Prior to starting Fieldglass, Jai co-founded Quinnox, an IT and Business Process Outsourcing firm located in Naperville, Ill., with development and sales operations worldwide. Previously, he was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Chicago where he served clients in various industries in the areas of corporate strategy, sales effectiveness, marketing and cross-border alliances. As head of operations at Syntel, a software services firm, he helped build the company to nearly 700 consultants as well as create an international sales and service delivery organization to provide application management services to the Global 2000. Jai holds a master's in business administration with specializations in finance and strategy from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.; and a bachelor's degree in management science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

Jim brings more than 21 years of entrepreneurial financial and operational experience to Fieldglass. This includes senior management roles in Finance, Operations and Marketing in a variety of successful early stage businesses including iPhotonics, Inc. in Maryland, as well as MFS Communications and Cognitive Concepts, Inc. in the Chicago area. Jim's career has resulted in experiences in many sectors including software, outsourcing, manufacturing, procurement and telecommunications. This background has given him a unique insight into the challenges that Fieldglass' customers face in growing their businesses across multiple industries. It has further provided important skills to help cope with the difficulties of maneuvering a rapidly growing software company through a challenging marketplace. During the early part of his career, Jim's efforts were focused in the capital markets, banking and leveraged lending sectors. His roles included lending and advisory responsibilities within regional and international organizations that provided needed capital to mid-sized businesses across the country. As one of the founding members of Household Commercial's leveraged lending unit in Chicago, Jim helped grow their portfolio of loans, primarily provided for small and midsized businesses, to over $2 billion of outstanding assets. Jim holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from Indiana University at Bloomington, as well as a secondary concentration in Chemistry.

Rob Brimm leads Fieldglass' worldwide sales initiatives and is responsible for the direct and indirect sales channels. Rob has extensive experience in delivering enterprise solutions to a wide range of industries and brings 20 successful years of management in sales, marketing, and corporate leadership to Fieldglass. Prior to joining Fieldglass he was the Vice President of North American Sales for Saba Software, Inc., a leader in the Human Capital Management & Development industry based in Redwood Shores, CA. Additionally, he has held sales leadership positions at IMI Corporation, where he was the Vice President of Sales, Western Region as well as positions at Marcam Corporation, ASK Computer Systems, and Sperry Univac. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Rachel Wasserman is Vice President & General Counsel of Fieldglass. With more than 13 years of technology-related legal experience, Rachel is responsible for overseeing Fieldglass' legal affairs. Previously, Rachel was in-house counsel to Oracle, which she joined following the acquisition of PeopleSoft where she was the senior managing attorney for PeopleSoft's midwest region. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, she was in private practice with the law firm of Ungaretti & Harris where she focused on technology and telecommunications related transactions. Rachel received a bachelor of sciences in decision sciences and a bachelor of arts in history from Indiana University at Bloomington, and holds a juris doctorate from the DePaul University College of Law.

Patrick A. Cairns joined Grotech as an Associate in 1999 and was promoted to Vice President in 2003. Prior to joining Grotech, he was a Financial Analyst in the investment banking division of BT Alex. Brown specializing in media and communications companies. At Grotech, Mr. Cairns is focused on technology and communications-oriented investment opportunities. Mr. Cairns is a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Politics.
