Mike Jandernoa is the former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Perrigo Company, the nation's largest manufacturer and marketer of store brand over-the-counter drug and nutritional products. Mike is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a Certified Public Accountant, having worked at BDO Seidman for seven years prior to joining Perrigo in 1979. Hired by Perrigo as Vice President of Finance, Mike was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Finance in 1981, appointed President in January 1983, and became Chief Executive Officer in 1986. He was promoted to Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in November 1991, a position he held until May of 2000. During his career at Perrigo, Mike helped lead two LBO's in 1981 and 1988 and the IPO in 1991. In addition to his service on Perrigo's Board of Directors, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Steelcase, Fifth Third Bank of Western Michigan, Cascade Engineering, ADAC Plastics, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the Strategic Economic Investment and Commercialization Board (formerly Michigan Technology Tri-Corridor/Michigan Life Sciences Corridor), the University of Michigan Business School Visiting Committee and Grand Valley University Foundation. Mike is a member of the Michigan Business Roundtable and other corporate advisory boards, and is a past member of the Young Presidents' Organization. Mike also serves/chairs on numerous religious and community boards and committees as well. Also, Mike is a co-founder of Bridge Street Capital Partners and a co-founder of Grand Angels.

Mr. Alley is the owner of Patriot Investments, LLC, through which he conducts an array of business consulting and investment initiatives. He is also the owner of Electronic Evolutions, Inc., one of the nation's leading custom designers & installers of consumer electronics, media, and control devices in residential and commercial environments. Mr. Alley has remained active in numerous business and civic activities since his retirement in 2002 from Fifth Third Bank of Central Indiana, an affiliate of Fifth Third Bancorp, where he served as president and CEO. While leading Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Alley significantly increased the financial institution's presence in Indiana from 1989 through 2002. He spearheaded the organization's strategic growth through the acquisition of The New Palestine Bank to acquire more than $4.8 billion in assets and establish the largest state chartered bank in Indiana. Mr. Alley joined Fifth Third Bancorp in 1985 as vice president and city executive for Dayton, Ohio. Prior to joining the bank, he worked for Bank of America in Austin, Texas, and for KPMG, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Alley graduated magna cum laude from Indiana State University and is a certified public accountant (CPA). Mr. Alley remains very active in civic and community activities and currently serves on numerous boards including Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, Community Health Network of Indiana, The Indiana Heart Hospital, Indiana State University, The Indy Partnership, Indianapolis Zoological Society, Highland Golf and Country Club, and the United Way of Central Indiana. He is also on several corporate boards including AAA Hoosier Motor Club, Fifth Third Bank, Indiana, Golden Rule Insurance Company, Leaf Partners, LLC, Griner Engineering, Inc., and G & A Foods, Inc.

Nancy W. Hickey is senior vice president, chief administrative officer for Steelcase Inc., the global leader in the office furniture industry. Steelcase delivers a better work experience to its customers by providing products, services and insights into the ways people work. Its portfolio includes architecture, furniture and technology products. Nancy was appointed to this position in November 2001 and has responsibility for Corporate Communications, Global Human Resources, Corporate and Community Relations, Aviation, Global Facilities and Real Estate, Steelcase University and Cultural Innovation. Previously, Nancy was senior vice president of Global Human Resources, with responsibility for human resource practices and processes that are universal to Steelcase locations worldwide. She was named vice president, Human Resources, in May 1999, responsible for overall development and administration of human resources policies, processes and programs for Steelcase Inc. From 1994 to 1999, Nancy was vice president, Dealer and Customer Alliances, responsible for relationships with Steelcase's North American dealers and overall development of the dealer network. In May 1997, Nancy also became responsible for the Steelcase Furniture Management Coalition (FMC), a Steelcase Inc. subsidiary that offers the outsourcing of furniture-related management activities through a nationwide network of service providers. She joined Steelcase in 1986 as a district manager, where she was responsible for the sales of Steelcase furniture through Boston, Mass., and Northern New England dealers. In 1990, she was named regional manager and area sales director in Boston, Mass. Before joining Steelcase, Nancy worked at Philips Information Systems, in Dallas, Texas, from 1982 to 1985 and in Boston from 1985 to 1986. During that time, Nancy held positions as branch manager, national marketing support manager and assistant regional manager. From 1978 to 1982, Nancy held a variety of sales and marketing positions for Exxon Office Systems working in New York, NY, Orange County, Calif., San Francisco, Calif., and Dallas, Texas. Nancy earned a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in education from Albright College, in Reading, Pa., in 1973. She is on the board of directors of Fifth Third Bank, a Michigan banking corporation, and Meijer, Inc.

After receiving his degree in finance from Southern Illinois University and his Master's Degree in business administration from St. Louis University, Paul accepted a position with a bank holding company in St. Louis. With his extensive financial training, he joined Koerner Distributor, Inc., in 1983 as Vice President and General Manager. Paul was appointed President in 1990, and has managed the company on a day-to-day basis ever since. Paul is President of the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois' Board of Directors and Executive Committee, has been president of the Effingham Country Club and a participant in many activities in the Effingham community, including United Way, YMCA and church related activities, such as the Springfield Diocese Foundation Board. He is a Board of Director of Fifth Third Bank, Group Investment Inc., St. Anthony Hospital, Tingley Insurance Agency and the City of Effingham's Civic Foundation.
