Anthony Nozzolillo is Executive Vice President of the Electric Business Unit of KeySpan, a holding company that was created in 1998 when Brooklyn Union merged with the Long Island Lighting Company. Electric Operations includes Generation, Transmission and Distribution Management, Electric Systems Planning and Operations Support. It serves the Long Island Power Authority's customers on Long Island and supplies approximately 25% of the energy requirements of New York City. Mr. Nozzolillo joined LILCO in 1972 and has held various positions, including Manager of Financial Planning and Manager of Systems Planning. He served as the Company's Treasurer from 1992 to 1994 and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1998. He was appointed Senior Vice President of KeySpan's Electric Operations in 1999 and promoted to Executive Vice President in 2000. Mr. Nozzolillo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Long Island University, C. W. Post Campus. Besides being involved in a variety of community organizations, he also serves on the Boards of the Lawrence Educational Foundation, Polytechnic University and the United Way of Long Island.

David Manning is Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and the Chief Environmental Officer for KeySpan, a holding company that was created in 1998 when Brooklyn Union merged with the Long Island Lighting Company. Mr. Manning is responsible for public affairs, government relations, internal and external communications, community development, corporate brand strategy and environmental policy and operations.

Prior to Kang & Lee, Doris had 4 year Asian PR and event experience at L3 Advertising. Remy Martin, Chase Bank, MetLife, HIP and Cathay Pacific Airways were among the accounts that she lead and managed. With over 10 years of Asian media, PR and event experience, Doris has helped many fortune 500 clients launched their campaigns in the Asian market successfully through both traditional & non traditional communication channels. Over the years she also developed and maintained excellent working relationship with all major media partners and the community organizations in Asian communities in the US. As the Associate Communications Director at Admerasia, Doris sets directions for all communications planning and execution for clients including McDonald's, Foxwoods, Citibank, MBUSA, P&G/SKII, P&G Pharmaceutical /Actonel, Hennessy, Lowes, Kraft, Keyspan and Dish Network.**

Michael Chepiga is a litigation partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He represents clients in securities litigation, class actions, derivative actions, and corporate control litigation. Representative cases include securities litigation concerning AIG, HealthSouth, Hollinger, Celera Genomics, Express Scripts, Winstar Communications, Cendant, Royal Ahold, Dynegy, St Paul-Travelers, American Electric Power, and KeySpan. Litigations arising from corporate acquisitions or transactions include SunGard Data Systems, Instinent Group, Telecorp/ATT Wireless, Wachovia, Seagate Technologies, American Home Products/Warner Lambert/Pfizer, Chrysler/Kerkorian, KKR/RJR Nabisco, Paramount v Time Warner, Paramount v QVC and numerous others. Mr Chepiga served as President of the Legal Aid Society of New York from 1996 to 1998, as a director from 1988 to 1998, and a member of the executive committee from 1992 to 1998. He is a director of VOLS (Volunteers of Legal Services, Inc), and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is a frequent lecturer on continuing legal education panels and is the author of "Getting and Spending," a play produced at the Helen Hayes Theatre on Broadway in October 1998. Mr Chepiga joined Simpson Thacher in 1981 and became a partner in 1986. He received a BA cum laude from Fordham University in 1970, a PhD in English from New York University in 1976 and a JD from Yale University in 1979. He was a law clerk to the Honourable Milton Pollack (SDNY) from 1979 to 1980 and to the Honourable Amalya Kearse (Second Circuit) from 1980 to 1981.
