Robert Niblock is chairman and chief executive officer of Lowe's Companies, Inc., a position he has held since January 2005. He also served as Lowe’s president from 2003 to 2006, and joined the board of directors when he was named chairman and CEO-elect in 2004.
Niblock joined Lowe’s in 1993, and during his career with the company, has served as vice president and treasurer, senior vice president, and executive vice president and CFO. Before joining Lowe’s, Niblock had a nine-year career with accounting firm Ernst & Young.
Niblock was elected chairman of the Retail Industry Leaders Association in January 2008. He has been a member of the organization since 2003 and served as its vice chairman in 2006 and 2007. Maureen Ausura joined Lowe's in February 2005 as senior vice president of human resources, responsible for enhancing the company's efforts to attract, motivate, develop and retain outstanding employees as Lowe's continues its rapid growth. Ausura has more than 25 years human resources experience, most recently as corporate vice president of human resources with international agribusiness company Archer Daniels Midland. She has also held senior-level human resources positions with Giant Eagle Supermarkets and Campbell Soup Company. Ausura has a bachelor's degree and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Wagner began his Lowe's career in 1977 as an office credit manager in a store and has worked as a store manager and district manager and regional vice president for stores in the Pacific Northwest region, helping to lead the company's expansion to the West Coast in 2000. Marshall Larsen is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodrich Corporation. He was named to his current position in October 2003.
Marshall joined the company in 1977 as an Operations Analyst and Financial Manager. In 1981, he became Director of Planning and Analysis and subsequently Director of Product Marketing. In 1986, he became Assistant to the President and later served as General Manager of several divisions of the company's aerospace business. In 1994, he was elected a Vice President of the company and was named a Group Vice President of Goodrich Aerospace. In 1995 he was appointed Executive Vice President of the company and President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodrich Aerospace. In February 2002 Marshall was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodrich Corporation. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2003.
Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York in 1970. He received a Master of Science degree from the Krannert Graduate School of Industrial Management at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 1977.
Marshall is a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the U.S. Aerospace Industries Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Regional Partnership. He also serves as a Director of Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and Becton, Dickinson and Company.
