Mr. Hingarh brings over 30 years of executive management experience in engineering and product line management to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he was vice president of engineering at Hellosoft, Inc., an IP licensor of embedded system software for convergence mobile platforms. Before that, he was senior vice president of engineering at Silicon Access Networks. He has also served as senior director of engineering at Sun Microsystems and product line director at National Semiconductor, and was involved in many key technology developments at Fairchild Research Center.
Mr. Hingarh earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the BITS Pilani, India and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dave is an accomplished, successful executive with over 20 years of experience in the EDA industry. Most recently Dave was at Cadence for over 7 years in a variety of executive roles. In his first role as General Manager of Cadence's PCB business he drove Cadence to the worldwide leadership position in the PCB and IC Packaging markets. He was then promoted to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, with responsibility for all of Cadence's products and services and for the company's strategic planning efforts. Dave was then promoted to Executive Vice President of Cadence's Systems Business, which included the Silicon-Package-Board and Emulation solutions. Prior to Cadence, Dave was Group Vice President of Viewlogic's Systems business. Dave began his career in EDA in 1983 at Racal-Redac, which was later acquired by Zuken. Dave spent six years living in Europe driving Racal-Redac's worldwide product development and marketing activities. He was instrumental in merging Racal-Redac with Zuken, and in his last role was Managing Director of Zuken-Redac, responsible for all of the companies' product development, marketing, sales and operations activities in Europe and North America. Dave earned a BS degree in computer engineering from Boston University.

Mr. Singh adds 25 years of experience to the MoSys team. He joins the company from Synfora, an EDA company where he was vice president of sales and marketing. He previously served as the vice president of worldwide sales of Virage Logic and was executive vice-president and general manager at 3Dlabs. Prior to 3Dlabs, Mr. Singh was vice president of Dupont Pixel. Mr. Singh graduated with honors from Kings College, University of Aberdeen, Scotland, receiving a combined masters degree in English Literature.

Kamesh Rao is widely recognized as one of the world's foremost non-volatile memory design experts. He is Director of Engineering, NVM Products at MoSys inc. He was Director of design at Xilinx inc. in their CPLD division and Xilinx Research Labs. He holds over 32 patents worldwide on various aspects of non-volatile memory, CPLD and FPGA designs. He received Ross Freeman Award for Technical Innovation in 1996. He managed a high-level system design tools project at IMEC, Belgium. He previously worked in non-volatile memory design at National Semiconductor, Signetics, intel and Catalyst Semiconductor. He designed the first Flash memory product for intel in 1986. He holds two Ph.Ds, in Solid State Physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and in Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance from Andhra University, Waltair, India. He was an Assistant Professor of Physics for 4 years at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Chi-Ping Hsu. Dr. Hsu was appointed to our board of directors on August 12, 2004. Dr. Hsu is currently a Vice President at Cadence Design Systems in charge of the company s synthesis product lines, which position he has held since April 2003. From November 2001 to April 2003, Dr. Hsu was President and Chief Operating Officer of Get2Chip, a supplier of high-performance system-on-chip synthesis, which was acquired by Cadence. From January 1995 to November 2001, Dr. Hsu was a member of the Executive Staff at Avant! where he was responsible for directing the company s product and business strategy. A graduate of the Taiwan National University with a B.S. in electrical engineering, Dr. Hsu also holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jim Kupec brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in semiconductor development and operations to eSilicon. Kupec's prior experience includes president of UMC USA, with worldwide marketing, sales and field engineering responsibilities for UMC's silicon foundry operations. While at UMC, he grew sales from $750 million to $3.2 billion. Prior to UMC, Kupec held several senior management positions at Cypress Semiconductor, including P&L responsibility for memory, datacom, programmable logic and computer products. Kupec started his career at Mostek/United Technologies. He has held a board of directors seat for the Fabless Semiconductor Association and serves on the board of directors for MoSys. He also advises several technology companies. He earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Len Perham is a Venture Partner at a locally based Venture Capital firm specializing in cross border collaborative investments and has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial success, executive leadership and semiconductor experience. Len is the current Chairman of the Board at NetLogic Microsystems (NASDAQ:NETL) and Optimal Corporation and is a long time member of the board of directors of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group. Previously Len served as CEO of Integrated Device Technology. During his 16-year tenure, Len incubated several companies including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices (acquired by PMC Sierra), Monolithic Systems Technology (MoSys), Clear-Logic and Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Len was president and CEO of Optical Information Systems, Inc., a division of Exxon Enterprises. He was also a member of the founding team at ZiLOG Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital. Len received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston in 1968.

has over 20 years of corporate management, engineering management, and entrepreneurial experience in software/hardware design, system/IC design, IP business, design services business, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA). He was appointed to the MoSys board of directors in August, 2004. Tommy is a partner in EXA Ventures, a venture capital investment firm specializing in IT, semiconductor, communications, multimedia technology/services/content, software, and the incubation of early stage technology companies. Before founding EXA Ventures, Tommy held various executive and engineering positions at Tera Systems, Mentor Graphics, Silicon Compiler Systems, and Bell Labs. Tommy also serves on the board of directors of MoSys and Focus Enhancements, both publicly-traded semiconductor companies, and five other private companies.
