Prior to his current role, Haley was senior vice president of strategic development with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and business development. Haley joined the company in 1983 and has held a variety of positions revolving around the creation and management of software products for the financial industry, research and development, and technology architecture and strategy. Prakash Jalihal is senior vice president and managing director of Fidelity National Information Services for Latin America and the Caribbean. He is responsible for the direct management of sales and operations for the company's business in Latin America and the Caribbean. Jalihal began his career with Fidelity National Information Services in 1972. Prior to his current position, Jalihal has held positions such as Programmer/analyst, Systems Development Division manager, Planning and Research manager, Little Rock Remote Processing Center manager and Global Client Operations manager. From 1976 through 1985, he played a key role as the overall manager for development of the company's family of financial systems. Under his leadership, the company developed the most complete set of retail banking software in the industry. In 1986, he was one of two founding members of the International Division that now has clients in over 60 countries worldwide. Before joining Fidelity Naitonal Information Services, Jalihal was a production control engineer with International Harvester Company in Bombay, India. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Thomas Palmer serves as one of two managing directors for the Mortgage Servicing division of Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). He is responsible for one half of the Mortgage Servicing division's client base, including contract negotiations, delivery of products and services and maintaining client satisfaction. Prior to joining FIS, Palmer served in a variety of key capacities which have contributed to his strong foundation in sales and operations, including national wholesale, retail, consumer direct and correspondent lending. Palmer has over 26 years in the mortgage industry and is a proven leader in growth-oriented organizations. He began his career in 1977 with SouthTrust Mortgage Corporation. He joined BancBoston Mortgage Corporation in 1986, where he served as executive vice president, assisting with the merger of five companies and the creation of the wholesale and correspondent production divisions. Other senior roles include serving as COO/executive vice president at American Home Funding, where he assisted with the establishment of a wholesale production and direct consumer lending division and executive vice president at Fleet Mortgage, where he successfully expanded the distribution channels, sales force and new product development. Palmer received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Auburn University with a major in accounting. He has served as president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida. Palmer also served as a member of the Fannie Mae Southeastern Advisory Board, the Fannie Mae Southwestern Advisory Board and the Freddie Mac Advisory Board.

Soler-Sala is senior vice president of Major Accounts for Fidelity National Information Services Mortgage Servicing division. His team is responsible for managing the business relationships with more than 27 Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) clients. This dynamic group of clients service approximately 75 percent of all the mortgage loans on MSP.

Cecilia Janos is responsible for product strategy for the Corebank product of Fidelity National Information Services' International division. She oversees product direction for this relational database, next-generation, mainframe core processing application, as well as initiatives focused on developing additional Corebank components and architecture platforms. As part of the international product strategy and business development group, Janos provides global banking industry expertise for FIS' international sales representatives, directors and account managers. Janos joined FIS in 1986 and served in a variety of technical and data center management roles. In 1990, she moved to FIS' EMEA regional office, where she developed support staff, provided project management oversight for major software implementations and supported software sales efforts. In 1996, Janos was named development manager for customer systems. In 1998, she joined the technology management office as a senior business architect and provided architecture and technology direction throughout the organization. Recently, she also served as director of deposit solutions strategy for FIS' integrated retail banking products. Prior to FIS, Janos was an assistant vice president at a major Southern California savings and loan. She had responsibility for the day-to-day operations of deposit applications as well as coordinating the company's conversion to FIS (then ALLTEL) software. Janos earned a bachelor's degree in social sciences, with an emphasis on political science, at San Diego State University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

John Crowley is information technology director for Fidelity National Information Services. He is responsible for the technology activities of the Information Services and Lender Outsource Solutions operating lines of Fidelity National Information Services. In this role, Crowley oversees the technology investments of 35 diverse businesses ranging from real estate settlement services to the creation of title plants. Crowley has more than 13 years of experience in mortgage technology. Prior to joining FIS, he was senior vice President of sales and marketing with Ignition Mortgage Technology Solutions, a wholely owned subsidiary of Freddie Mac. During his career, Crowley has had responsibility for sales, marketing, product strategy and delivery of multi-channel software solutions for Alltel, Policy Management Systems and Gallagher Financial Systems. Crowley is a frequent speaker at mortgage industry conferences on technology issues and mortgage supply chain management.

Michael Cuadro joined ACBS, a division of Fidelity National Information Services, in 1996. He is currently the director of relationship management for the Americas. Mike's career spans over thirty years in commercial lending, equipment finance, leasing and software project management. Prior to joining ACBS, Mike was a senior consultant for Logica, Inc., supporting the implementation management for its Loan Syndicator Product. Before joining Logica, he was president and CEO of IBJ Schroder Leasing Corporation, the equipment leasing and financing arm of IBJ Schroder Bank and Trust Company. Mike joined IBJ Schroder Leasing Corp. as its vice president and CFO in 1980 and was later promoted to executive vice president-finance before being appointed president. He has also held positions as manager of accounting and financial systems for International Paper Credit Corporation and manager of accounting and operations for Citicorp Industrial Credit Corporation. Mike graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in finance.

Rod Hatfield is Information Management Director for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). He is responsible for the management of Enterprise Application Integration and Business Intelligence initiatives. In this role, Hatfield oversees the product strategy and business direction for the Information Management line of businesses. Hatfield has more than 13 years of experience in the financial services technology area. During the past four years, Rod has worked in the Business Partners division where he has developed strategic business partnerships and technology solutions with industry-leading service providers. Prior to joining FIS, Hatfield worked in banking systems with Florida Federal Savings & Loan and Main Street Mortgage Company, LLC. Rod earned bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration with a major in finance at

Jack Pearce is chief lending strategist for Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Mortgage Servicing division. Pearce supports the MSP system and is responsible for providing product strategy and business direction for the Mortgage Servicing division. He works primarily on the MSP re-architecture project. Pearce joined FIS in August of 2003 as a consultant to define MSP product strategy. Pearce earned his BS in Business Administration from Norwich University and his MBA from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Stuart Harvey joined ACBS, a division of Fidelity National Information Services, as a global project manager in consulting services in August, 1999. On November 1, 2003, Stuart was promoted to the position of director of consulting for Europe. In this position, he assumed overall engagement management oversight for all current and future implementations in Europe. Stuart gained more than thirty years of business and systems experience in the banking industry at the Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS), where he held many positions, including senior management positions in London, Dublin and Toronto. His most recent position with BNS was as global project manager for Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS). He played a key role in the evaluation of syndicated loan systems and had primary responsibility for the recommendation and implementation of the ACBS system.
