Lexar Media Inc.

Prior to Reliant, Eric was CEO of Lexar, now a subsidiary of Micron. Prior to Lexar, Eric was a VP and General Manager at ADAC Laboratories and Director of Operations at Raychem (now Tyco). Eric also worked at McKinsey and Company and as an engineer at Ford Aerospace (now Loral). Eric has a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, Harvard University.

Mark was most recently Vice President, General Manager at Creative Labs, the leading multimedia hardware supplier, where he managed sales and marketing activities for the Americas. Prior to Creative, Mark held various executive positions at NCR, then a subsidiary of AT&T. Mark received an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Boston College.

Scarpelli has more than 16 years financial executive experience in the technology sector. Most recently, Scarpelli was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Senior Vice President of Administration and Secretary of HPL Technologies from July 2002 until its acquisition by Synopsys Inc. in December 2005. In this multi-faceted role, he was principally responsible for HPL's worldwide finance function, legal, contracts, and facilities. Scarpelli joined HPL in January 2002 as Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for HPL's mergers and acquisitions function. Prior to joining HPL, Scarpelli was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1989, and an audit partner beginning in 1998. Scarpelli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant.

Tim Sullivan leads Lexar's sales and channel marketing efforts. Most recently, Mr. Sullivan served as vice president of sales at Onechannel.net, an Internet start-up focused on e-commerce metrics. Prior to Onechannel.net, Mr. Sullivan was with TDK Electronics for 15 years, serving as vice president of sales, vice president of marketing and national promotions manager. While at TDK, he was responsible for sales of more than $400 million per year.

Mary Tripsas has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2003. Since July 1999, Ms. Tripsas has been an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. From July 1995 to June 1996, Ms. Tripsas was a lecturer, and from July 1996 to June 1999, an Assistant Professor of Management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Tripsas holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana, an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mr. Hinckley previously served as Vice President, Strategic Plans and Programs, General Counsel and Secretary, and Chief Operating Officer for Xilinx, Inc., a supplier of programmable logic solutions in San Jose, CA. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Hinckley was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Spectra Physics, Inc., a supplier of laser products. Mr. Hinckley serves on the boards of directors of several private companies and holds a B.S. in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School. He serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Brian T. McGee joined Intellon as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2007. With over 20 years in business and financial management, Brian was most recently Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Lexar Media, Inc. Before joining Lexar, he held positions as Vice President, Finance and/or Chief Financial Officer of several other technology companies, including Equator Technologies, Inc., SmartAge.com and Academic Systems Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held other senior financial positions with Raychem Corporation. Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He also holds a Certificate in Management Accounting.
