Marco began his working career in the computer industry. Over a 14 year period Marco developed his career, which took him into data communications networks, working as an engineer, then onto design and implementation and trouble shooting of networks. Marco then took on various consultancies ranging from network design to business processing, restructuring and re-engineering. He also contracted in project management of large projects within the IT industry. In the last few years of his career, he took on senior management roles, responsible for IT staff, covering network design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and consultancy and project management. Marco then began his career in trading the stock markets for his family portfolio. Within 6 months, Marco became a full time trader and still continues to trade the international markets. During the following years he became involved in the company that produced the trading software, where he helped develop the sales and training departments, as well as the IT departments. During those years, Marco publicly spoke both locally and internationally at various venues on topics covering the share market, investing, business and motivation. Attending these and other seminars, Marco found that although the information was correct in some cases, the delivery and the way it was explained to the public, left the public confused and frustrated. Through his own frustration of attempting to place all the information and possibilities available into a concise and practical form, Marco spent 18 months working on a means of presenting the information in the form of a book, so that the public can not only understand investing, but can use it as a guide to achieving their financial goals. The book "Money Talk" was published and launched in late 2004. Marco has been involved in starting and developing various businesses over the years, in the areas of IT, stock markets, funds management, property, franchising, training and other financial instruments, holding various titles within those organisations. The positions covered sales and marketing, training, product design, systems design, business development, senior management and FSR compliance (successfully completed PS146 training in 2005). Marco also holds directorships in other companies within the Genesis Group of companies. Marco's main attributes he brings to the board are, lateral thinking, having the knowledge, discipline and experience in the implementation of ideas and concepts, corporate governance and design and management of internal systems.

Phil Rykhoek is Chief Executive Officer of Denbury. Mr. Rykhoek served as Sr. VP and CFO until June 30, 2009. Before joining us in June 1995, he was co-founder and an executive officer of Petroleum Financial, Inc. ("PFI"), a private company formed in May 1991 to provide accounting, financial, and management services on a contract basis to other entities. While at PFI, Mr. Rykhoek was also an officer of Amerac Energy Corporation, where he had been employed in various positions for eight years, most recently as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Rykhoek also serves as a director of Genesis Energy, L.P.

Ronald T. Evans, President & Chief Operating Officer, is a registered Professional Engineer who joined us in September 1999. Mr. Evans served as Sr. VP - Reservoir Engineering until June 30, 2009. Before joining Denbury, he was employed as a manager with Matador Petroleum Corporation for 3 years and employed by Enserch Exploration, Inc. for 12 years in various positions. Mr. Evans received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1984 and his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1995. Mr. Evans also serves as a director of Genesis Energy, L.P.
