The Company develops, produces and markets various entertainment properties, including without limitation, the intellectual product(s) of entities engaged in the motion picture, television, and theatrical state productions,such as creative writers, producers and directors, for the motion picture, pay/cable and commercial television markets and, until September 1995 through its then 50.1% owned subsidiary, Willy Bietak Productions, Inc. ("WBPI"), produced and operated small touring ice shows and theme shows appearing in theatres, casinos, and major amusement parks and arenas. On September 29, 1995, in consideration of guarantees of certain bank debt of WBPI, provided WBPI by its minority shareholder, the Company transferred 65,900 of its shares of WBPI common stock to such minority shareholder, thereby reducing the Company's interest to 30%. Until December 1998 a wholly-owned subsidiary, International Theatres Corporation ("ITC"), of the Company operated the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre in Chanhassen, Minnesota which the Company acquired in 1993.

Garrett Brown - Dr. Brown was Manager of Radiochemistry - Hot Cell Operations for International Isotopes, Inc., a major radiopharmaceutical and medical device startup company, from January 1998 until May 1999 and was instrumental in bringing a new brachytherapy seed implant device to commercialization. Dr. Brown's responsibilities included hands-on radiological work in fume hoods, glove boxes and remote manipulator hot cells, process definition, research, development, installation, optimization, waste minimization, procedure documentation, facility design and training. Dr. Brown also served as the technical interface to executive management for business development, shipping/receiving, QA/QC, facilities and marketing/sales. Prior to that, Dr. Brown, as a Senior Research Scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, was responsible for the weekly production of multi-Curie quantities of medical grade Y-90, and research programs to develop high tech sorbents for separation of Cs-137, Sr-90 and Tc-99 from high-level radioactive wastes stored at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. From May 1999 to the present, Dr. Brown has been a technical consultant with GNB Technical Consultants. Dr. Brown has co-authored numerous technical publications in the field. Dr. Brown has a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and BS in Chemistry, cum laude. He has served as IsoRay's Chief Technical Officer since May of 2000. In March 2004, Dr. Brown was certified as a Radiological Safety Officer.

With more than 40 years experience in the radiochemistry field, Bray was a founder of IsoRay and leads development of the company's innovative processes. Bray is recognized nationally and internationally as a technical expert in separations, recovery and purification of isotopes and is a noted authority in the use of cesium and strontium ion exchange. In 2000, Bray received the "Radiation Science and Technology" award from the American Nuclear Society and has authored or co-authored more than 110 research publications and 12 articles for 9 technical books. He holds 24 U.S. and foreign patents. He holds a B.A. in chemistry from Lake Forest College.

Mr. Pasqualone has been involved in marketing brachytherapy extensively since 1989 when brachytherapy started to gain attention as a viable treatment option for prostate cancer. Most recently he was a principal and served as Vice President of Sales at SourceTech Medical, which developed and introduced SeedLink to the brachytherapy market in 2003. This company was later purchased by Bard Urology, where he served as Vice President of Strategic Markets. Previously he was National Sales Manager at Theragenics Corporation where he helped develop market acceptance of Pd-103. In 1995 he brought the first stranded product to market while working with the team at Oncura (Amersham Corporation). Mr. Pasqualone is an alumnus of Fordham University with a BS in Science.

Albert Smith Mr. Smith has been a Director of the Company since 2006. Mr. Smith was the co-founder of and served as Vice Chairman of CSI Leasing, Inc., a private computer leasing company from 1972 until March 2005. David Swanberg - Mr. Swanberg has more than 22 years experience in engineering and materials science, nuclear waste and chemical processing, aerospace materials and processes, and environmental technology development and environmental compliance. Beginning in November 1995 and until January 2004, Mr. Swanberg was employed full time as Sr. Chemical/Environmental Engineer for Science Applications International Corporation working on a variety of projects including nuclear waste research and development. Mr. Swanberg joined IsoRay's predecessor company in March of 1999 on a part-time basis and has held management positions in the IsoRay companies since 2000. Mr. Swanberg began full-time employment with IsoRay in February 2004. He has been instrumental in development of IsoRay's initial product, the Cs-131 brachytherapy seed, including interfaces with technical, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements. With IsoRay and its predecessor companies, he has managed the development and production of radioactive seeds to support testing to meet NRC and FDA requirements, provided technical guidance for characterization of the IsoRay seed to meet AAPM Task Group 43 protocols, and coordinated production and testing of non-radioactive seeds to conform to ISO standards for brachytherapy devices. He is President of the Nuclear Medicine Research Council. He holds an MS in Chemical Engineering, is a licensed Chemical Engineer, and a certified Level II Radiation Worker.

Knipfer joined IsoRay in 2006 with extensive background not only in brachytherapy but in radiation safety and distribution as well. A former certified Radiation Safety Officer, Knipfer has an extensive background in prostate cancer treatment, as well as other treatments such as SRS, SRT, IGRT, and IMRT. Prior to his arrival at IsoRay, Knipfer was the Brachytherapy Director for the Prostate Services of America and Amertek Medical. Subsequently, Knipfer has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of programs in over 80 medical establishments, and participated in market leading product platforms for prostate brachytherapy. Knipfer holds B.S. in microbiology from the University Of Oklahoma.

Mr. Kauffman was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board effective July 1, 1998.
