Retired Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Robel has been a Director of the Company since November 2005 and Lead Independent Director since January 2009. From June 2000 to December 2005, Mr. Robel was a general partner and Chief of Operations for Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. From January 1974 to May 2000, Mr. Robel was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. From mid 1995 to May 2000, Mr. Robel led PricewaterhouseCoopers High Technology Transaction Services Group in Silicon Valley where he advised on strategy, valuation and structuring for mergers and acquisitions. From May 1985 to mid 1995, Mr. Robel was the Partner in charge of the Software Industry Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Silicon Valley, and prior to that, Mr. Robel was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Los Angeles and Phoenix. Mr. Robel holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Arizona State University. Mr. Robel serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, Inc., DemandTec, Inc. and McAfee, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of McAfee and Chairman of the Audit Committee of both Autodesk and DemandTec, as well as serving as a member of the Audit Committee at McAfee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of two privately held companies.
Dr. Held has been a successful entrepreneur, executive and investor in Silicon Valley for over 30 years. He has been involved in managing all growth stages of companies from conception to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. He is currently CEO of Held Consulting Group which provides strategic consulting to CEOs and senior executives of technology firms ranging from startups to very large organizations as well as major private equity firms. Dr. Held also serves on the board of Openwave Systems (OPWV) and is chairman of Vertica Systems and Software Development Technologies. He served as lead independent director of Business Objects until its sale to SAP in 2008. In 1998, Dr. Held was "CEO-in-residence" at the venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Through 1997, he was senior vice president of Oracle Corporation's server product division, leading a division of 1,500 people and helping the company grow from $1.5 billion to $6 billion annually. Prior to Oracle, he spent 18 years at Tandem Computers, where he was a member of the executive team that grew Tandem from a startup to a $2 billion company. Throughout his tenure at Tandem, Dr. Held was appointed to several senior management positions, including chief technology officer, senior vice president of strategy, and vice president of new ventures. He led the initial development of Tandem's relational database products. Dr. Held received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Purdue, an M.S. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he led the initial development of the INGRES relational database management system. He also attended the Stanford Business School's Executive Program. Dr. Held is also a member of the board of directors and Vice Chairman of the Tech Museum of Innovation and a member of the board of Montalvo Arts Center.

Sohaib Abbasi joined Informatica as President and CEO in July 2004. Under his leadership, Informatica attained annual revenue growth of 20% for three consecutive years and is now the largest independent leader in the data integration software category. Fostering a culture of continuous innovation, Mr. Abbasi has built on Informatica's success in data integration and led Informatica into new software market categories. Informatica is now the fastest-growing leader in data quality and a pioneer in the emerging category of data integration Software-as-a-Service, SaaS. In addition to growth in new product categories, Informatica is gaining significant contributions from International regions through global expansion of field operations. With new and strengthened relationships with several enterprise software category leaders and global systems integration leaders, Informatica is regarded as the trusted partner by customers worldwide. Prior to Informatica, Mr. Abbasi spent 20 years at Oracle Corporation where he was a member of Oracle's executive committee and, as Senior Vice President, led two major divisions, Oracle Tools and Oracle Education. Mr. Abbasi joined Oracle Corporation in 1982 when it was a 30-person startup and was instrumental in growing the business from $4 million to more than $9 billion in annual revenues. Mr. Abbasi envisioned and launched the Oracle Tools business, which he grew from zero to $3.75 billion in cumulative license revenues. Mr. Abbasi graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1980, where he earned both a B.S. and an M.S. degree in computer science.

Mr. Boorman is responsible for Informatica's global voice to the market which includes corporate, partner, and field marketing. He joined Informatica with over 20 years of international marketing leadership experience at enterprise software category leaders including SDL, salesforce.com, VERITAS and Oracle. Most recently, Boorman was Chief Marketing Officer at SDL, a leading Global Information Management enterprise software vendor offering language translation technology and services. Prior to joining SDL, Boorman was vice president for EMEA marketing at salesforce.com, the worldwide leader in on-demand Customer Relationship Management services. Before salesforce.com, Boorman led EMEA marketing for nearly a decade at the leading enterprise software vendor, VERITAS. He also held various positions in Consulting, Pre-Sales Support and Product Marketing during his 10-year tenure at Oracle. Additionally, Boorman was a founding board member of the European Storage Networking Industry Association as well as a board member of the Fibre Channel Industry. Boorman attended Southampton University in the UK earning a Doctorate in Magnetism and Engineering, a Masters Degree in Cryogenics and Applications and a First Class Honors Bachelors degree in Physics.

Tony Young serves as senior vice president and chief information officer of Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of Informatica's global information systems and technology infrastructure. During his tenure at Informatica, Young and the information technology department have won prestigious industry awards, including the 2006 CIO Decisions Midmarket Leadership Award, the 2006 Ventana Research IT Performance Management Leadership Award and the 2007 100 Best Places to Work in IT by ComputerWorld. Prior to joining Informatica in 2002, Young served at Mindcrossing and Converge where he was responsible for overseeing product development and product management. Young began his career at HP where he served for 11 years in a number of information technology and marketing roles. A major milestone at HP included building the first partner portal, as well as building an enterprise portal and e-commerce infrastructure. He earned a bachelor's degree in information systems and a master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University.

Ansa Sekharan is senior vice president of Informatica's Global Customer Support, where he is responsible for establishing Informatica as a trusted partner for customers worldwide by ensuring their success with Informatica's products. Mr. Sekharan started his career at Informatica in 1996 and during his tenure Informatica has received prestigious industry awards recognizing its support services and has been ranked number one in customer loyalty in the data integration enterprise software sector for three years in a row. Prior to joining Informatica, Mr. Sekharan was a veteran of Sybase for four years, where he held numerous customer services roles. Mr. Sekharan graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa where he earned a M.S. degree in computer science and a B.S degree in computer science from National Institute of Technology, India.

David Lyle is VP of Product Strategy at Informatica. During the early to mid-90's, David worked as a data warehousing consultant on numerous enterprise-scale, massively parallel warehouse projects. From this experience, he helped found and grow Influence Software from 1996 to 1999 as a pioneering company in the development of packaged Analytic Applications.
After Influence was purchased by Informatica in 1999, David's ideas and leadership following his role as VP of R&D for the Informatica Applications led to the development of Informatica’s innovative cross-vendor metadata lineage capabilities and other patented technologies.
In 2005, David co-authored the book “Integration Competency Center: An Implementation Methodology” with John Schmidt, describing how large companies can create and grow “centers of excellence” for integration to reduce project risk, speed development and change cycles, and cut integration costs and improve integration quality. His current areas of focus include SOA, Data Services, user experience for enterprise software, and data governance.
Mr. Schmidt is VP of Global Integration Services at Informatica Corporation. He advises clients on the business potential of emerging technologies, leads in the creation of strategies for enterprise initiatives, and plans, directs and supervises Informatica's Integration Competency Center Practice. His career success has been built on solving complex problems by deeply understanding underlying factors, articulating a simple vision and mobilizing teams to effectively execute tactical solutions within the corporate strategic context. Mr. Schmidt has practiced as an information systems professional in Banking, Retail, Telecommunications, Education, Government and Utilities industries. Previous employers include Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Best Buy, American Management Systems (now CGI), and Digital Equipment Corporation. He is Chairman of the Integration Consortium, has written a book and numerous articles on Systems Integration and Enterprise Architecture, filed several patents, developed Program Management best practices and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Mr. Schmidt has served on the board of the Integration Consortium since its inception in 2001 and is currently Chairman.

Steven is currently Vice President, Corporate Development at Informatica (NASDAQ: INFA). In this role he is responsible for identifying M&A targets and partnership opportunities by developing relationships with technology companies, startups, venture capital firms, and investment banks, as well as managing the M&A process through business case development, due diligence, negotiations, and integration. Prior to Informatica, Steve spent 7 years at Business Objects (NASDAQ: BOBJ) where he completed several acquisitions and led numerous technology partnerships, as well as supporting the corporate strategy planning process. Steven began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen. Steven has an MBA and Masters of Science, Information Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Stanford University.
Girish Pancha is General Manager for Informatica's Data Integration Business Unit. An early employee of Informatica, Mr. Pancha was vice president of engineering between 1996 and 1998. In 2000, Mr. Pancha rejoined the company to oversee the direction of Informatica's award-winning enterprise data integration platform. Throughout his 20-year career, Mr. Pancha has focused on developing innovative products that address the challenge of providing integrated information as a mission-critical, enterprise-wide solution. Prior to assuming his role at Informatica, he co-founded and served as CEO of Zimba, a developer of mobile applications that provided integrated real-time access to corporate, personal, and business partner information. Earlier in his career, during an 8-year tenure at Oracle, Mr. Pancha held individual contributor and management positions in the development of Oracle's award-winning business intelligence tools, Oracle Browser and Oracle Discoverer. Mr. Pancha holds degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania.
Ivan Chong is currently General Manager for Informatica's Data Quality Business Unit. He has also headed up Informatica's Product Marketing as well as worked in the Corporate Strategy group doing business development. For much of his career at Informatica, Ivan served as Vice President of Product Management. Mr. Chong is also a 6-year veteran of Oracle Corporation, where he held various product management positions for the Oracle Tools division and was awarded a patent in the area of database visualization. His experience also includes two years with internet advertising startup, NetGravity, a company that developed mission critical server products for high traffic commercial web sites. Mr. Chong has spoken at numerous user conferences both in the US and internationally. He graduated with undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Ron Papas is General Manager of Informatica's On Demand Business Unit and is responsible for delivering integration solutions for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Cloud-based applications. He joined Informatica in 1996 as the company's first sales representative, and has held several positions including SVP of Business Development, SVP of Alliances and VP of Sales for Analytic Applications.
Prior to Informatica he spent 5 years at Sybase in various sales and pre-sales roles. Mr Papas has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry and started his career as a Software Engineer with Gould Computer Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.
As Sales Director for Informatica in the UK, Paul is responsible for building the company's presence in the Enterprise Data Integration Market with a strong focus on the demands of key vertical markets within the UK. Paul is pursuing a proven strategy for achieving this goal through a focus on direct engagements with Informatica customers complemented by working in collaboration with Informatica's Alliance partners to develop a total solutions approach to client requirements. Joining Informatica in 2003, Paul saw significant success in a senior sales role prior to assuming responsibility for sales across the UK in 2005. In addition to his Informatica understanding, Paul brings more than 15 years of experience from BEA Systems, Ascential, Informix and Ardent software where he held a variety of sales and alliances management roles.

Chris Rogers will be joining the Informatica team next month as Director of Professional Services. He will be primarily responsible for supporting our customers and partners in the implementation their data integration projects. Chris has worked in Europe, the USA and Australia in some of the largest Financial, Telecommunications, Insurance and Retail companies in the world. He has over 20 years experience in data modelling, data warehousing and data integration disciplines concentrating on architecture, project management and project methodologies.
David W. Pidwell, has been a venture partner since 1996. In 1987 he founded Rasna Corporation, a mechanical design automation software company financed by the partners at Alloy. He was President and CEO until 1995 when Parametric Technology (NASDAQ:PMTC) acquired the firm. Prior to Rasna, Mr. Pidwell was employed by ROLM Corporation for 14 years. He received a BS in electrical engineering and a MS in computer systems engineering from Ohio University and completed 3 years of work at Stanford University on a PhD in engineering economic systems. He is currently a director of Rainfinity, iPrint Systems and Informatica (NASDAQ: INFA).

Don is a 20 year enterprise software veteran with marketing, alliances and product development experience at leading companies such as Informatica, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Vignette and Kana Software.
Dr. Linda Pfeifer is Director of Global Learning and Performance at data integration software company Informatica Corporation. Dr. Pfeifer has worked in corporate education and human performance technology over two decades, including 16 years at Hewlett-Packard. She has developed and led global learning programs in India, Mainland China, Korea, Taiwan, US, and Japan. Dr. Pfeifer received her Masters in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University, her Doctorate in Learning and Instruction from the University of San Francisco, and is a Certified Performance Technologist with the International Society of Performance Improvement. Dr. Pfeifer's research focuses on the effects of executive tele-coaching on accelerated skill transfer and increased intrinsic motivation for management development, and has presented her research at several international conferences. Mrs. Hilbrand joined Informatica (or actually the Informatica-distributor in the Benelux syn-t-sys) in November 2000. As Marketing Director, she is responsible for the entire marketing-scope in the enire Benelux region. This includes field marketing, web/internet-marketing, customer advocacy, media-relations, PR & AR-activities, usergroup activities, organizing and sponsoring (internal & external) events as wel as putting together the overall marketing plan and budget for this region. Before joining Informatica, Mrs. Hilbrand worked at Information Builders for 7 years, as Marketing Consultant and Marketing Manager.
As Senior Marketing Manager of Informatica UK & Ireland, Suzanne is responsible for all aspects of Marketing, from lead and demand generation through to customer marketing and PR. In her current role, Suzanne's remit is to build awareness and an accurate understanding of Informatica's key messages in the market and generate high quality enquiries in Informatica's solution set. Suzanne brings a wealth of IT B2B marketing experience to Informatica and has held senior European marketing roles notably at Adaytum, Cognos Limited and Internetix.
Mr. Assink joined Informatica in February 2001 as Pre-Sales Consultant. Currently, as Pre Sales Manager, he is responsible for all Pre-Sales activities within the Belgian-, Luxembourg- and Dutch-sales organizations. Before joining Informatica, Mr. Assink worked as a BI/DWH consultant at CMG. As SAS- & Informatica-consultant and coach, he worked on numerous IT projects within large multinationals. After he finished his degree in ‘Technical Bedrijfskunde’, he worked as a CRM coordinator at PTT Post (now known as TNT Post) and CRM-BI consultant at Livingstones (now known as PlainSynergy).
Mr. Defrance joined Informatica on 1st of February 2008 as Regional Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg. In this position he holds responsibility for the Informatica-organization within Belgium and Luxembourg and for its revenue. Prior to Informatica, Mr. Defrance spent more than 10 years at Dell Inc where he was part of the Senior Management Team. Mr. Defrance was instrumental for the growth of Dell in Belgium and held several management roles of which the most recent one was Channel Director. Mr. Defrance's previous roles at Dell include Manager of the Emerging Business Division, Manager of New Business for the Corporate and Preferred Accounts Divisions, Preferred Accounts Division Manager and Manager of the Internet Provider Division. Mr. Defrance holds a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics from Vlekho Brussels.

As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Mark Garrett is responsible for Adobe's financial operations, investor relations, information technology, purchasing, facilities, global supply chain management and order management.
With more than 25 years of financial management experience in the technology sector, Garrett has worked with many of the industry's leading companies. Before joining Adobe in February 2007, Garrett served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of EMC's Software Group, the multi-billion dollar software group of EMC Corporation. Prior to EMC, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Documentum. During his tenure at Documentum, Garrett was instrumental in closing several acquisitions and ultimately in the sale of Documentum to EMC. Previous accounting and finance management positions include tenures at IBM and Cadence Design Systems.
Garrett currently serves on the board of directors for Informatica Corp., a maker of data integration software, Model N, Inc., a provider of revenue management solutions, the Adobe Foundation and the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose. He holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and marketing from Boston University and a master's degree in business administration from Marist College.
