Ken Lantz is a professor of Management Studies at St. Thomas University teaching Management Ethics, Organizational Behavior, and Public Administration. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, MS in Health Administration, and has completed the coursework for a Ph.D. in Global Leaders. Before accepting the position at St. Thomas, Mr. Lantz was the Fire Chief for the Broward Sheriff's Office Department of Fire Rescue. In 2003, Ken left the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department after reaching the rank of Deputy Fire Chief and having been the County's Emergency Manager from 1995 until 2003. He is now retired and is the President of Fields, Batista, and Peterson, LLC a Homeland Security, Fire and EMS, and Emergency Management consulting company. John D. Whitcombe has served as a director of the Company since March 1998. Mr. Whitcombe has been a partner in the law firm of Greenberg, Fields & Whitcombe (Torrance, California) since November 1994. From 1992 until November 1994 he was a partner in the law firm of Whitcombe, Makin & Pentis. Mr. Whitcombe is a director and the CEO of Oarsmen Foundation and a director of Little Company of Mary Hospital. Mr. Whitcombe is also a director and Treasurer for both GLS Building Corp. and Schuler Investment Corp.

Annie Somerville: Annie is Executive Chef at Green's Restaurant, where, during her more than 20-year tenure, she has earned a national reputation for her imaginative approach to vegetarian cooking. She is a popular teacher of cooking classes throughout the Bay Area, and is the author of Fields of Greens: New Vegetarian Recipes from the Celebrated Greens Restaurant and Everyday Greens. Her works have also been featured in many publications, including Gourmet, Food and Wine, Ladies Home Journal, and Vegetarian Times.

Scott H. Schooler is a senior associate with Forbes, Fields & Associates Co., L.P.A. Born in 1957, he received his B.A. degree in Journalism and Urban Design in 1978 from New York University, his M.S. degree in Urban Studies in 1979 from Cleveland State University, and his J.D. degree in 1984 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was a member of law review. Mr. Schooler joined the firm in 1994. During his employment with Forbes, Fields & Associates Co., L.P.A., Mr. Schooler has had experience with governmental law, zoning law, employment law, tort law, contract law, civil rights litigation, real estate law and school construction law. Mr. Schooler has been admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, the New York Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Professor Leibovich joined the Cornell faculty in 1966, after a year as a NATO postdoctoral fellow in mathematics at the University of London . He is a member of the graduate Fields of Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Atmospheric Sciences, Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and Mechanical Engineering. Professional memberships include Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences; membership in the National Academy of Engineering, the American Physical Society, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Professor Leibovich also serves as general editor of the Cambridge University Press Monographs on Mechanics, and is a member of the editorial board of Acta Mechanica and Annual Reviews of Fluid Mechanics. He previously served as co-editor of Acta Mechanica , and as associate editor for the Journal of Fluid Mechanics, the Journal of Applied Mechanics, and the SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics. He has been chairman of the U.S. National Committee on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, of the ASME Applied Mechanics Division, and of the APS Division of Fluid Dynamics.
