Anand K. Nallathambi serves as president and chief executive officer of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV). He joined First Advantage as president following the acquisition of First American's Credit Information Group (CIG) in September 2005, and was named chief executive officer in March 2007. Having joined First American in 1995, he has held various management and strategic business development positions, including the start up and development of the Appraisal Services unit, managing the Credit Information Group, and implementing the growth strategy of First American CREDCO. Nallathambi also serves on the board of directors of the Consumer Data Industry Association, an international trade association that represents consumer information companies. Nallathambi received his bachelor's degree in economics from Loyola University in Madras, India. He earned a master's degree in finance and marketing from California Lutheran University and has professional designations in systems analysis and international business from the University of California, Los Angeles.

John Lamson, chief financial officer and executive vice president since 2003. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lamson served as chief financial officer of First American Real Estate Information Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of First American, a position he held from September 1997 to June 2003. Jon Haber, Executive Vice President of First Advantage Assessment Solutions (formerly SkillCheck) founded SkillCheck in 1988 and transformed the company from an independent publisher of nationally acclaimed computer reference books to an international leader in computer-based testing. Under Haber's leadership, SkillCheck assessment solutions leapfrogged available testing technology, offering superior performance-based testing, a broad multilingual product line, and unique customization capabilities. The SkillCheck portfolio of testing innovations coupled with Haber's unique ability to develop effective skills assessment programs for multinational organizations has earned the trust of thousands of companies, including two of the world's largest staffing organizations. Haber graduated with Honors from Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Chemistry. He is also the co-author of a new book from ISTE on the evolving role of technology in education.

Nich Haber joined SkillCheck (now First Advantage Assessment Solutions) in 1990 after graduating with Honors from Brandeis University. He successfully managed the creation of the SkillCheck international product line of multilingual performance-based tests for office software skills. In his current position, he has assumed overall responsibility for the company's national and international sales, significantly increasing domestic and overseas sales of both software testing products and Internet testing products and services. Through his work with enterprise-level clients, Haber has been able to offer customized solutions that meet the client's specific needs. Key clients with whom he has worked include the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the American Heart Association, Staffmark and the Federal Government of Belgium (SELOR).

Thomas Milligan, was appointed Vice President and Corporate Treasurer in 2003. He previously served as Treasurer of First American Real Estate Information Services, Inc. which he joined in January 1998. Among other duties, Mr. Milligan manages the corporate treasury function, and other financial management, planning and related analysis for the company. Prior to 1998, Mr. Milligan was Director of Finance for IMC Mortgage Company. Before joining IMC, he provided acquisition financing with Household Commercial Finance and worked in the Chicago office of Deloitte & Touche. Dean Lambert brings over 17 years of experience in software design, development and management to his role. Before joining SkillCheck (now First Advantage Assessment Solutions) in 1996, Lambert was Manager of Software Engineering at Software Horizons, where he worked for over a decade. Prior to that he graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute, where he taught courses in C++ for five years.
Under Lambert's direction, the SkillCheck product has witnessed a ten-fold increase in its product portfolio, software updates and releases. Lambert was also instrumental in the launch of SkillCheck online testing solutions. As technical liaison to the division’s largest customers, including some of the world's largest international staffing companies, Lambert plays a key role in developing effective custom aptitude testing solutions. Lambert’s leadership role in the Assessment Solutions Division sales and marketing initiatives led to a 47% increase in direct sales between 2004 and 2005.

Before joining SkillCheck (now First Advantage Assessment Solutions) in 1998, Marc Steinberg served as a senior developer and product development team leader for Qwiz, a major competitor of the SkillCheck product line in the computer-based testing market. Experienced in a variety of emerging technologies and standards including J2EE/Java, C/C++/MFC, CGI/perl/HTML, NT/Linux, and ODBC/SQL, he coordinates all programming and IT-related projects at SkillCheck. Steinberg began his tenure at the Assessment Solutions Division by designing a product-development system for generating test content. He currently directs the ongoing research and development efforts surrounding the corporate portal website and test content architecture. Steinberg holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Vangie is responsible for overseeing both the Marketing efforts of First Advantage Recruiting Solutions and the development and implementation of successful online recruitment advertising programs for our clients. She is a specialist in identifying, building, and creating revenue for online business through advertising and subscription revenue models. Vangie joined First Advantage in 2002. Vangie has over 18 years of experience in the media industry in sales and management for broadcast groups like Hoker, Phoenix, Pilgrim, Cromwell, Oak Ridge Boys Broadcasting, and Clear Channel Worldwide. Prior to coming on board, Vangie managed Interactive sales efforts for 200 radio stations in the Midwest region as the Director of Regional Sales for Clear Channel Worldwide. Barry Connelly. Director since 2003, Mr. Connelly, also serves on the First Advantage Corporation’s audit, nominating and corporate governance committees. Mr. Connelly is a credit information consultant to foreign governments and financial services organizations around the world. He is a director on the board of Collection House LTD, a company listed on the Australian Exchange; a director on the board of Microbilt Corp., a privately-held credit services company; and also serves on the joint venture board of directors of Huaxia/Dun & Bradstreet China. David F. Walker has served as a director of our company since February 2006 and is chairman of our Audit Committee. Mr. Walker is the Director of the Accountancy Program and the Program for Social Responsibility and Corporate Reporting at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, where he has been employed since 2002. Prior to joining the University of South Florida, Mr. Walker was with Arthur Andersen LLP, having served as a partner in that firm from 1986 through 2002. Mr. Walker earned a master’s of business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentration in accounting, finance and marketing, and a bachelor of arts degree from DePauw University with majors in economics and mathematics and a minor in business administration. Mr. Walker is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner.
