Mario J. Gabelli has served as our chairman of the board since our inception. Since its inception in May 2008, Mr. Gabelli has also served as chief executive officer of Greenwich PMV Acquisition Corp. Mr. Gabelli has served as chairman, chief executive officer, chief investment officer-value portfolios and a director of GAMCO Investors, Inc., a widely-recognized provider of investment advisory services to mutual funds, institutional and high net worth investors, and investment partnerships, principally in the United States, since November 1976. In connection with those responsibilities, he serves as director or trustee of registered investment companies managed by GAMCO and its affiliates ( Gabelli Funds ). Mr. Gabelli also serves as chairman of LICT Corporation, a public company engaged in multimedia and other services; chairman of CIBL, Inc., a holding company with operations in broadcasting and wireless telecommunications; and chairman and chief executive officer of Morgan Group Holdings, Inc., a public holding company. In addition, Mr. Gabelli is the chief executive officer of GGCP, Inc., a private company which owns a majority of GAMCO s Class B Stock; and the chairman of MJG Associates, Inc., which acts as a general partner or investment manager of various investment funds and other accounts. He also serves as Overseer of Columbia University Graduate School of Business; Trustee of Boston College, Roger Williams University and Winston Churchill Foundation; Director of the National Italian American Foundation, The American-Italian Cancer Foundation, The Foundation for Italian Art & Culture and the Mentor/National Mentoring Partnership; and former Chairman, Patron s Committee for the Immaculate Conception School.

Christopher J. Marangi has served as our executive vice president since our inception. Since July 2003, Mr. Marangi has served as senior vice president research, and associate portfolio manager of GAMCO Investors, Inc. From September 2001 to May 2003, Mr. Marangi attended Columbia Graduate School of Business where he received his M.B.A. From March 1999 to August 2001, Mr. Marangi was an associate at Wellspring Capital Management, a private equity firm. From July 1996 to March 1999, Mr. Marangi was an analyst at J.P. Morgan & Company, an investment banking firm. Mr. Marangi received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Graduate School of Business.

James E. McKee, age 43, has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since August 1995 and as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of GAMCO Asset Management Inc. since December 1993. Mr. McKee also serves as Secretary of several of the company s subsidiaries and most of the Gabelli Funds. Prior to joining the company, he was with the Securities and Exchange Commission in New York as a Branch Chief from 1992 to 1993 and as a Staff Attorney from 1989 through 1992, where he worked on matters involving registered investment advisers and investment companies.
Christopher Dixon currently serves as strategic advisor and managing director, media investments, for GGCP Inc. Mr. Dixon has over 30 years experience in operating and investing roles in the media and entertainment industry. After 15 years as an independent film and television producer, Mr. Dixon joined Kidder Peabody in 1987 as an equity analyst focusing on the Entertainment industry. In 1991, he moved to Paine Webber and then to UBS Warburg, when Paine Webber was acquired by that firm. As global strategist for media at UBS, he was responsible for a team that analyzed over 100 public companies representing $1.2 trillion in market capitalization. During his career as a sell side analyst he analyzed and made investment recommendations in the entertainment, cable, broadcasting, internet and new media sectors and supervised a team that covered publishing, advertising, American, European, Pan Asian and Japanese media. A ten time member of Institutional Investor s All American Research team, he led the UBS media team to a number 2 Global ranking in 2002. Prior to joining GGCP, where he oversees private equity opportunities in media, he provided strategic advice to major media companies including NBC/Universal, Time Warner and Clear Channel. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Dixon received a M.B.A. from New York University s Stern School of Business in 1987 where he currently teaches as an adjunct professor in Finance. Mr. Dixon is a member of the Board of Advisors of Minyanville.com, an online financial news service.

Howard F. Ward joined GAMCO Investors, Inc. in 1995 as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the GAMCO Growth Fund. In 2004 he was named Director of Growth Products. Anne E. Morrissy, CFA is Vice President of GAMCO Asset Management, Inc. and serves as a portfolio manager for institutional and individual accounts and a relationship manager for accounts managed by Mario J. Gabelli. She joined GAMCO in 1999 as Executive Vice President of the GAMCO Mathers Fund. Anne is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and CFA Institute, and received an M.M. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in 1990 and a BA in English and History from the University of Illinois in Champaign.
Barry M. Abramson joined the firm in 2002 as a specialist in the Utilities Industry.
Prior to joining the firm Barry was a Managing Director and Senior U.S. Utilities Analyst at UBS Warburg. He is widely known and highly regarded among institutional investors that cover the utilities sector for being the creator and publisher of the annual Electric Utilities Power Book, "the Industry Bible". Mr. Abramson is a CFA and received his B.A. in Economics from Yale University in 1977. Mr. Abramson is often quoted in the financial press and has appeared on radio and television news shows to discuss utility stocks. He is a member of the Wall Street Utility Group and the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
Caesar Bryan joined Gabelli Funds, Inc. in 1994 as the portfolio manager of Gabelli Gold Fund. He later took command of the GAMCO International Growth Fund at it's inception in June of 1995. Prior to joining Gabelli Funds Caesar was a portfolio manager at Lexington Management. At Lexington he was responsible for the management of Lexington Strategic Investment Fund, Lexington Gold Fund and Lexington Emerging Markets Fund.
Caesar is considered to be one of the premiere international investors in the industry. Caesar's approach to investing is to find undervalued companies that have the ability to grow their earnings more rapidly than the average in that company's local market. In addition to his international market duties Caesar's knowledge of the precious metals markets is unsurpassed.
Caesar is a graduate of the University of Southampton, England and is a member of the English Bar.
Beth Lilly joined Gabelli Funds in 2002.
Woodland Partners, which Beth co-founded in 1996, continues as a division of Gabelli Asset Management. Prior to that, Beth spent 6 years as a Manager at First Asset Management (FAM).
Beth began her career with Goldman, Sachs in 1985 and worked for Fund American and St. Paul Companies. Beth holds a BA in Economics from Hobart/William Smith College.

Evan Miller joined the firm in 2002 as specialist in global telecommunications and he heads Gabelli's London Office.
Evan has been employed in, or investing in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Gabelli, Evan was the Vice President of Business Development for Viatel. From 1990-1998, he was the senior European telecommunications research analyst with Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston in London. From 1979-1990, Mr. Miller held management roles in the telecommunications industry on both sides of the Atlantic with Pacific Bell, Sprint and British Telecom. Mr. Miller holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
Henry G. Van der Eb, CFA is Senior Vice President of GAMCO Investors, Inc. with a wide range of both investment and operating responsibilities across the firm. He joined GAMCO in October 1999 as President and Portfolio Manager of The GAMCO Mathers Fund which he has managed for thirty years. Henry is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago where he served as President from 1979-80 and a Director from 1981-83. Henry received an MBA with honors from Northwestern University Graduate School of Management in 1970 and a BA in Biology from Vanderbilt University.

Laura Linehan joined the firm in 1995 as a research analyst responsible for the broadcasting and publishing industries. In 1998 Laura became Co-Portfolio manager for GAMCO Westwood Mighty Mites Fund.
Laura began her investment career with Smith Barney's Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking Group. Laura is a graduate of Lehigh University with a BA in Biology. She also received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and received her CFA designation in 1998.
Mr. Freeman graduated cum laude from Millsaps College with a BA in Economics and received his Masters of Science in Economics from Louisiana State University. He began his career in 1987 while attending Millsaps College working for KPMG Peat Marwick in the accounting department where he analyzed corporate regulatory filings.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Freeman joined the U.S. Peace Corps where he served as a program director for two years in Togo West Africa. Mr. Freeman joined First American National Bank in 1994 where he held several positions including Asset/Liability Analyst and Treasury Analyst/Economist. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President - Fixed Income Strategist/Senior Economist in 1998 where he had responsibility for developing and executing fixed income strategies for the bank’s $5 billion investment portfolio. Additionally, he served as the Senior Economist where he provided economic analysis to both senior management and to clients.
At Westwood, Mr. Freeman leads the fixed income portfolio management group. He also provides economic analysis and research for the firm. Mr. Freeman was promoted to Vice President and Portfolio Manager in 2000. Mr. Freeman achieved the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1998.

Karl Otto Pohl, age 77, has been a director of the company since 1998. Mr. Pohl was a director or trustee of all but one of the Gabelli Funds from 1992 until November 2005. Mr. Pohl is a former President of the Deutsche Bundesbank, Germany s Central Bank, and was Chairman of its Central Bank Council from 1980 to 1991. He also served as German Governor of the International Monetary Fund from 1980 to 1991 and as a Board Member to the Bank for International Settlements. Mr. Pohl also served as Chairman to the European Economic Community Central Bank Governors from 1990 to 1991. Mr. Pohl is a former partner and board member of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., a private investment bank.
RICHARD L. BREADY is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nortek, Inc., a Rhode Island-based leading international designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-quality branded products for ventilation, HVAC and residential comfort, convenience and entertainment for residential and commercial use. Nortek was previously a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange that was taken private by Richard L. Bready and other senior Nortek management together with Kelso & Co. in January, 2003. In August, 2004, Nortek was acquired by T.H. Lee, Richard L. Bready and other senior Nortek management from Kelso & Co.
Mr. Bready joined Nortek as Treasurer in 1975 and was elected a Director in 1976. In 1977, he was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was elected President in 1979. In December of 1990, Mr. Bready was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Bready was an independent financial consultant and an audit manager with a major public accounting firm.
Mr. Bready holds a master's degree in accounting from Northeastern University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Saint Anselm College. He holds an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University as well as an honorary Doctorate of Business Management from Roger Williams University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
Mr. Bready serves on the Board of Directors of GAMCO Investors, Inc., Bank Rhode Island, Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. and also serves on the Advisory Board of Sterling Investment Partners.
Mr. Bready is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Roger Williams University, serves on the Board of Directors or Trustees of Johnson & Wales University, Professional Facilities Management, Inc.; Newport International Film Festival; Providence Performing Arts Center; Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council (RIPEC); the National Conference of Christians and Jews; the YMCA of Greater Providence; Saint Anselm College, and is a Trustee Emeritus of Trinity Repertory Company. He is a Corporation Member and serves on the National Council and Alumni Executive Forum of Northeastern University. Mr. Bready is a Corporation Member of Rhode Island Hospital and Johnson & Wales University.
In addition, Mr. Bready is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); American Management Association; Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce; National Association of Manufacturers and the Rhode Island Commodores.
