Mark J. Lotke , 37, has been a director since March 30, 2005. Mr. Lotke is a Partner with FT Ventures, which he joined in 2005, and where he leads the Software Team. Mr. Lotke currently serves on the boards of ProfitLine, a provider of outsourced telecommunications expense management services, and of Digital Harbor, a composite applications company. Mr. Lotke has over 15 years experience in the information technology industry including over 10 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining FT Ventures, he has invested over $350 million in leading enterprise software, e-commerce and IT-enabled services companies generating over $1.2 billion in realized gains. From January 2003 through December 2004, Mr. Lotke was a General Partner with Pequot Ventures. From January 2001 through December 2002, Mr. Lotke was a General Partner with Covalent Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Lotke was a Managing Director with Internet Capital Group. Mr. Lotke also worked for several years as a principal with General Atlantic Partners. Mr. Lotke began his professional career as a strategy consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. and also worked at LHS Group, a mobile billing and customer care software company. Mr. Lotke received a B.S. in Economics summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jeff Epstein is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Oracle Corporation, reporting directly to Oracle President Safra Catz. He is responsible for Oracle’s global controller’s office, finance operations, tax, treasury, real estate, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audits, and customer leasing. Mr. Epstein brings to Oracle 20 years of finance experience as CFO of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick, King World Productions, and ADVO. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Oberon Media, a privately held internet game technology provider and publisher. Mr. Epstein is a member of the board of directors of Priceline.com, where he serves on the audit committee and the compensation committee. Mr. Epstein has an MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale College, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce North America Inc. James M. Guyette has served as a Director of priceline.com since November 2003. Mr. Guyette is currently Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce North America, Inc., a world-leading supplier of power systems to the global aerospace, defense, marine and energy markets. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Mr. Guyette was Executive Vice President Marketing and Planning for United Airlines. He held a number of other senior roles in his nearly 30 years with the carrier. Mr. Guyette serves on the boards of Rolls-Royce plc, International Aero Engines and PrivateBancorp Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wings Club, the Smithsonian Museum Air and Space Museum Board, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Flight Safety Foundation, St. Mary's College Moraga CA Board of Regents, and is a member of the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. Mr. Rydin joined priceline.com's Board of Directors in January 2005. Mr. Rydin is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. Prior to joining Yankee Candle in 2001, Mr. Rydin was the President of the Away From Home food services division of Campbell Soup Company, a position he held from 1998 to 2001. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Rydin served as the President of the Godiva Chocolatiers division of Campbell. Prior to Godiva, Mr. Rydin held a number of senior management positions at Pepperidge Farm, Inc., also a part of Campbell. Mr. Rydin serves on the board of Philips-Van Heusen (PVH - NYSE) and a member of their comensation commitee.

Patti D'Angelo was promoted to Senior Vice President, Rental Cars, in February 2007. Before that, she was Vice President, Rental Cars. Prior to joining priceline.com in 1999, she spent 8 years working in the industry with Enterprise and Alamo/National, where she held several different management roles in the revenue management area. Since joining priceline.com, she has worked on both the rental car and airline teams in various management positions. Most recently, she moved back to the rental car team as product head in 2005.

Ralph M. Bahna was elected Chairman of priceline.com's Board of Directors in April 2004. He has served as a director of priceline.com since July 1998. Since 1992, Mr. Bahna has been the President of Masterworks Development Corp., a company he founded to develop an international group of hotels named Club Quarters . Since 1993, Mr. Bahna has served as the Chairman of Club Quarters . From 1980 to 1989, Mr. Bahna served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cunard Lines, Ltd., and the Cunard Group of Companies. Prior to Cunard, Mr. Bahna was employed by Trans World Airlines Inc., where he developed and launched its highly successful Ambassador Service.
