Marsha C. Williams serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Orbitz Worldwide.
From August 2002 to February 2007, Ms. Williams served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Office Properties Trust, the nation's largest owner and operator of office buildings.
From May 1998 to August 2002, Ms. Williams was the Chief Administrative Officer of Crate and Barrel, a national Chicago-based retailer of home furnishings and accessories.
Ms. Williams served as Vice President of Amoco Corporation, a worldwide energy and chemical company, from December 1997 until April 1998 and Treasurer of Amoco Corporation from October 1993 until April 1998, as well as in other capacities and positions with Amoco from November 1989 until October 1993.
From 1988 to 1989, Ms. Williams was Vice President and Treasurer of Carson Pirie Scott & Co., and from 1973 to 1988, Ms. Williams served in various positions with First National Bank of Chicago, including Vice President and Head, Retailing Companies Division.
Ms. Williams earned her M.B.A. from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and her B.A. from Wellesley College.

James P. Hackett is president and chief executive officer and director of Steelcase Inc., the global leader in the office furniture industry. Steelcase delivers a better work experience to its customers by providing products, services and insights into the ways people work. Its portfolio includes architecture, furniture and technology products. The company and its subsidiaries serve their customers through a network of over 600 independent dealers and have approximately 13,500 employees worldwide. Fiscal 2008 revenue was $3.4 billion. Jim oversees all operations of Steelcase Inc., including domestic and international operations. Jim was named president and chief executive officer of Steelcase Inc. in December 1994. Previously, Jim served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Steelcase North America, a position he was named to in August 1994. In April 1994, Jim was named executive vice president of Steelcase Ventures. He was responsible for the design and development of products for non-contract furniture industry customers in addition to developing new company opportunities. In August 1993, Jim was named president of Turnstone, a Steelcase company created exclusively to meet the office furnishing needs of small businesses and home offices. The Turnstone model, designed to service new ways in which people do their work, was unique in the contract furniture industry. In 1990, Jim was named Steelcase's senior vice president of Sales and Marketing. He joined Steelcase in 1981 and held a variety of sales and marketing positions in the company, including regional manager in Houston, Texas, in 1984 and director of national accounts from 1986 to 1990. Before joining Steelcase, Jim held sales and management positions at Procter & Gamble in Detroit, Michigan, from 1977 to 1981. Jim serves on the board of directors for Northwestern Mutual Life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Fifth Third Bancorp in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a member of the boards of advisors to the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and the Life Sciences Institute at the University of Michigan. Additionally, he is a past president of the Institute of Design Board of Overseers at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Jim graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in general studies.

Gary R. Heminger is executive vice president - Downstream of Marathon Oil Corporation and serves as a member of Marathon's Executive Committee. He joined the Company in 1975 and was appointed to his current position in July 2005. In addition to this role, Mr. Heminger is president of Marathon Petroleum Company LLC (MPC), (formerly Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC (MAP)), a wholly owned subsidiary of Marathon. He assumed responsibility as president of MPC in September 2001. In January 2001, he was named MAP executive vice president, Supply, Transportation and Marketing. He was named senior vice president, Business Development in 1999 and was named vice president of Business Development for MAP upon its formation in January 1998. Mr. Heminger assumed the position of manager, Business Development & Joint Interest of Marathon Oil Company in November 1996. From 1995 to 1996 he served as president of Marathon Pipe Line Company. In 1991, he was named vice president of Emro Marketing's Western Division. Emro was the predecessor of Speedway SuperAmerica LLC. Mr. Heminger's more than 34 years with Marathon include experience in a variety of groups and functions. In addition to five years in various financial and administrative roles, he spent three years in London, United Kingdom, as audit supervisor of the Brae Project. He worked with Emro Marketing for eight years in several marketing and commercial roles. Mr. Heminger, a Tiffin, Ohio, native, earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Tiffin University in 1976 while already employed by Marathon Oil Company in Findlay, Ohio. He earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton, Ohio, in 1982. A graduate of the Wharton Executive Management Program, Mr. Heminger is chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tiffin University. He is past chairman of both the American Petroleum Institute (API) Downstream Committee and Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, and a member of the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. He also serves on the board of directors of Fifth Third Bancorp.

Mitchel Livingston is vice president for Student Affairs and Services and professor
of Educational Studies at the University of Cincinnati. He joined UC in 1994 after
serving as vice president for Student Affairs at the University at Albany, SUNY,
and Dean of Students at Ohio State University.
Earning his Ph. D. in Higher Education Administration at Michigan State
University, he received his master and bachelor degrees in Education from
Southern Illinois University.
