"Hiten Varia serves as i2 executive vice president of Global Customer Operations and chief customer officer. His responsibilities include creating strategic and tactical plans for revenue growth, developing an operating plan that drives cross-functional integration, and representing i2 with existing and prospective customers. His teams serve customers with a consultative, innovation-focused approach with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and delivering valuable outcomes.
From 2005 to August 2007 Varia was Executive Vice President of i2’s Greater Asia Pacific region, with responsibility for ensuring the customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality and most innovative supply chain management solutions and services to i2 customers in that region.
Passionate about making i2 customers outrageously successful, Varia is credited with the development of i2’s Business Release Methodology, a system that ensures customers receive value from their implementation of i2 solutions.
Varia joined i2 in 1995 as vice president of consulting, and was charged with building and strengthening i2's consulting organization. Varia has also served i2 as the executive vice president of Worldwide Delivery Process; vice president of i2’s Worldwide Development; as well as executive vice president for global business solutions, platform, and solutions delivery.
Prior to joining i2, Varia served in a variety of positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). While at EDS, Varia created and grew a thriving manufacturing consulting practice. Also at EDS, he gained invaluable experience developing new technologies for synchronous manufacturing, including finite-forward scheduling systems. Before EDS, he was general manager at Sylvex Cable Cos. Pvt. Ltd. in India, a company that manufactured wires and cables.
Varia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from MS University in Barode and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky, where he specialized in computer architecture and software design.

"Michael J. Berry, i2 executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), brings to i2 a strong background in both finance and general management, having managed several software and technology services businesses.
As i2’s CFO, Berry is responsible for overseeing i2’s accounting and finance organization, as well as growing and maintaining i2’s relationships with the financial community. He also manages and enhances the company’s performance management and operational processes and expense control program, in addition to developing a strong financial management organization within i2.
Berry joined i2 in August 2005 from The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, Inc., a billion-dollar provider of technology solutions to the retail automotive industry. At Reynolds and Reynolds, he served as senior vice president for Solutions Management, where he had operational responsibility for the company’s software and services business units, bringing focus to operating plans and execution while driving accountability and results. Berry also served Reynolds and Reynolds as senior vice president of Services, where he achieved profitability while reducing expenses and increasing customer satisfaction.
Prior to Reynolds and Reynolds, Berry spent three years as executive vice president and general manager of Comdata Corporation, a leading provider of payment cards and related services to the transportation and retail industries. Berry also spent eight years at Travelers Express Co., Inc. (now known as MoneyGram International), where he was vice president and general manager of the Americas region, and vice president of Planning and Acquisitions. He spent three years at Northwest Airlines, where he served as a manager of Finance and Administration of an $800 million business unit, as well as a product manager, and senior consultant in Corporate Planning. Berry also held finance positions at Maxwell Graphics, Toro Company, and Best Buy Company.
Berry earned bachelor’s degree in finance from Augsburg College in Minneapolis and a master’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.

"Jackson L. Wilson, Jr. was named i2 Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer in December 2008. He has been a member of the i2 board of directors since April 2005 and was named executive chairman of the board in May 2008. He previously served as the chairman of the audit committee and the strategic review committee.
Wilson retired as CEO of Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division in August 2004. As CEO he was responsible for implementing Accenture’s strategy to increase its share of the growing BPO market. From 1999 to 2002, Wilson also served as managing general partner of Accenture Technology Ventures, the venture capital unit of Accenture. Previously, he was the worldwide managing partner of global markets for Accenture. Wilson joined Accenture in 1975 and became partner in 1983.
Wilson has served on numerous public and private corporate boards of directors. He has been a Senior Advisor to Cerberus Capital LLC, participating in a number of technology-related private equity transactions. He is a director and investment committee member of Seraph Capital, a venture capital company and serves on the board of their largest portfolio company.
Wilson holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Arizona in 1969 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California in 1975.

James D. Maikranz has served as a non-executive director of IONA since July 2001. Mr. Maikranz was employed by J.D. Edwards & Company, a provider of collaborative software solutions, from October 1998 to March 2001, most recently as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Prior to joining J.D. Edwards & Company, Mr. Maikranz was employed by SAP AG, a provider of e-business software solutions, from January 1992 to September 1998, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Maikranz has also served in senior executive positions for Computer Application Specialists, a software company specializing in the oil and gas industry, and Info Services, a company providing human resources based software applications. "Lloyd G. Waterhouse has served on the i2 board of directors since April 2005. He was president, CEO and director of Harcourt Education from 2006-2007, and served as chairman and chief executive officer of The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 2000 until July 2004. He joined Reynolds and Reynolds in May 1999 as president and chief operating officer and was elected chairman in January 2002. Before joining Reynolds, Waterhouse spent 26 years at IBM Corporation. Founder and chairman Michael McGrath is a founding director of Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath, the leading management consulting firm to technology-based companies. McGrath founded IDe in June 1998 and has served as our chairman since October 1998. With over 30 years experience, McGrath has worked as a consultant with more than two hundred companies in the US, Europe and Asia. He initiated PRTM's product development consulting practice, and has led PRTM efforts in refining the PACE method, establishing it as the most successful and effective model of the product development process for technology-based industries. He is the editor of and principal contributor to Setting the PACE in Product Development: A Guide to Product And Cycle-Time Excellence (Butterworth-Heinemann, 1996); the author of Product Strategy for High-Technology Companies (Irwin, 1995; revised edition 2000); the author of Product Strategy for High-Technology Companies (McGraw-Hill, 2004); and the author of numerous articles. McGrath holds a BS in computer science and management science from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Bob Crandall is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Airlines and chairman of The SABRE Group. As American's top marketing executive, and subsequently as the airline's president and chairman, Mr. Crandall participated in developing many of the innovations that stand to American's credit. These include American's SABRE automation system; the AAdvantage program for frequent travelers; a series of major hubs at Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, Miami and San Juan and the creation of a wide-ranging international route system. Stephen Bradley has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since April 2005. Bradley is the William Ziegler Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Bradley has authored or co-authored seven books and a number of articles in academic journals. He serves as a member of the board of directors of CIENA Corporation and the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions, as well as on several advisory boards. In the past, Bradley was a member of the board of directors of Roadmaster Industries and XcelleNet, and was also a member of the editorial board of the Harvard Business Review.
