Anne L. Arvia was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Nationwide Bank, a unit of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, in September 2006. Ms. Arvia previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ShoreBank, a community development and environmental bank, from February 2001 to August 2006.

Mr. Kenney was elected Chairman of the Board of GATX in October 2005 after having been elected Chief Executive Officer in April 2005 and President in October 2004. He was elected Senior Vice President in 2002; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1999; and previously held the position of Vice President – Finance in 1998. He joined GATX in 1995 as Treasurer. Prior to joining GATX, Mr. Kenney was Managing Director, Corporate Finance and Banking for AMR Corporation, which he joined in 1990 as a principal in its Corporate Finance group. Previously he held financial positions with United Airlines and Morton International, Inc. Mr. Kenney received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1981 and his MBA in Finance in 1983 from the University of Michigan.

In 2006, Mr. Earl was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for GATX. Mr. Earl had been elected Executive Vice President - Rail of GATX Corporation in 2004 and served GATX's senior Rail executive. Previously, he was Executive Vice President - Commercial for GATX Rail from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Earl joined GATX Capital's Rail Group in 1988 as Director. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Earl served as Director - Service and Equipment Planning - with Soo Line Railroad, and with Southern Pacific Railroad as a Terminal Superintendent, Assistant Terminal Superintendent and Assistant Trainmaster. Mr. Earl received his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis in 1979 and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1981.

Mr. Brooks was elected senior vice president and chief information officer in 2007 after joining GATX. He came to GATX from Constellation Energy where he served as retail energy chief information officer and vice president. Prior to Constellation, he spent five years as a business systems consultant with Accenture and with Oracle Corporation, and five years as a consultant with The Barrington Consulting Group in Washington, DC. Mr. Brooks received his bachelor of arts in economics degree from the University of Georgia in 1992 and his masters of business administration with a concentration in accounting from the American University in 1998, where he also served as adjunct professor for the MBA and masters of science in information technology programs.

In 2006, Mr. Porzenheim was elected vice president of strategic growth to further GATX's targeted growth strategy. Mr. Porzenheim joined GATX as Director of Corporate Development in 1996 and was elected Vice President of Corporate Strategy in 1999. He was named Senior Vice President, Fleet Management and Marketing at GATX Rail in 2002. Prior to GATX, Mr. Porzenheim was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney from 1990 to 1996. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and his Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Northwestern University in 1990.

Mr. Glenn was elected Vice President, Portfolio Management in 2006, responsible for portfolio management, contract administration, and GATX's equipment group. In 2003, Mr. Glenn became Executive Vice President, GATX Specialty. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GATX Capital from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Glenn joined GATX Capital in 1980 as an Assistant Tax Manager and rose to Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, a position he held from 1991 to 1997. Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2000, he was Vice President and Managing Director, Portfolio Management, for Diversified Finance. Prior to joining GATX Capital, he worked two years for the parent company, GATX Corporation, and four years for Trans Union Corporation in Chicago, IL. Mr. Glenn holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.

Ms. Lawler was elected Senior Vice President, Human Resources in 2008. She joined GATX from Newsday, a Tribune Publishing Company, where she served as Senior Vice President, Operations responsible for the company's production and engineering services departments, as well as leading the human resources function company wide. She joined Tribune Company in 1997 as Human Resources Counsel, and was promoted to increasingly responsible positions within the company, utilizing her expertise in labor relations, organizational development, and human resources. Ms. Lawler received her BA from the College of the Holy Cross in 1987 and her JD from the law school at the University of Notre Dame in 1992.

Mr. Hasek was elected Vice President in 2002 after being promoted to Treasurer in May of 1999 from the position of Director of Financial Planning, a position he held since 1997. Mr. Hasek joined GATX Terminals' finance group in 1986, and held various positions in finance and strategic planning until he joined the GATX Treasury Department in 1995 as Manager of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining GATX, Mr. Hasek worked for Amoco Oil in engineering, planning and finance positions. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington University (St. Louis) in 1978 and his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1983.

Mr. McGrath retired as a Director of McKinsey & Company, a private management consulting firm, in December 2004, having served in that firm for twenty-seven years. He led the firm's Americas' Consumer Goods Practice from January 1998 until December 2003. Mr. McGrath has served as a senior advisor with Gleacher Partners LLC, a firm providing strategic advisory services to corporations, in a part-time capacity since January 2005. Mr. McGrath is also a director of Aware, Inc.

Michael P. Murphy was promoted to Executive Vice President, Development in March 2007 and oversees all conventional and complex development activity and opportunities for CenterPoint's portfolio. He served as Senior Vice President, Development since joining CenterPoint in 2003 and was responsible for development of the Company's North suburban Chicagoland portfolio. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Mr. Murphy was a Partner in the Chicago regional office of Sacramento, California-based Panattoni Development Company, LLC., Mr. Murphy has spent more than 20 years in Chicago commercial real estate, including 14 with AMLI Commercial Properties Trust, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President responsible for the marketing, development and asset management of their industrial portfolio. Mr. Murphy is a past President of the Chicago chapter and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as Lake County Partners. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Murphy received a Bachelors degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.

ROD F. DAMMEYER was appointed to our Board of Directors in February 2006. Mr. Dammeyer is the President of CAC, L.L.C., a private company providing capital investment and management advisory services, and is the retired Vice Chairman of Anixter International, where he served from 1985 until February 2001, and retired managing partner of corporate investments of Equity Group Investments, L.L.C., where he served from 1995 until June 2000. Mr. Dammeyer serves as a director of Stericycle, Inc., a medical waste management and healthcare compliance services company. He also serves as a trustee of Van Kampen Investments, Inc. He received a B.S. degree in accounting from Kent State University.
