Mr. Gartlan, CPA, is the Executive Director of Strategic Development for Innova Robotics and Automation, Inc. He is also a member of Innova's Board of Directors. In his management role, Mr. Gartlan is responsible for Innova's strategic development efforts, including active pursuit of strategic acquisitions to complement Innova's business platform. He reports directly to Walter K. Weisel, Chairman and CEO of Innova Robotics and Automation. Mr. Gartlan has extensive experience attaining strategic goals in complex markets, particularly growth through mergers and acquisitions (both stand-alone and fold-in companies), new product development initiatives, new business initiatives, and cost savings implementation. Prior to assuming his current role, since 2004 Mr. Gartlan was Innova's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gartlan has held various senior management positions throughout his career. Prior to joining Innova, he was President of StratEx Solutions, Inc., LLC, a company providing accounting, auditing, business planning, treasury and merger and acquisition services. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for The Thomson Corporation Information Publishing Group, with over 180 operating companies worldwide in the financial information, educational, reference, legal, professional, medical and technical publishing, and newspaper markets. Prior to Thomson, Mr. Gartlan was Chief Financial Officer of International Data Group, Inc., a privately-owned company encompassing 275 magazines and newspapers, research, book publishing and expositions with operations in 75 countries. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Moody's Investors Service, Inc., as well as Dun & Bradstreet Consulting. Early in his career Mr. Gartlan was with Price Waterhouse & Co. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and international finance including foreign exchange exposure management, global liquidity management, capital structure and tax planning.

GARY F. MCNEAR was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary since May 2003 through August 25, 2004, and a Director since May 2003. From January 2003, through May 2003 he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. Mr. McNear has served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Treasurer of Hy-Tech Computer Systems(HTCS) since HTCS's inception in November 1992, and was a founding shareholder. Mr. McNear has also served as Secretary of HTCS since March 2001. HTCS acquired the Company in a reverse acquisition in January 2003. Mr. McNear's duties included banking relationships, cash management, and financial reporting. Mr. McNear's formal education is in Industrial Administration at Iowa State University. Mr. McNear is a former officer and pilot in the U.S. Air Force, and a former airline pilot.

INCOMM's founder, Sandra L. Brooks, has published over 200 articles on advanced technology and contributed to a number of textbooks; she also is a frequent speaker and author on marketing topics. She was named the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce West Council Small Business Leader of the Year in 2004. She is also a member of the Small Business Resource Network, jointly sponsored by the Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida and the City of Jacksonville, where she serves as the Chairman of the Marketing Committee and the Vice President of Marketing on the 2005 Steering Committee. Ms. Brooks is an alumna of Loyola University.
