As President of Liberty Global Latin America, Mr. Ramos is responsible for Liberty Global's strategy and operations in Latin America. Mr. Ramos oversees our investments in VTR (Chile), Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico, MGM Networks Latin America, LLC and Pramer (Argentina) and is Chief Executive Officer of VTR. Mr. Ramos joined UnitedGlobalCom, Inc. (UGC), one of Liberty Global's predecessors, in October 1999 as Vice President Business Development for Latin America, based in Miami. In February 2002, he moved to the company's headquarters in Denver and while continuing in his prior position, also became involved with the company's development activities in Asia and Australia. Upon the combination of UGC and Liberty Media International, Inc. which formed Liberty Global, Mr. Ramos became Chief Financial Officer for the Latin American division. In September 2005, he was promoted to his current position. Before joining UGC, Mr. Ramos was a Partner and Vice President at Investment Banking Services Ltd. (IBS), and Assistant Director of the Deutsche Morgan Grenfell office in Bogota, Colombia. Prior to this, Mr. Ramos worked for the Office of the President of Colombia and taught economics at Universidad de los Andes and Universidad Externado in Bogota. Mr. Ramos received a degree in Economics (1993), a degree in Law (1994) and a postgraduate degree in Financial Law (1995) from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota. Mr. Ramos is married and has one daughter and one son. He enjoys sailing, hiking, running and racquetball.

Bernard G. Dvorak is Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Financial Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of Liberty Global, Inc., a position he has held since the combination of Liberty Media International and UnitedGlobalCom in June 2005.
Mr. Dvorak served as a Senior Vice President and Controller of Liberty Media International, Inc. from March, 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Dvorak was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of On Command Corporation, a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation.
Mr. Dvorak was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Formus Communications, Inc., from September 2000 until June 2002, and from April 1999 until September 2000, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Formus Communications, Inc., a provider of fixed wireless services in Europe. From February 1998 until April 1999, Mr. Dvorak was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Cordillera Communications Corp., and from February 1997 until February 1998, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Cordillera Communications Corp., a specialized mobile radio operator in Latin America.

Charlie Bracken is Co-Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Global, Inc. with responsibility for Group Treasury, Tax and Financial Planning. Mr. Bracken also holds a directorship for Telenet, in which Liberty Global, through its subsidiaries, holds an investment stake.
Mr. Bracken joined UPC NV, Liberty Global’s predecessor, in March 1999 and in November 1999 became CFO until February 2004, when he became co-CFO of its parent company, UnitedGlobalCom, Inc. (UGC). He was appointed to his current position in June 2005 following the combination of Liberty Media International, Inc. and UGC.
Prior to this, Mr. Bracken worked for JP Morgan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). From 1994 until 1999, he held a number of positions at Goldman Sachs International in London, including Executive Director, Communications, Media and Technology. While at Goldman Sachs International, Mr. Bracken was responsible for providing merger and corporate finance advice to a number of communications companies, including UPC.

Amy M. Blair is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources of Liberty Global, Inc. Ms. Blair was appointed to this position in June 2005 upon the combination of Liberty Media International and United Global Com. In this capacity, Ms. Blair is responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs which address employment and retention, compensation and benefits, organizational structure, performance management, training/development and compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws across 15 countries and approximately 22,000 employees.
Ms. Blair has been employed in a number of key Operational and Human Resource Management positions with Liberty Global and its affiliates since 1991. From 1998 to 2005, Ms. Blair was based in Amsterdam, at the company’s European Headquarters. During her tenure in Europe, Ms. Blair served as Vice President of Operations and then as Managing Director of Human Resources for the company’s European operations.

Rick Westerman is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Liberty Global, a position he has held since the Company's formation in June 2005. In his current position, Mr. Westerman is an executive officer of Liberty Global and he sits on the Company's Executive Management Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Westerman served as Chief Financial Officer of UnitedGlobalCom, Inc. (UGC) from June 1999 where his responsibilities included oversight and planning of UGC's financial and treasury operations (Co-CFO from March 2004). He also served as an officer and/or a director of various direct and indirect subsidiaries of UGC. Prior to joining UGC, Mr. Westerman served as Treasurer of EchoStar Communications Corporation, a leading satellite television provider in the United States. Prior to joining EchoStar, Mr. Westerman was Vice President of Equity Research for UBS Securities, LLC (a subsidiary of the Union Bank of Switzerland) where he followed companies in the media, entertainment, and communications industries. Of note, he was among the first Wall Street analysts to provide research coverage of satellite communications industry. Mr. Westerman holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester (New York) and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College. He graduated with honors from both institutions.

Robert Leighton is Senior Vice President, Programming for Liberty Global, a position he has held since July 2007. In his current position, Mr. Leighton is an executive officer of Liberty Global and he sits on the Company’s Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Leighton is a 28 year veteran of the television industry. Most recently, he was a consultant on programming issues to Liberty Global, as well as Comcast Cable. Prior to this, Mr. Leighton was EVP, Programming for Starz Encore Group (now known as Starz Entertainment) for 7 years. At Starz, Mr. Leighton was responsible for all programming functions for 13 channels, including film acquisition, original program development, production, on-air promotion, and technical operations.
Mr. Leighton earlier was at HBO for 17 years. From 1991, he was based in Eastern Europe for HBO and oversaw the earliest development, launch and operation of various pay and basic cable channels throughout the region. Previous assignments at HBO during the 1980’s in New York included Director of Programming, Cinemax and Director of Audience Research. Mr. Leighton began his television career at Young & Rubicam where he bought advertising time on both broadcast networks and ad-supported cable channels.
Mr. Leighton holds a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University
W. Gene Musselman became President and Chief Operating Officer of UPC Broadband, the largest division of Liberty Global, in September 2003 and is currently based in UPC’s corporate headquarters in the Netherlands. Gene serves as a Director or Supervisory Board member for a number of UPC’s subsidiary cable operations, including subsidiaries in Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland.
Mr. Musselman became UPC's Chief Operating Officer in April 2000 and was a member of its Board of Management from June 2000 to September 2003. In September 1997, he became Chief Operating Officer of Telekabel Wien, an Austrian subsidiary. Shortly thereafter, he became Chief Executive Officer of Telekabel Wien. Except when working with Tevecap S.A. in Brazil from 1995 to 1997, Mr. Musselman has been with UGC and its successor, Liberty Global, since 1991.
Mr. Musselman has been actively involved in the cable industry for more than 25 years. Prior to 1991, residing in the United States, he worked with The Hearst Corporation from 1983 to 1990 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hearst Cablevision. He also served as Director of New Business Development at Hearst’s Entertainment and Syndication Group in 1991. Previously, Mr. Musselman worked with Televents Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Marketing.
Mr. Musselman is American, but has lived in Europe for most of the past 15 years, in countries including the Netherlands, Austria and Hungary.
In March 2000, Mr. Musselman was awarded the EHRPFENNIG Award by the Mayor of the State Klagenfurt, Austria for his special services rendered in the economical sector and in 2004, Mr. Musselman received the “groBes Silbernes Ehrenzeichen des Landes Wien” granted by the provincial government of Vienna. An unusual award, in that, Mr. Musselman was the first international business person to receive the award in 10 years.
Mr. Musselman attended Loyola University of Chicago where he obtained his Masters degree in Industrial Relations.

John W. Dick: Born January 9, 1938. A director of LGI since June 2005. Mr. Dick served as a director of UGC from March 2003 to June 2005. He has served as a director and executive officer of various development and manufacturing companies. Since its formation in 2007, Mr. Dick has served as a director and non-executive chairman of O3B Networks Ltd., a satellite-based data backhaul company. Until December 2007, he was the non-executive Chairman and a director of Hooper Industries Group, a privately held United Kingdom (U.K.) group consisting of: Hooper and Co (Coachbuilders) Ltd. (building special/bodied Rolls Royce and Bentley motorcars) and Hooper Industries (China) (providing industrial products and components to Europe and the United States). Mr. Dick held his positions with Hooper Industries Group for more than five years. In addition, Mr. Dick was a director and non-executive Chairman of Terracom Broadband, a Rwandan fiber optic company, and a director and non-executive chairman of Rwandatel, a telecommunications company in Rwanda, until the sales of those companies in 2007.
