Augustus J. Costaldo, Managing Director, brings over 25 years of diversified real estate development and finance experience as a Senior Vice President and Manager with General Electric Capital Corporation, Marine Midland Bank, Poughkeepsie Savings Bank and Managing Director with Houlihan-Parnes/ iCap Realty Advisors. Mr. Costaldo's considerable experience includes successful resolution of problem loans, management, development and disposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Costaldo also was responsible for commercial loan originations as well as managing loan portfolios in California, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and in the New York metropolitan area and construction and managements of his own residential projects. Mr. Costaldo joined Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors, LLC in 1997 and is a principal partner in various residential developments in Westchester County and in the southern Connecticut area.

Mr. Bradley founded First Source Funding in 2002, for the purposes of establishing a brokerage firm that would be clearly distinguishable in a financial services industry lacking in breadth and scope of expertise. Ray has been actively involved in middle market tax leasing and financing over the last 29 years, and has held numerous field and senior management positions with industry leaders such as GE Capital, Barclays Bank, PLC and Wachovia. That tenure has enabled Mr. Bradley to gain extensive expertise in all areas of commercial lending, from business origination to underwriting and funding, maintaining strong working knowledge in diverse capital intensive industries. Recent years experience includes Regional Sales Manager positions with GE Capital (1992-1999) and Barclays Leasing (1984-1992). An Erskine College graduate in Economics, his work experience is further augmented by extensive training through GE, AIB, and third party industry specialist curricula. Mr. Bradley resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and daughter.

Asim Patel, 40, General Manager (Business Development) has over 14 years of experience in Consulting; Automotive, Industrial and Information Technology sectors. He Is a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and has done his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is a certified GE Six-Sigma Green Belt from his stint at GE Capital.

Barry Bier oversees Correspondent (Sales/Operations) for The U.S. Residential Finance Group. His responsibilities are to lead GMACR's Capital Markets, Home Connects, Business Lending, Product Development and our Debt and Cash Management team. Prior to his appointment as Chief Investment Officer, he served as GMAC Mortgage's Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Prior to his employment with GMAC Mortgage, Barry was Vice President, Capital Markets with GE Capital Mortgage Services, Inc., Cherry Hill, NJ. At GE Capital Mortgage, he oversaw pricing and hedging activities relating to its conduit operations and servicing portfolio. Barry formerly served as GE Capital Mortgage's Controller and First Vice President for GE Capital Mortgage Insurance's investment portfolio. He is credited with founding GE Capital's successful warehouse lending operation. Barry is a member of GMAC Mortgage's Executive Committee. He is also a certified public accountant. Barry is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wagner College, Staten Island, NY with a Bachelor's of science degree in accounting.

Mr. Grice is a Vice-President with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Financing Solutions Team. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Grice specializes in assisting clients fulfill their ongoing capital requirements by arranging financing for the acquisition of new hospitality assets, renovating current holdings or refinancing existing debt. Before joining JLLH, Mr. Grice spent four years with GE Capital Real Estate in loan originations. During his time with GE Capital, Mr. Grice advised on over 130 transactions with proceeds totaling over $3 billion. Mr. Grice brings considerable expertise in real estate capital markets as his lending experience encompasses underwriting and structuring financing for on balance sheet loans, CMBS, mezzanine as well as joint venture equity investments. Prior to working with GE Capital, Mr. Grice spent six years with Prudential Securities in Private Client Investments. Mr. Grice is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Economics and holds a MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Brian brings 12 years of executive sales experience in the IT solutions business. Fulfilling sales leadership roles at GE Capital, Telus and Canon Canada, Brian offers a wealth of project experience and solution delivery across large and medium business segments in Canada. Having led national sales efforts for Canon Canada, Brian has married an intimate knowledge of the print market with his previous background in IT and network solution delivery from GE Capital and Telus.

Mr. Starr serves as the Director of Commerical Services. Mr. Starr is responsible for leading client implementations of EarthWhere, ensuring a seamless integration of our customers' business processes with our software and services. He brings to SANZ over 25 years experience in project management, enterprise application development and implementation and application of Six Sigma process optimization to software and business processes. Prior customer include GE Applicances, GE Capital and Aladdin Industries. Before coming to SANZ, Mr. Starr was senior Project Manager of Taliant Software, a software development company specializing in the development and implementation of Insurance Software Solutions in worker compensation insurance. Mr. Starr graduated from Sullivan College in Louisville, KY, with a BS in Information Technology.

Diane joined CCP Equity Partners in 2000 and specializes in healthcare services, specialty managed care, disease management, healthcare information technologies and related outsourcing services. Diane has several years of healthcare services operating experience in addition to private equity investing experience with GE Capital and Signal Capital. She is a past President of the Hartford Chapter of the Connecticut Venture Group and sat on its statewide board from 1998 - 2005. Diane holds a BA degree in Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Edward Kam has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in the high-tech and financial industries. Prior to joining IPLocks as Controller, Mr. Kam was the Controller at SeeItFirst.com where he was responsible for worldwide accounting, finance and legal. In addition, Mr. Kam has held various analytical, managerial and business development positions at GE Capital and Bank of Hawaii. Mr. Kam holds Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Computer Science and is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a MBA in International Business.

Elizabeth A. Shanahan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Compliance for Cooperative Business Services, LLC. Elizabeth's background includes over 11 years of commercial lending experience working for Transamerica Commercial Finance, GE Capital Corporation, and Provident Bank. Roles within these companies were as a Senior Processor, Risk Analyst, Documentation Review Analyst, and Credit Analyst. Elizabeth's current role as Senior Vice President of Compliance allows her to utilize her past experience to assure compliance of loans and credit union adherence to member business lending policies/procedures. As Senior Vice President, Elizabeth manages credit file activity, creates loan documentation for loan closings, oversees compliance initiatives of Cooperative Business Services LLC, and assists in training initiatives designed to strengthen credit and file packaging skills of member credit unions.

Greg joined Maxus Capital Group, LLC in 2000 as Vice President, National Sales Manager, Equipment Finance Group. He is responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for the company. Greg has over 19 years equipment financing experience, working for companies such as: GE Capital, Concord Commercial, and Westinghouse Credit Corporation. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, and an MBA from Duquesne University. Greg enjoys running, golfing, coaching youth sports, and supporting his two favorite football teams: the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Nittany Lions.

Jeff joined NeatReceipts in May 2005 to help achieve the company's goal to develop and build brand equity on a national level. Jeff manages all elements of the marketing process including market research, branding, advertising, PR, and Internet communications, and interfaces daily with product development and sales. Jeff has the ability to synthesize his creative passion with solidly grounded business strategies. A conceptual thinker by nature, Jeff constantly strives to deliver high-impact solutions and high-value results. He has led marketing teams at startup ventures, technology firms, and Fortune 500 organizations such as GE Capital and Lincoln Financial Group. Most recently he served as project leader for all mutual fund marketing initiatives at Delaware Investments, a division of Lincoln Financial Group. He also participated in a comprehensive brand audit conducted by select marketers throughout the Lincoln Financial enterprise. Like other members of the NeatReceipts team, Jeff is an SMG alumnus, where he managed the corporate communications team. Joe's experience includes management of financial operations for a division at GE Capital (Commercial Finance) and Frontier Communications. He has also held Associate (Adjunct) faculty rank at the State University of New York at Brockport, where he taught Finance and Operations Management. Joe has been through the Six Sigma Greenbelt training program at GE. Joe also has an MBA-Finance and a MS-Software Development & Management. His hobbies are golf and fly fishing.

Madhavi Dahanukar heads operations for one of EXL's largest clients. Madhavi is based in Pune and also acts as the Center Head for Pune. She has 14 years of consulting, banking, financial services and BPO industry experience with institutions such as Ernst &Young, GE Capital, IDBI bank and Mphasis BPO. In her previous assignment at Mphasis BPO, Madhavi was responsible for Client Operations and had additional responsibility as location head for their Pune center. As a corporate resource, she was the Head of Service Quality for IDBI Bank and has held various senior positions throughout her stint at GE Capital in India. She has varied experience and demonstrated skills in the areas of Project Management, Risk Management, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Six Sigma quality. Madhavi is a qualified lawyer and also a certified Six Sigma green belt.

Mr. Lobit joined the MedAssist team in 2003. His background includes both start-up companies and major corporations including Comdisco and GE Capital. Mr. Lobit has had tremendous success formulating go-to-market strategies, product management, building business development teams and brand development. He has a BFA from Cooper Union and an MBA from Roosevelt University.

Mark A. Winnette has an extensive 25-year career in commercial real estate finance through senior positions with GE Capital and Heller Financial. He has arranged loans and equity commitments for all types of commercial properties while specializing in major residential developments ranging from $2mm to more than $60mm. Mr. Winnette received an Undergraduate Degree from Cornell University and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Michael D. Gullo joined Laurus Capital Management in June 2006. In his current position as a Senior Account Manager, Mr. Gullo oversees a portfolio of accounts. In this role, his primary responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating the financial performance, trends, industry, and management team of each portfolio account, while determining, from a collateral standpoint, where the fund is currently positioned in each investment. He makes necessary recommendations to safeguard the fund's invested capital, or facilitate a particular company's efforts to reach its corporate and financial goals. Over his career, which began in 1989, Mr. Gullo has held mid and senior-level positions in the areas of credit analysis, portfolio management, and new business development with several prominent institutions specializing in asset-based lending. Some of these institutions include GE Capital, Nations Bank, IBJ Whitehall, Congress Financial, and Washington Mutual Bank. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Gullo concentrated on new business development, and over the course of that time, he sourced and closed over 35 transactions, with combined total commitments in excess of $250,000,000. Mr. Gullo is a graduate of Chaminade High School, and he obtained his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton, and his M.B.A. from Adelphi University, where he graduated with honors.

Pamela has 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, 6 years with PFSC and 5 years with GE Capital / Colonial Pacific Leasing. As the Finance Manager, Pamela is responsible for Treasury and Reporting. Her department provides the Financial and Investor Reporting for all Primary Service Clients, including technical lease accounting, General Ledger and financial analysis. Pamela holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound and has passed the C.P.A. Exam in the State of Oregon.

Paul is a highly experienced member of the sales team, with twenty-one years experience working for major equipment finance companies like GE Capital, Orix, GMAC, and Harbour Capital. At Advantage Paul handles general equipment leasing as well as specializing in medical equipment leasing and construction equipment leasing. Paul also works with a number of vendor programs for medical, construction, demolition and carpet cleaner equipment.

Mr. Chakraborty brings over 13 years of information technology experience to Concuity. As Senior Director of Engineering, he leads and manages Concuity's onshore and offshore software development teams. In addition to overseeing the quality and stability of Concuity's software, ClearContracts, he provides direction to ensure that it meets the needs of Concuity's customers and the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Concuity, Mr. Chakraborty was a key position holder for Trizetto Inc, a leading software company specializing in the healthcare insurance market, where managed the development of claims processing and adjudication software. He has also held key leadership and consulting roles in software development and business analysis for G E Capital and Long John Silvers. Mr. Chakraborty received his Bachelors degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University in India. Additionally, he is an Oracle Certified Professional and is certified as a Strategic IT Project Manager.

Mr. Butera is responsible for the financial affairs of the Company, including financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting. Mr. Butera has 20 years of financial management experience, having worked in various internal audit, accounting, cash management, loss prevention, and strategic planning roles. For the past seven years, Mr. Butera has held the title of Vice President of Finance / Controller at various organizations. He has significant experience in the retail industry, including nine years at Macy's, three years at Gimbels, and most recently four years as Vice President of Finance for SLJ Retail LLC, a subsidiary of GE Capital that owns and operates Sam & Libby Footwear Boutiques. He has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lehigh University, and is a CPA.

Rick Spiering joined the Autoben team as Vice President, Sales & Marketing in February of 2005. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Spiering was a consultant for Insource Ltd, a member of the GE Insurance Solutions division of GE Capital, developing marketing strategies and working on product development for the insurance and financial services industries. Clients he serviced while at GE included Employers Reassurance, TD Insurance, RSM McGladrey and Transamerica Life. Prior to GE, Mr. Spiering was responsible for the sales & marketing of the AXIS actuarial pricing system developed by Guilliland, Gold, Young (GGY). Rick began working with GGY at their inception in 1989.

Roger is responsible for developing new clients from the U.S. Roger is based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina and works closely with the San Mateo, Boston, Tokyo, and China offices to identify leading and emerging technologies. Roger is also responsible for administrating the U.S. operations for JVP. His prior experience includes management roles at GE Capital, Transamerica Mezzanine, and Cadmus Communications. Roger is a graduate of Duke University and received his MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Tim is an independent consultant with deep knowledge of Team Based Collaboration and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles at companies including Intraspect Software, Vantive Corporation, GE Capital, and Ultradata. Tim's approach to solving business/technical problems is to apply his IT expertise and customer-centric skills to develop successful strategies and systems.

Tracy played for the Division 1 Northwestern Wildcats and graduated in 1990. Tracy has been coaching for Lacrosse America since 2001 and is one of our senior coaches. She works for GE Capital and is also an assistant coach for Barrington High School.

Brackett B. Denniston III is senior vice president and general counsel of GE, a role he has held since 2004. Responsible for the GE legal organization worldwide and for all GE legal operations, Mr. Denniston reports directly to GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council and GE Capital's Board of Directors. He is also chair of the company's Policy Compliance Review Board. Mr. Denniston joined GE as vice president and senior counsel for Litigation and Legal Policy in September 1996. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Denniston served as chief legal counsel to Massachusetts Governor William F. Weld. His responsibilities included judicial selection, litigation, criminal justice issues and legislation. Mr. Denniston was an associate and later a partner at Goodwin, Procter and Hoar in Boston, where he specialized in complex civil litigation, securities matters and white-collar crime. He represented parties in cases involving insider trading, pharmaceutical prosecutions, securities fraud and banking cases. He was a member of the firm's Executive Committee and numerous other firm committees. From 1982 to 1986 Mr. Denniston served in the U.S. Attorney's Office as Chief of the Major Frauds Unit, where he was responsible for white-collar crime prosecutions. A member of the Attorney General's White Collar Crime Operations Committee, he was awarded the Director's Award for Superior Performance by the Department of Justice for his role in more than 100 successful prosecutions. Mr. Denniston served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herbert Y. Choy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1973-74. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Kenyon College and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Active in civic and charitable pursuits, Mr. Denniston is a trustee and secretary of Kenyon College, a former chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals of Duxbury, Massachusetts, a chair and trustee of the New England Legal Foundation, and a member of the Board of the American Arbitration Association and the Pro Bono Partnership. Mr. Denniston and his wife Kathleen have three children, Alexandra, Brackett and Elizabeth.

Jeffrey R. Immelt is the ninth chairman of GE, a post he has held since September 7, 2001. Mr. Immelt has held several global leadership positions since coming to GE in 1982, including roles in GE's Plastics, Appliance, and Medical businesses. In 1989 he became an officer of GE and joined the GE Capital Board in 1997. A couple years later, in 2000, Mr. Immelt was appointed president and chief executive officer. Mr. Immelt has been named one of the "World's Best CEOs" three times by Barron's, and since he began serving as chief executive officer, GE has been named "America's Most Admired Company" in a poll conducted by Fortune magazine and one of "The World's Most Respected Companies" in polls by Barron's and the Financial Times. Mr. Immelt is also a member of The Business Council, and he is on the board of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Immelt earned a B.A. degree in applied mathematics from Dartmouth College in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1982. He and his wife Andrea have one daughter.

Jeffrey S. Bornstein is chief financial officer of GE Commercial Finance and is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Counsel and GE Capital Board. GE Commercial Finance provides financial products and services in 35 countries including Commercial Real Estate, Aviation Leasing, Corporate Finance, Energy and Healthcare Finance along with mid-market lending and leasing. Mr. Bornstein joined GE in 1989 as part of the GE Power Systems' Financial Management Program. In 1992 he joined the GE Corporate Audit Staff and then became Executive Audit Manager. He became chief financial officer for GE Aircraft Engine Services in 1996 and vice president in 1998. In the next three years GE Engine Services became the number one jet engine service provider in the world and its revenues grew from $1.5 billion to $5 billion. In 1999, he was promoted to chief financial officer of GE Plastics. Mr. Bornstein is a director for the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut, and he is on the Board of Northeastern University and serves on its Audit Committee. He has also been involved in a number of youth programs. He participated in the national Junior Achievement program by teaching economics to seventh and eighth graders in economically challenged areas, and he is involved in several projects and fund raising events for Kid's Place, an outreach program for abused children. Mr. Bornstein received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

John Samuels is a GE vice president and senior counsel for tax policy and planning. He is responsible for GE's worldwide tax organization and for the company's global tax planning and tax compliance operations. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council, the GE Capital Corporation Board of Directors and the GE Pension Board. Before joining GE in 1988, he was a partner in the law firm of Dewey Ballantine in Washington, D.C., and New York City. From 1976 to 1981 Mr. Samuels served as the deputy tax legislative counsel and tax legislative counsel for the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C. Mr. Samuels is the chairman of the International Tax Policy Forum, a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a trustee of the American Tax Policy Institute and a member of The Business Roundtable Tax Coordinating Committee. He is a member of the University of Chicago Law School Visiting Committee, was an adjunct professor of taxation at New York University Law School from 1975 to 1986, and has been a visiting lecturer at Yale Law School since 1997. Mr. Samuels is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Chicago Law School. He also earned an LLM in taxation from New York University Law School.

Pamela Daley has been senior vice president for Corporate Business Development since 2004. Miss Daley joined GE in 1989 as tax counsel, became senior counsel of Transactions in January 1991, and was elected a vice president in December 1991. Before joining GE, Miss Daley was a partner in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she specialized in domestic and cross-border tax-oriented financings and commercial transactions. She was an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1982 through 1989, teaching federal income taxation of partners and partnerships. Miss Daley received her A.B. degree in Romance languages and literatures with highest honors from Princeton University. She graduated first in her class from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she also served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif. Miss Daley serves on the Board of Directors of General Electric Capital Corporation, GE Capital Services, Inc., and the GE Foundation. She is a past director of Genworth Financial, Inc. (NYSE: GNW) (2004-2006). She is also a member of the boards of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, The Juilliard School and the World Wildlife Fund.

Ronald R. Pressman is president and chief executive officer of GE Real Estate, one of the world’s largest and most diversified commercial real estate finance and investment firms, with a presence in 28 countries and a portfolio with more than $59 billion in assets. A 27-year GE veteran, Mr. Pressman most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Asset Management, a global investment business with approximately $197 billion in assets under management. In this role he was responsible for the management of more than 200 institutional client accounts, GE's primary U.S. pension plan, the GE Savings and Security 401(k) plan and a variety of GE-affiliated insurance accounts. Mr. Pressman serves as a member of the Corporate Executive Council and is a director of GE Capital Services Inc. and GE Capital Corporation Boards. He was elected an officer of GE in 1993 and senior vice president in July 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pressman has held a wide variety of roles on Wall Street to global business leadership roles in Europe and in the U.S. He was president and CEO of GE Insurance, and chairman, president and CEO of GE Insurance Solutions, one of the world's largest reinsurance and insurance organizations from 2000 to 2006. From 1997 to 2000 he was president and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate, and prior to that he was CEO of GE Energy Europe for three years, during which GE purchased its current Oil & Gas business unit in Italy. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Pressman led several business units for GE Energy in the U.S., including the Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Generator and Hydro businesses. He also spent three years helping GE re-enter the Central and Eastern European markets, serving as general manager of these regions for GE International. He began his career with GE in 1980. Mr. Pressman has also been involved in many civic and educationally oriented activities in his communities. He is currently chairman of the National Board of a Better Chance and director of Pathways to College. Mr. Pressman is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
