LSB INDUSTRIES, INC. is a manufacturing, marketing, and engineering company with activities on a worldwide basis. LSB's principal business activities, through its subsidiaries, are the manufacturing and sale of a broad range of hydronic fan coils, water source and geothermal heat pumps, large custom air handlers and other products used in commercial and residential air-conditioning systems. It also manufactures and sells chemical products for mining, quarry and construction, agricultural and industrial acid markets. LSB's Corporate offices are based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA, LSB's corporate services staff provides financial planning, international, environmental, safety, legal, risk management as well as management information services to subsidiary companies. The Company is organized, through its subsidiary companies into business groups referred to as "Businesses". Each Business has its own organization and management. LSB's Businesses are market leaders in specific segments of the fertilizer, explosives, acids, and environmental control markets.
