Mr. Lavender, 45, has served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Healthcare Lending of Fifth Third Bank since December 2005. Prior to assuming that position, Mr. Lavender served as the Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions from January 2003 to December 2005. In addition to his role as Commissioner, he served as the chairman of the National Regulatory Committee for the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and was a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to being named Commissioner, Mr. Lavender was co-founder and served as Executive Vice President of Administration and Banking for MediSphere Health Partners, Inc. from May 1996 to October 2002.

Cheryl is a Vice President in the Public Fund Group at Fifth Third Bank and is responsible for providing banking services and products to existing and potential municipal customers. Cheryl has worked with local governments and school districts since 1993 and in banking since 1976. Cheryl has been an active member of the MMTA since 1995 and serves on a number of committees. She feels strongly about the MMTA. She feels that it is a great organization, providing numerous training sessions along with great networking opportunities. Ned Sher is Vice President, Manager of Health Care Financial Services for Fifth Third Bank. Ned has been in corporate Finance for over 18 years and holds a Masters of Management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, North western University.

Thomas Clevidence is Sr. Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Fifth Third Bank. He brings over 25 years of diversified experience in Business, Education and Human Resources to HRG. In his current position, Tom is responsible for all areas of Human Resources, Corporate Facilities and Bank Protection management. Prior to joining Fifth Third in September 2001, Tom served as the Executive Director - Office of the President for Cuyahoga Community College and Senior Managing Director of Human Resources for McDonald Investments. Tom began his career with Ernst and Whinney (Young) and Ameritrust in Senior Employment and Staffing roles. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and Master of Education from Kent State University. He later went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Tom serves as Vice President and Board member for the Retired Senior and Volunteer Program (RSVP). In addition, he is Chairman of Special Events for the Executive Cabinet of United Way and serves on several executive boards including United Cerebral Palsy and Cuyahoga County Re-employment Services.

Tonya Gietzen is Vice President of Commercial Banking at Fifth Third Bank in Ann Arbor. She is involved in numerous community organizations and has served on Washtenaw Literacy's Board of Directors since 2001. Tonya is passionate about helping people learn to read.

Responsible for creating a positive image for YPAL by promoting its events and accomplishments via print, radio and television. Committee members with media contacts are needed, as well as those with writing and design skills. Derrick Littlejohn is a portfolio manager in the commercial banking division at Fifth Third Bank. In this role, Derrick's responsibilities include sales of tailored financial products for businesses, credit facility underwriting, and relationship management for the metropolitan Louisville and Southern Indiana region.

Ingrid Kandall is the Chamber Director. Ingrid is the Senior Relationship Manager at the Fifth Third Bank that recently opened in Streamwood. She has been in the banking industry for twenty years. Her responsibilities at the bank include having relationships with the Streamwood Chamber and other business and political organizations. She attends Willow Creek Community Church and is a Promise Land Volunteer. She feels that she can bring her varied banking career experience into the Chamber and will work hard to make a difference and add value to the Chamber and the community.

Jeff, a Louisville native, holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Virginia Tech and is a Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank. He is currently engaged to Jessica Nolph and will wed in June of 2008. This is Jeff's second year on the Board of directors, the first year being the Director of Professional Development. Jeff's goal over the next year is to expand YPAL's footprint in the Louisville area and making YPAL membership be "a must" for every Louisville Young Professional. He also wants to expand YPAL's membership to 1,000 members strong as well as organize original, exciting events. In his spare time, Jeff loves to travel, watch the Hokies and Cardinals on the gridiron, run with his dog, and watch the stock market.

Chris has been with Fifth Third Bank since 1995 and has served in a variety of management positions before moving to mortgage lending in 2004. She has worked with many customers ranging from first time homebuyers to second home and investment property buyers. Janice DeCuir is the Emerging Market Specialist at Fifth Third Bank. Her background in real estate, banking, and finance spans 25 years. She is a founding member of the Kentucky Jump$tart chapter. She participated in the 2020 vision project that allocated funds to teachers for financial literacy instruction in the classroom. Recently, she has spearheaded the installation of Financial Fitness Fairs for graduate students at the University of Kentucky. After separating from a 20-year marriage in 2001, Janice found herself relocating to another city with no money, family or support systems. By 2003, she was working 4 different jobs (including a paper route) in order to make ends meet. Having walked the difficult road to authenticity, she understands the true power people possess to design and manifest their own destiny.

JoAnne has been the senior Data Control Specialist and Team Leader on ACTON's Financial Services Data Management Team since 1994. JoAnne's knowledge of direct marketing and the financial services industry, her attention to detail and keen analytic sense have earned her the accolades and recognition from some of the nation's largest banking institutions. JoAnne is the lead Marketing Analyst for Fifth Third Bank, one of the nation's largest banks with over 1,000 branch locations and an industry leader in the use of direct marketing to support a concentrated Checking Account Acquisition Program. Prior to joining ACTON, JoAnne spent six years with Sandhills Publishing as a supervisor responsible for data quality, mail preparation and postal audits of several leading trade publications. She also spent 12 years with A.C. Nielsen Marketing Research serving in many critical capacities including Presentation Analyst, Control Desk Supervisor and Unit Head and Scheduler for the company's Final Output Department.

Kenneth A. Horner (President): Mr. Horner has been on the Board since 2001. He currently is employed as a commercial lending officer for Fifth Third Bank in Cleveland. Mr. Horner earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Denison University and a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

Steve has been a Tennyson resident since 1999. He and his wife Cathy Minor moved from a townehome to patio home in 2005. He is employed as an officer at Fifth Third Bank since 2002, having previously served 15years in International Sales.

WILLIAM E. MCWHIRTER is chairman emeritus of Fifth Third Bank, Indiana. He is a fourth-generation banker who served as chief executive officer for Peoples Bank & Trust Company from 1985 until 1999, when it merged with Fifth Third. McWhirter is currently Chairman of Easter Seals Crossroads Rehabilitation Center, and the United Way Capital Funds Project Committee. He is a member of the Advisory Boards of the University of Indianapolis Financial Services Institute and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is a founding board member of the Indianapolis Entrepreneurship Academy and the Masonic Learning Centers for Children, Inc. McWhirter was chairman of the Indiana Bankers Association. He was a board member and treasurer of the United Way, Community Bankers Association, St. Vincent Hospital Foundation, Salvation Army, and Young Presidents Organization. He is a past board member of Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana and The University Club of Indianapolis. He is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Indianapolis and its foundation. He is a member of the executive committee and board of directors at Fifth Third, and serves on the boards of The Schneider Corporation and Interactive Intelligence. McWhirter received his degree in economics from DePauw University.

Kremer serves on the University of Evansville's Board of Trustees and Fifth Third Bank, Indiana's Board of Directors. He is also active raising money for the area's Catholic High School's capital campaign. Kremer holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Evansville and a MBA from the University of Evansville. Prior to joining Emerson Electric Co, Kremer was with Whirlpool Corporation for 27 years.

Mike Jandernoa is the former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Perrigo Company, the nation's largest manufacturer and marketer of store brand over-the-counter drug and nutritional products. Mike is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a Certified Public Accountant, having worked at BDO Seidman for seven years prior to joining Perrigo in 1979. Hired by Perrigo as Vice President of Finance, Mike was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Finance in 1981, appointed President in January 1983, and became Chief Executive Officer in 1986. He was promoted to Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in November 1991, a position he held until May of 2000. During his career at Perrigo, Mike helped lead two LBO's in 1981 and 1988 and the IPO in 1991. In addition to his service on Perrigo's Board of Directors, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Steelcase, Fifth Third Bank of Western Michigan, Cascade Engineering, ADAC Plastics, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the Strategic Economic Investment and Commercialization Board (formerly Michigan Technology Tri-Corridor/Michigan Life Sciences Corridor), the University of Michigan Business School Visiting Committee and Grand Valley University Foundation. Mike is a member of the Michigan Business Roundtable and other corporate advisory boards, and is a past member of the Young Presidents' Organization. Mike also serves/chairs on numerous religious and community boards and committees as well. Also, Mike is a co-founder of Bridge Street Capital Partners and a co-founder of Grand Angels.

Mr. Alley is the owner of Patriot Investments, LLC, through which he conducts an array of business consulting and investment initiatives. He is also the owner of Electronic Evolutions, Inc., one of the nation's leading custom designers & installers of consumer electronics, media, and control devices in residential and commercial environments. Mr. Alley has remained active in numerous business and civic activities since his retirement in 2002 from Fifth Third Bank of Central Indiana, an affiliate of Fifth Third Bancorp, where he served as president and CEO. While leading Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Alley significantly increased the financial institution's presence in Indiana from 1989 through 2002. He spearheaded the organization's strategic growth through the acquisition of The New Palestine Bank to acquire more than $4.8 billion in assets and establish the largest state chartered bank in Indiana. Mr. Alley joined Fifth Third Bancorp in 1985 as vice president and city executive for Dayton, Ohio. Prior to joining the bank, he worked for Bank of America in Austin, Texas, and for KPMG, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Alley graduated magna cum laude from Indiana State University and is a certified public accountant (CPA). Mr. Alley remains very active in civic and community activities and currently serves on numerous boards including Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, Community Health Network of Indiana, The Indiana Heart Hospital, Indiana State University, The Indy Partnership, Indianapolis Zoological Society, Highland Golf and Country Club, and the United Way of Central Indiana. He is also on several corporate boards including AAA Hoosier Motor Club, Fifth Third Bank, Indiana, Golden Rule Insurance Company, Leaf Partners, LLC, Griner Engineering, Inc., and G & A Foods, Inc.

Nancy W. Hickey is senior vice president, chief administrative officer for Steelcase Inc., the global leader in the office furniture industry. Steelcase delivers a better work experience to its customers by providing products, services and insights into the ways people work. Its portfolio includes architecture, furniture and technology products. Nancy was appointed to this position in November 2001 and has responsibility for Corporate Communications, Global Human Resources, Corporate and Community Relations, Aviation, Global Facilities and Real Estate, Steelcase University and Cultural Innovation. Previously, Nancy was senior vice president of Global Human Resources, with responsibility for human resource practices and processes that are universal to Steelcase locations worldwide. She was named vice president, Human Resources, in May 1999, responsible for overall development and administration of human resources policies, processes and programs for Steelcase Inc. From 1994 to 1999, Nancy was vice president, Dealer and Customer Alliances, responsible for relationships with Steelcase's North American dealers and overall development of the dealer network. In May 1997, Nancy also became responsible for the Steelcase Furniture Management Coalition (FMC), a Steelcase Inc. subsidiary that offers the outsourcing of furniture-related management activities through a nationwide network of service providers. She joined Steelcase in 1986 as a district manager, where she was responsible for the sales of Steelcase furniture through Boston, Mass., and Northern New England dealers. In 1990, she was named regional manager and area sales director in Boston, Mass. Before joining Steelcase, Nancy worked at Philips Information Systems, in Dallas, Texas, from 1982 to 1985 and in Boston from 1985 to 1986. During that time, Nancy held positions as branch manager, national marketing support manager and assistant regional manager. From 1978 to 1982, Nancy held a variety of sales and marketing positions for Exxon Office Systems working in New York, NY, Orange County, Calif., San Francisco, Calif., and Dallas, Texas. Nancy earned a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in education from Albright College, in Reading, Pa., in 1973. She is on the board of directors of Fifth Third Bank, a Michigan banking corporation, and Meijer, Inc.

After receiving his degree in finance from Southern Illinois University and his Master's Degree in business administration from St. Louis University, Paul accepted a position with a bank holding company in St. Louis. With his extensive financial training, he joined Koerner Distributor, Inc., in 1983 as Vice President and General Manager. Paul was appointed President in 1990, and has managed the company on a day-to-day basis ever since. Paul is President of the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois' Board of Directors and Executive Committee, has been president of the Effingham Country Club and a participant in many activities in the Effingham community, including United Way, YMCA and church related activities, such as the Springfield Diocese Foundation Board. He is a Board of Director of Fifth Third Bank, Group Investment Inc., St. Anthony Hospital, Tingley Insurance Agency and the City of Effingham's Civic Foundation.
