Umang Gupta has served since 1997 as chairman and chief executive officer of Keynote Systems (NASDAQ: KEYN), the global leader in test and measurement solutions that improve mobile communications and online business performance. A well-known technology visionary and Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Umang began his career in 1973 with IBM. Umang joined Oracle Corporation in 1981 where he wrote the first business plan for the company, and served as Vice President and General Manager of the Microcomputer Products Division through 1984. He left Oracle to become Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Gupta Corporation, which he took public in 1993 (NASDAQ: GPTA). Gupta Corporation was responsible for ushering in the era of enterprise client/server computing by introducing many seminal innovations, including the world's first client/server relational database system for PC networks in 1988. Umang has also been an active investor and advisor to a number of Silicon Valley start-up companies including serving on the Board of Trustees of Mosaix, a publicly held call-center systems company from 1997 to 1999 until its sale to Lucent Technologies. Umang received his Bachelor of Technology degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kanpur in 1971 and his M.B.A. from Kent State University in Ohio, USA in 1972. In 1996, Umang received the Distinguished Alumnus Award of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur for his outstanding contributions to Information Technology and entrepreneurial achievements. In addition to his professional activities, Umang has previously served on the board of the Peninsula Community Foundation, a San Mateo based public charity that builds investment and involvement in community. He is also an avid history buff and serves on the Board of the San Mateo Historical Association. He is also Chairman of the IIT Kanpur Foundation and Board Chairman of PanIIT USA. In 2000, Umang was the honored recipient of the Asian Pacific Foundation Award for Civic Leadership and Philanthropy.

Drew Hamer serves as chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Mr. Hamer joined Keynote in June 2005 as Corporate Controller and served in that position until December 2005. He is a CPA and a seasoned finance executive with over 12 years in financial leadership positions in high tech companies. He has held CFO and vice president of finance and administration positions at KnowNow, IQ Labs, and Intraspect software. Mr. Hamer was the director of finance at Excite@Home from January 1997 until May 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Hamer held a series of financial leadership positions at Sybase, culminating in his position as group controller overseeing a software development group at the company with revenues in excess of $150 million. Mr. Hamer holds both a B.S. and M.A. in accounting.

Jeff Kraatz serves as senior vice president of worldwide sales & services. Mr. Kraatz has over 25 years of management experience in technology, communications, and Internet business. A seasoned international executive, he has pioneered and scaled highly successful Asian operations for a number of U.S. based technology firms. Prior to joining Keynote, Mr. Kraatz was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Caspian Networks. Kraatz also founded and built an Asian focused international sales and marketing consulting accelerator to bridge Asian and U.S. businesses, and was CEO of two divergent B2B e-commerce firms. Previously, he held a number of senior management positions over a ten-year period with voice messaging leader, Octel Communications. At Octel he built successful channel programs, ran national account operations, and while based in Hong Kong, built Octel into a mature market leader in Asia prior to its acquisition by Lucent Technologies in 1997. Earlier in his career, Kraatz spent ten years building SPRINT from a start up to a significant market provider of network-based services and communications solutions. He holds a B.A. in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles.

Anshu Agarwal serves as vice president of marketing. He is responsible for all of Keynote's corporate marketing, product marketing and public relations. Mr. Agarwal has been involved with developing and leading marketing and public relations in companies ranging from HP to Shutterfly. While at Shutterfly he developed the core photo-cards business, the core profit engine for the company. He went on to lead all product marketing, online marketing and public relations for Fireman's Fund's commercial business. Mr. Agarwal has honed his marketing expertise through l7 years of experience across industries in both public and private companies including Hewlett Packard, Foundry Networks, Deloitte & Touche and startups funded by Benchmark Capital, Mohr, Davidow and Jim Clark. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

Eric Stokesberry serves as vice president of IT & Operations. He oversees the management of Keynote’s global measurement infrastructure of over 2000 measurement computers in 200+ worldwide locations, primary and backup data centers, and a 24 x 7 Network Operations Center. Mr. Stokesberry is also responsible for the corporate IT function and basic technical support. He has been with Keynote for seven years and has been instrumental in building and scaling the production systems to handle over 60 million measurements per day while holding management positions in both Engineering and Operations. Prior to Keynote, Mr. Stokesberry spent over six years at Network General Corporation as both an Engineer and a Product Manager working on the Sniffer line of network management and troubleshooting products. Mr. Stokesberry earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Krishna Khadloya serves as vice president of engineering. Mr. Khadloya is a seasoned technology and management professional with extensive experience in Software and Systems Architecture, e-business performance management, and delivering software and technology as a service methodology. Prior to Keynote, Mr. Khadloya served as Director of R&D at Mentor Graphics Corp., an Electronic Design Automation technology leader. There he was responsible for software development and engineering management for the Board/Systems division and instrumental in creating a strategic partnership with HP for RF/Wireless Design solutions. Before that he worked for Silvar Lisco and Tektronix in the U.S., Burroughs/Unisys in Holland, and Tata Consultancy Services in India building technical and commercial enterprise software systems. Mr. Khadloya holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science from SUNY, Albany and a B.S. (Honors) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, India.

Vik Chaudhary serves as vice president of product management and corporate development. He is responsible for leading Keynote’s product strategy, sales enablement, and executing on the company’s acquisitions and partnerships. Mr. Chaudhary has spent 19 years in chief executive, marketing, and engineering positions at blue-chip and start-up technology companies. At Keynote, he previously served as vice president of marketing and corporate development, extending the company into new markets via ten acquisitions. Before joining Keynote, he was CEO of on-demand analytics company Bizmetric, ran product management at database pioneer Gupta Technologies, and led core software engineering teams at Oracle. Mr. Chaudhary is a frequent speaker at industry events on software strategy and M&A, and has been featured in the New York Times and on the ABC News Nightline program. Mr. Chaudhary holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Don Aoki serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Customer Experience Management. Mr. Aoki has over 20 years of technology management and commercial software development experience. Before Keynote, he was a General Manager at Aspect Communications. His prior responsibilities included roles as Director of Development at TIBCO and Senior Director of Development at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Aoki began his career at Bell Labs, holds a MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Emil Flock comes to the Martin Marshall Group from terms as Business Analyst, Capital Markets & Trading at Charles Schwab and as Senior Director for Customer Service at Keynote Systems. In the mid-1990s, Emil was director of Technical Support for NetObjects, and helped define the technical specifications for NetObjects' strategic partnership with IBM. As Director of Computer Technical Support at Sykes Enterprises and as principal in Computer Hand Holding, Inc., he was responsible for technical support projects for Charles Schwab, Pacific Bell, Shaklee, Bechtel, LaserTools, Insight Development, and the Center for Disease Control. He has authored four books in the computer field, and developed and launched a groundbreaking knowledgebase software development tool. At the Martin Marshall Group, he is responsible for technical consulting on business analysis projects, including business process flow analysis and technical support. He has a bachelors in computer sciences from Columbia University.

Charles M. Boesenberg, age 60, has served as a director of Callidus since February 2006, as Chairman of the Board since November 2008, and as Executive Chairman of the Board from November 2007 to November 2008. Mr. Boesenberg also currently serves on the boards of Rackable Systems, Inc., a developer of scalable rack mount servers and Keynote Systems, Inc., a provider of on-demand test and measurement products for mobile communications and Internet performance. Prior to its acquisition by Autonomy Corporation in March 2009, Mr. Boesenberg served as a director for Interwoven, Inc., an enterprise content management provider. Prior to its acquisition by Attachmate Corporation in June 2006, Mr. Boesenberg served as chairman and CEO of NetIQ Corporation, a leading provider of integrated systems and security management software solutions, from August 2002 and served as President and CEO of NetIQ from January 2002 to July 2002. Mr. Boesenberg also served as lead independent director of Maxtor Corporation, a provider of hard disk drive storage products and solutions, from January 2002 until its merger with Seagate Corporation in 2006, and as a director of Onyx Software Corporation, a provider of enterprise customer processing software solutions. Mr. Boesenberg also previously served as a member of the Boards of Directors of Symantec Corporation, a provider of Internet security technology, from June 1994 until September 2002, Macromedia, Inc., a developer of software that helps create and deliver effective user experiences on the Internet, fixed media, and wireless and digital devices, from December 2004 to December 2005, Epicor Software, a provider of integrated enterprise software solutions for mid-market companies, from December 2000 until May 2003. Prior to joining NetIQ, Mr. Boesenberg was President of Post PC Ventures, a management and investment group from March 2000 to December 2001. From December 1998 to February 2000, Mr. Boesenberg served as director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Systems, Inc., a provider of embedded systems software. Before joining Integrated Systems, Mr. Boesenberg was President and Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Corporation, which was the surviving corporation of a merger with Ashtech, Inc., a position that he assumed in January 1995 with Ashtech. Magellan specializes in satellite navigation and communication products. Mr. Boesenberg has held senior executive positions with a number of technology companies including International Business Machines Corporation and Apple Computer, Inc. Mr. Boesenberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Boston University. c01
