Paul Eskildsen is RCN Metro Optical Networks' Vice President and General Counsel. He is the chief legal officer for RCN Business Solutions and also provides legal and transactional support for other RCN company initiatives. Prior to joining RCN, he was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of MCI, where he led and managed MCI's legal support for customer contracting, marketing, product development, network and technology law, procurement, government contracts, intellectual property, advertising, real estate and international law. He also played a leadership role in MCI's M&A activities, including its merger with Verizon, and led MCI's merger approval efforts at the Department of Justice and the EU. Paul joined MCI in 1988 after spending several years in private law practice at a large DC law firm, and worked at MCI in various positions of increasing responsibility for over 18 years. Paul is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the University of Virginia School of Law.

James Capuano is Vice President of Operations for NEON. He joined the company in March 1999 and has ensured the business delivers operational excellence to NEON's high profile customer base. In his current role, Mr. Capuano also has responsibility for NEON's network control center, customer care, field operations, IS/IT, provisioning, change management, and quality assurance. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Capuano held positions at MCI, the Department of Defense, and the U.S. Air Force/National Guard.

Terri Ford oversees the sales growth of the National Carrier/Wholesale channel, the Enterprise Businesses in New York, Washington DC and Pennsylvania and the Federal/Local Government Market. She has an extensive and broad-based skill set having held various executive positions in the telecommunications industry over the last 20 years; from among sales, sales management, operations, business development/management, marketing, field support and finance. Terri started her communications career with Western Union where she led various marketing initiatives for the financial services industry. She then went on to MCI and over the course of 15 years there took positions of increasing responsibility and scope ranging from branch management of a sales organization, to product management, to global outsourcing to a Chief of Staff position to Director of Sales and Operations. Terri spent three years at Con Ed Communications prior to joining RCN Metro Optical Networks. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Lehigh University.
