Rick Spiering joined the Autoben team as Vice President, Sales & Marketing in February of 2005. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Spiering was a consultant for Insource Ltd, a member of the GE Insurance Solutions division of GE Capital, developing marketing strategies and working on product development for the insurance and financial services industries. Clients he serviced while at GE included Employers Reassurance, TD Insurance, RSM McGladrey and Transamerica Life. Prior to GE, Mr. Spiering was responsible for the sales & marketing of the AXIS actuarial pricing system developed by Guilliland, Gold, Young (GGY). Rick began working with GGY at their inception in 1989.

Brackett B. Denniston III is senior vice president and general counsel of GE, a role he has held since 2004.
Responsible for the GE legal organization worldwide and for all GE legal operations, Mr. Denniston reports directly to GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council and GE Capital's Board of Directors. He is also chair of the company's Policy Compliance Review Board.
Mr. Denniston joined GE as vice president and senior counsel for Litigation and Legal Policy in September 1996.
From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Denniston served as chief legal counsel to Massachusetts Governor William F. Weld. His responsibilities included judicial selection, litigation, criminal justice issues and legislation.
Mr. Denniston was an associate and later a partner at Goodwin, Procter and Hoar in Boston, where he specialized in complex civil litigation, securities matters and white-collar crime. He represented parties in cases involving insider trading, pharmaceutical prosecutions, securities fraud and banking cases. He was a member of the firm's Executive Committee and numerous other firm committees.
From 1982 to 1986 Mr. Denniston served in the U.S. Attorney's Office as Chief of the Major Frauds Unit, where he was responsible for white-collar crime prosecutions. A member of the Attorney General's White Collar Crime Operations Committee, he was awarded the Director's Award for Superior Performance by the Department of Justice for his role in more than 100 successful prosecutions.
Mr. Denniston served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herbert Y. Choy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1973-74. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Kenyon College and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Active in civic and charitable pursuits, Mr. Denniston is a trustee and secretary of Kenyon College, a former chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals of Duxbury, Massachusetts, a chair and trustee of the New England Legal Foundation, and a member of the Board of the American Arbitration Association and the Pro Bono Partnership.
Mr. Denniston and his wife Kathleen have three children, Alexandra, Brackett and Elizabeth.

Jeffrey R. Immelt is the ninth chairman of GE, a post he has held since September 7, 2001. Mr. Immelt has held several global leadership positions since coming to GE in 1982, including roles in GE's Plastics, Appliance, and Medical businesses. In 1989 he became an officer of GE and joined the GE Capital Board in 1997. A couple years later, in 2000, Mr. Immelt was appointed president and chief executive officer. Mr. Immelt has been named one of the "World's Best CEOs" three times by Barron's, and since he began serving as chief executive officer, GE has been named "America's Most Admired Company" in a poll conducted by Fortune magazine and one of "The World's Most Respected Companies" in polls by Barron's and the Financial Times. Mr. Immelt is also a member of The Business Council, and he is on the board of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Immelt earned a B.A. degree in applied mathematics from Dartmouth College in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1982. He and his wife Andrea have one daughter.

Jeffrey S. Bornstein is chief financial officer of GE Commercial Finance and is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Counsel and GE Capital Board.
GE Commercial Finance provides financial products and services in 35 countries including Commercial Real Estate, Aviation Leasing, Corporate Finance, Energy and Healthcare Finance along with mid-market lending and leasing.
Mr. Bornstein joined GE in 1989 as part of the GE Power Systems' Financial Management Program. In 1992 he joined the GE Corporate Audit Staff and then became Executive Audit Manager. He became chief financial officer for GE Aircraft Engine Services in 1996 and vice president in 1998. In the next three years GE Engine Services became the number one jet engine service provider in the world and its revenues grew from $1.5 billion to $5 billion. In 1999, he was promoted to chief financial officer of GE Plastics.
Mr. Bornstein is a director for the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut, and he is on the Board of Northeastern University and serves on its Audit Committee. He has also been involved in a number of youth programs. He participated in the national Junior Achievement program by teaching economics to seventh and eighth graders in economically challenged areas, and he is involved in several projects and fund raising events for Kid's Place, an outreach program for abused children.
Mr. Bornstein received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

John Samuels is a GE vice president and senior counsel for tax policy and planning. He is responsible for GE's worldwide tax organization and for the company's global tax planning and tax compliance operations. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council, the GE Capital Corporation Board of Directors and the GE Pension Board.
Before joining GE in 1988, he was a partner in the law firm of Dewey Ballantine in Washington, D.C., and New York City. From 1976 to 1981 Mr. Samuels served as the deputy tax legislative counsel and tax legislative counsel for the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Samuels is the chairman of the International Tax Policy Forum, a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a trustee of the American Tax Policy Institute and a member of The Business Roundtable Tax Coordinating Committee. He is a member of the University of Chicago Law School Visiting Committee, was an adjunct professor of taxation at New York University Law School from 1975 to 1986, and has been a visiting lecturer at Yale Law School since 1997.
Mr. Samuels is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Chicago Law School. He also earned an LLM in taxation from New York University Law School.

Pamela Daley has been senior vice president for Corporate Business Development since 2004.
Miss Daley joined GE in 1989 as tax counsel, became senior counsel of Transactions in January 1991, and was elected a vice president in December 1991.
Before joining GE, Miss Daley was a partner in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she specialized in domestic and cross-border tax-oriented financings and commercial transactions. She was an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1982 through 1989, teaching federal income taxation of partners and partnerships.
Miss Daley received her A.B. degree in Romance languages and literatures with highest honors from Princeton University. She graduated first in her class from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she also served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif.
Miss Daley serves on the Board of Directors of General Electric Capital Corporation, GE Capital Services, Inc., and the GE Foundation. She is a past director of Genworth Financial, Inc. (NYSE: GNW) (2004-2006). She is also a member of the boards of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, The Juilliard School and the World Wildlife Fund.

Ronald R. Pressman is president and chief executive officer of GE Real Estate, one of the world’s largest and most diversified commercial real estate finance and investment firms, with a presence in 28 countries and a portfolio with more than $59 billion in assets.
A 27-year GE veteran, Mr. Pressman most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Asset Management, a global investment business with approximately $197 billion in assets under management. In this role he was responsible for the management of more than 200 institutional client accounts, GE's primary U.S. pension plan, the GE Savings and Security 401(k) plan and a variety of GE-affiliated insurance accounts.
Mr. Pressman serves as a member of the Corporate Executive Council and is a director of GE Capital Services Inc. and GE Capital Corporation Boards. He was elected an officer of GE in 1993 and senior vice president in July 2000.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Pressman has held a wide variety of roles on Wall Street to global business leadership roles in Europe and in the U.S. He was president and CEO of GE Insurance, and chairman, president and CEO of GE Insurance Solutions, one of the world's largest reinsurance and insurance organizations from 2000 to 2006. From 1997 to 2000 he was president and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate, and prior to that he was CEO of GE Energy Europe for three years, during which GE purchased its current Oil & Gas business unit in Italy.
From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Pressman led several business units for GE Energy in the U.S., including the Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Generator and Hydro businesses. He also spent three years helping GE re-enter the Central and Eastern European markets, serving as general manager of these regions for GE International. He began his career with GE in 1980.
Mr. Pressman has also been involved in many civic and educationally oriented activities in his communities. He is currently chairman of the National Board of a Better Chance and director of Pathways to College. Mr. Pressman is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
