Steven G. Bunger has served as our Chief Executive Officer, President and a director since April 1997, and as our Chairman of the Board since February 2001. Mr. Bunger joined Mobile Mini in 1983 and initially worked in our drafting and design department. He served in a variety of positions including dispatcher, salesperson and advertising coordinator before joining management. He served as sales manager of our Phoenix branch and our operations manager and Vice President of Operations and Marketing before becoming our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in November 1995. He is also a director of Cavco Industries, Inc., the nation's twelfth largest manufactured housing company. Mr. Bunger graduated from Arizona State University in 1986 with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Deborah K. Keeley has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since November 2005. From September 2005 to November 2005, she served as Senior Vice President and Controller. From August 1996 to September 2005 as Vice President and Controller and from August 1995 as Controller. Prior to joining us, she was Corporate Accounting Manager for Evans Withycombe Residential, an apartment developer for six years. Ms. Keeley has an Associates degree in Computer Science and received her Bachelors degree in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1989.

Jody E. Miller has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2009. Mr. Miller joined us in June 2008 as Senior Vice President, Southeastern Division from Mobile Storage Group. He had been a Regional Vice President-Southeast Region and North Region since March 2004 with Mobile Storage Group. Prior to that he had served as Regional Vice President of Rental Storage Corporation, working there from October 1988 to February 2004. Mr. Miller graduated from Central Missouri State University with a degree in construction engineering. He has worked in the equipment leasing and portable storage industry for 21 years. Age 41.

Lawrence Trachtenberg has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Secretary, Treasurer and a director since December 1995. He is responsible for all of our accounting, banking and related financial matters. Mr. Trachtenberg is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Before he joined us, Mr. Trachtenberg served as Vice President and General Counsel at Express America Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage banking company, from February 1994 through September 1995. Before then, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific International Services Corporation, a car rental and sales company, from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Trachtenberg is also a member of the board of trustees of the Arizona State Retirement System. Mr. Trachtenberg received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1981 and his B.A. in Accounting/Economics from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1977.
Mark E. Funk has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2008. Prior to joining us, he was with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. from September 1988 to November 2008, most recently as Managing Director in its Structured Debt Group, where he had worked on numerous high profile transactions. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Funk worked in their New York, London, Chicago and Los Angeles offices. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Funk passed the certified public accountant examination and was a senior auditor with KPMG. Mr. Funk earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles. Age 46.

Martin T Crayden joined MMI in April 2006 as Senior Vice President responsible for the companies operations in Europe. As part of the Royal Wolf acquisition, he previously served as Director/CEO responsible for Royal Wolf operations in the United Kingdom & Netherlands since September 2000. In 1984, he entered the UK container industry with UK domestic rental company 'Boxrent'. Initially employed as sales representative, he was soon promoted to sales manager and appointed a director in 1988. In 1990, through acquisition, Mr. Crayden joined the GE owned business, Genstar Instant Space Europe as Leasing Director, leaving in 1994 to join a 'start-up' business in the domestic container rental sector as director. This business was sold to Triton Container International in 1997 and was re-branded as Royal Wolf UK.

Russell C. Lemley has served as our Senior Vice President of Western Division since 1999 and served as our Vice President of Operations from June 1998 to November 1999. He joined us in August 1988 as Construction Superintendent to build our Los Angeles, California 10 acre facility, served as Plant Manager of that facility from 1989 to 1994, as General Manager from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Lemley just finished serving as the Project Manager from 1984 through 1987 for the largest automated pallet rack high rise in the United Sates for Ralph's Grocery in San Fernando, Ca. and managed the construction of the first automated parts pallet rack facility for Suzuki in Brea, Ca.

Jon D. Keating has served as our Senior Vice President of Operations since January 2008. He joined Mobile Mini in 1996, and has also served as Vice President of Manufacturing from April 2005 to December 2007, Regional Manager from March of 2000 to April 2005 and from November of 1996 to March of 2000 as Branch Manager at our Phoenix sales branch. Prior to joining Mobile Mini, Jon worked for Phoenix Fuel Company as a salesperson. Mr. Keating received an Honorable Discharge from the Marines in 1991 and served in Operation Desert Storm / Desert Shield.

Kyle G. Blackwell has served as our Senior Vice President of the Eastern Division since 2002 and served as our Vice President of Operations from 1999 to 2000. He join MMI in March 1998 as Assistant Plant Manager and moved into Sales in 1990. Mr. Blackwell was promoted to Regional Manager in 1995 to 1999 where he helped start all of the Texas locations. Before Mobile Mini, Mr. Blackwell worked as an outside sales representative for Central Floors distributing from 1986 to 1988.
Ronald J. Marshall has served as our Senior Vice President of the Central Division since 2002. He joined MMI in February of 1997 as Branch Manager of our Tucson facility. In 1998 he was promoted to Director of Acquisitions where he helped open 9 new branches. He was promoted to Regional Manager in 2000 where he was first in charge of the mountain states and then transferring to the western coast to oversee California, Washington and Arizona. Prior to joining Mobile Mini, Mr. Marshall was the General Manager for Pearce Distributing in Phoenix, where he worked for 21 years.
William E. Armstead serves as our Senior Vice President after joining Mobile Mini with the June 2008 Mobile Storage Group merger, where he held the position of Region Vice President since September of 2004. Mr. Armstead has 25 years of tenure in the equipment rental industry, 16 of those with Rental Service Corporation, where he held District and Regional sales, fleet and operational management roles.

Frederick G. McNamee, III has served as a director since June 2008. He has been a principal of Quadrus Consulting, a consulting practice primarily focused in the manufacturing operations and strategic planning domains, since 2000. From 1994 to 1998, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Circuits Corporation, which manufactured complex, multi-layer circuit boards used in electronic equipment intended for the computer, communications, instrumentation and industrial controls industries. Following the acquisition of Continental Circuits by Hadco Corporation in 1998, he served as Hadco s interim chief technology officer and senior vice president in charge of operations in Malaysia and Phoenix. Mr. McNamee received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1979. Age 52.

Michael E. Donovan has served as a Mobile Mini director since June 2008, and on the Mobile Storage Group board since August 2006. Mr. Donovan joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2001 and is currently a Principal. Prior to joining WCAS, Mr. Donovan worked at Windward Capital Partners and the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Donovan currently serves on the Board of Directors of several privately-held companies, including Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, Inc., Vision Logistic Holding Corp. and United Surgical Partners International Inc. Sanjay Swani currently is a General Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. He joined WCAS in 1999 focusing on investments in the information and business services and communications industries. Prior to joining WCAS, he was a Director with Fox Paine & Company, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. Swani also spent four years in the Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring Department and two years in the Debt Capital Markets Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. He earned an undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1987 and concurrent degrees from the Harvard Law School and the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1994.
