Warren V. "Pete" Musser Mr. Musser is the founder and CEO of The Musser Group, a private equity firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania which he started in 2001 after a 50+ year career as a legendary investor spanning 500 companies and nearly $10 billion in capital raised. Mr. Musser is the founder and former CEO and Chairman of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., a company that builds value in high-growth, revenue-stage information technology and life sciences businesses. He was a founding investor of QVC, Novell, Compucom Systems, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Internet Capital Group, among hundreds of other high growth companies. Mr. Musser is currently on the board of Nutrisystems, Inc., Internet Capital Group, Inc., Health Benefits Direct Corporation and Health Advocate, and serves as Chairman of Telkonet, Inc; Infologix Inc; and Epitome Systems, Inc. Mr. Musser serves on a variety of civic and charitable boards, including as Co-Chairman of the Eastern Technology Council, Chairman of Economics PA and Vice Chairman of the National Center for the American Revolution.

Dr. Thomas M. Hall, 55, is the executive director of Digital Angel Corporation and the Managing Partner of Marrell Enterprises LLC, a partnership that specializes in international business development. Dr. Hall serves on the board of directors of Coris International SA, a Paris-based insurance services company with subsidiaries in 36 countries. For 12 years, Dr. Hall was the chief executive officer of Medical Advisory Systems, Inc., a company providing international medical services and pharmaceutical distribution. Dr. Hall holds a bachelor of science and a medical degree from the George Washington University and a master of international management degree from the University of Maryland.

Jason Tienor, 33, is the president and chief executive officer of Telkonet. As the former president and CEO of EthoStream, Mr. Tienor co-founded and grew the HSIA vendor to become one of the largest high-speed Internet providers to the hospitality industry in the nation. Prior to EthoStream, in 2000, Mr. Tienor was co-founder of a Milwaukee-based IT consulting firm. Mr. Tienor received a BBA in MIS and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and an MBA with an emphasis on Computer Science from Marquette University.

Jeff Sobieski, 32, is the chief operating officer for Telkonet. From December 2007 to June 2008, Mr. Sobieski served as Telkonet’s executive vice president, energy management. Mr. Sobieski joined Telkonet in March 2007, following the acquisition of EthoStream, where he was CIO. As the former CIO of EthoStream, Mr. Sobieski co-founded and grew the HSIA vendor to become one of the largest high-speed Internet providers to the hospitality industry in the nation. Prior to EthoStream, in 2000, Mr. Sobieski was cofounder of Interactive SolutionZ, a Milwaukee-based IT consulting firm, and from this gained experience in the telecommunications and insurance industries. From 1998 to 2000, he was involved in consulting and system development projects, including the project lead on developing a new software package for GE Medical, and software tools development for North Western Mutual Insurance. Mr. Sobieski received a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and his MBA from Marquette University.

John has been on Smart Payment Solutions? Board of Advisors since 2004. He joined Solveras in 2007 bringing a wealth of senior management experience to the Company. He was most recently a senior officer at Telkonet, a Maryland based publicly traded power line communication company. His previous experience includes eight years as CEO of CardSystems Solutions, Inc., where the company?s portfolio grew under his leadership from 3,000 merchants to more than 100,000 merchants with annual transaction volume exceeding $10 Billion. John has extensive experience in executing growth strategies within the technology and transaction processing industries through organic growth and M&A activities. John maintains dual residence in Potomac, MD and Franklin, TN.

Rick Leimbach, 39, is the chief financial officer for Telkonet. Mr. Leimbach joined Telkonet in January 2004, and was appointed as vice president of finance in 2006, and then CFO in December 2007. Prior to Telkonet, from 2001 to 2004, he was the financial controller at UltraBridge, an applications solution provider, headquartered in Maryland. Mr. Leimbach joined the company at the start-up stage, tasked with building up the financial organization. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Leimbach was corporate accounting manager at Snyder Communications, Inc. – a global organization focusing on design, development and implementation of value-added outsourced marketing services. Rick was involved with consolidating the group's extensive operations and working with the SEC. Mr. Leimbach held various positions within public accounting firms, including the Reznick Group and Wolpoff and Company in Maryland from 1991 to 1998. He holds a degree in Accounting from Towson University, Maryland.

Tom Lynch joined The Staubach Company after six years as Senior Vice President at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE:SFE). While at Safeguard, he served nearly two years as President & Chief Operating Officer at CompuCom Systems (CPMC), a Safeguard subsidiary company. After a 31 year career of Naval service, he retired in the rank of Rear Admiral. Tom's Naval service included Chief, Navy Legislative Affairs, command of the Eisenhower Battle Group during Operation Desert Shield, Superintendent of the US Naval Academy from 1991 to 1994 and Director of the Navy Staff in the Pentagon from 1994 to 1995. He serves as a Director on the following boards: Pennsylvania Eastern Technology Council, Sanchez Computer Associates, Armed Forces Benefit Association and Nextel International. He also serves as President, Valley Forge Historical Society; Chairman of the Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America and serves as a trustee of the US Naval Academy Foundation.

Jeremy Griesbach, 34, is the vice president of global sales for Telkonet, joining the company in October 2007. Prior to Telkonet, from 2001 to 2007, Mr. Griesbach was the director of business development for a Midwest regional accounting firm, Virchow Krause, focusing on building the tax services group that specialized in state and local use tax, tax credit and incentives. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Griesbach was business development manager for Metavante, a financial services and software support company. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from Upper Iowa State University.

Matt Koch, 31, is vice president of operations for Telkonet. Mr. Koch joined Telkonet in March 2007, following the acquisition of EthoStream, where he was a systems engineer from 2004 to 2007. Prior to EthoStream, from 1998-2000 and from 2001-2004, Mr. Koch was a system administrator for Geneva OnLine, a regional Internet service provider specializing in wireless broadband Internet access, managing system administration and integration for web hosting, billing systems, and workflow automation. In 2000, Mr. Koch was as a system and network administrator consultant in the Silicon Valley for various companies, including Sun Microsystems, Uptilt, and SalesCenter.com, a web-based sales team automation system. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in Management Computer Systems from University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Robert P. Crabb, 58, is the secretary of Telkonet and is responsible for Telkonet?s public company administration and corporate governance. Mr. Crabb joined Telkonet in 1999 and is a former director. Mr. Crabb has more than 35 years of sales, marketing and corporate management experience, insurance and financial services experience. Mr. Crabb?s entrepreneurial expertise also includes public company administration, financial consulting and commercial/residential real estate development.

Stephen L. Sadle, 60, is the senior vice president and co-founder of Telkonet. Prior to Telkonet, Mr. Sadle served as senior vice president and general sales manager of Internos, a provider of web-based vertical extranet applications for the construction and transportation industries. From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Sadle was vice president of business development and sales for The Driggs Corporation, a major heavy and infrastructure contracting firm. For 17 years, Mr. Sadle served as president and founder of a successful construction and consulting company, and was awarded Small Businessman of the Year award for the Washington Metropolitan Area. Mr. Sadle brings more than 33 years of management, contracting and entrepreneurial experience to the company.

Seth Blumenfeld was appointed to the Board of Directors in November 2005. His initial affiliation with Telkonet began in July 2005 on a consulting basis as the Senior Advisor for International Development. Mr. Blumenfeld brings nearly forty years of telecommunications experience and is one of the industry?s leading experts in international negotiations. Mr. Blumenfeld was President and Chief Operating Officer of several of MCI?s international subsidiaries from 1984 to 1998. Mr. Blumenfeld also served as President of International Services for MCI International (a provider of telecommunication services) from 1998 until his retirement in January of 2005 where he was responsible for the company?s international activities including its relationships with over 200 international telecommunication companies.
