Steven R. Carlson has served as our Chief Executive Officer and President since July 2005 and on our Board since May 2006. From March 2005 until July 2005, he served as our President. Prior to joining us, Mr. Carlson held senior executive positions with several start-up ventures including ReVance Therapeutics (formerly Essentia Biosystems) from 2004 to 2005, and Orquest Inc. (acquired by Johnson and Johnson) from 1995 to 2003. Mr. Carlson began his career with 15 years at Allergan, where his management experience included Senior Vice President of Marketing and General Manager responsible for building the Botox Global business from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Carlson received his B.S. in biology and chemistry from the University of Minnesota.

With over 20 years of experience in both commercial and nonprofit direct marketing, Anita is OMP's managing partner and Chief Operating Officer. Anita devotes most of her time to managing the firm's staff and directing its business affairs. In addition, when launching new client relationships, the firm takes advantage of her special skill in designing accounting and financial performance tracking systems. Anita's favorite pasttime is watching college and professional basketball games.

Stephen A. Garcia has served as our chief financial officer since July 2005. Mr. Garcia joined us as the director of finance in July 2003 and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in November 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Garcia served as the chief financial officer of Universal Broadband Communications from 2002 to 2003 and the chief financial officer of CCC GlobalCom Corp. from 2001 to 2002. CCC GlobalCom Corp.'s two subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy in December 2003 and January 2004. Mr. Garcia served as the chief financial officer of Incomnet Communications Corp from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Garcia served in senior and mid-level financial management positions for Incomnet Communications Corp., Melles Griot, Inc. and Focus/MRI, Inc. from 1991 to 1998. Mr. Garcia began his career in 1987 with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Garcia is a CPA and received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Curtis A. Cluff has served as our executive vice president, corporate development and operations since June 2005. He joined us as chief financial officer and senior vice president, operations in January 2002. Previously Mr. Cluff served as the chief financial officer of Beyond Corporation from 2000 to 2002, and as a vice president, finance for Merisel Inc., a fortune 500 technology distribution company from 1996 to 2000. Beyond Corporation filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy in January 2002, seeking both state and federal protection. Prior to his time with Merisel Inc., Mr. Cluff served from 1994 to 1996 as the financial controller for the U.S. Pacific division of Westburne Inc., a multi-billion dollar wholesale distributor based in Montreal. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP's Audit and Advisory Services group, specializing in distribution and high-tech manufacturing. Mr. Cluff is a CPA and received his B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University.

Mr. Goldstein joined OMP in October 1999 and today he serves as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Field Marketing. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Goldstein served in sales management positions for Allergan. Previously, Mr. Goldstein worked with Johnson & Johnson, where he contributed in various sales positions with a particular focus on dermatology products such as Retin-A . Prior to beginning his career in sales, Mr. Goldstein served for four years in the United States Marine Corps, earning a Navy Commendation of Meritorious service, the highest peace time medal. Mr. Goldstein holds a Masters of Business Administration from National University of San Diego.

Ms. Hattendorf's healthcare career spans from services to products. She has over 15 years experience working in major hospitals as the Director of Critical Care Services and Women's Health Programs. Before joining Obagi, she served as Vice President Human Resources at Duramed Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Barr Laboratories), a company focused on developing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) products. It was during her tenure at Duramed/Barr, Ms Hattendorf was responsible for business development of their European branch. It was during her time in the UK that Ms Hattendorf began her employment with OMP, where she created and operated the first London based subsidiary. At OMP Long Beach, she has been responsible for Human Resources, International Marketing, Regulatory and Product Development. Currently, as SVP of Product Development, Ms Hattendorf is responsible for directing the R+D, Regulatory and Quality functions. She earned cum laude degrees both in Registered Nursing from CUNY in New York City and a Bachelor of Arts in business from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Lori Meloche serves as OMP's VP operations and is responsible for all content and production of OMP's products.

Karen Lozada leads OMP's internal call center and research efforts. The accuracy and completeness of OMP's data products is of paramount importance and Ms. Lozada ensures all data is of the highest quality. Ms. Lozada joined OMP in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.

Dr. Michael W. Hill is a board-certified otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, specializing in facial plastic surgery. He is an Iowa native. Having completed his doctorate degree at the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine, followed by an internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA, Dr. Hill completed his residency specialty training in head and neck, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. He is well known for his expertise in eyelid surgery and facial skin resurfacing. Dr. Hill founded the Otolaryngology and Facial Cosmetic Surgery Department at Wolfe Clinic in Marshalltown, IA, in 1977. An active lecturer on many medical topics for lay and professional audiences, Dr. Hill is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Board of Otolaryngology, the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. In the past, he served on the teaching faculty of Obagi Medical Products, in Beverly Hills.

For 20 years Scott McConnell has been behind many of OMP's most impressive successes. With over 20 years experience, Scott is a specialist in fundraising analysis and list selection. In addition, Scott is a driving force with OMP's political clients. Scott is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Bruce Springsteen fan.

Edward A. Grant has served on our Board since November 2005. He is a principal and practice director at Arthur Andersen LLP. He has been a professional at Andersen for more than thirty years. He was an audit partner with the firm for sixteen years, serving as the auditor to several public companies, including companies in the health care industry. Mr. Grant is a member of the board of directors of Merisel, Inc. and the chair of its Audit Committee. Mr. Grant received his bachelor's and two master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and became a CPA in 1976. He is a past member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society and has served on several civic boards.

Ronald P. Badie, 65, joined our Board of Directors in August 2005. Mr. Badie spent over 35 years with Deutsche Bank and its predecessor, Bankers Trust Company, retiring in 2002 as Vice Chairman of Deutsche Bank Alex Brown (now Deutsche Bank Securities), the firm s investment banking subsidiary. Over the years, Mr. Badie held a variety of senior level positions with the firm and its predecessor, Bankers Trust Company, in both New York and Los Angeles. Mr. Badie currently serves as a director and audit committee member of Obagi Medical Products, Inc., Amphenol Corporation, and Merisel Inc. In addition, Mr. Badie serves on the compensation committee and is the chairman of the compensation committee for Obagi Medical Products. Mr. Badie is a graduate of Bucknell University and received an MBA from New York University s Stern School of Business.

Albert F. Hummel has served on our board since November 2005. Mr. Hummel has served as chief executive officer of Pentech Pharmaceuticals Inc., a product development company, since 1998. From 1994 until 1998, Mr. Hummel was a co-founder and general partner of Affordable Residential Communities LLC. Since 1986, he has served as a director of Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. and was its chief financial officer from October 1991 until December 1994. Mr. Hummel was co-founder of Bradley Hummel Inc., a NYSE firm, and began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co in 1970 as a member of the investment banking group.

Bradley J. Hoecker has served on our Board of Directors since 1999. He has been a partner and director of Stonington Partners since November 1997, having served as a principal of Stonington Partners since its formation in 1993. He has also been a partner and a director of Stonington II since November 1997. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Hoecker worked as a consultant for Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, Inc., or MLCP, a private investment firm that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co. He was a principal of MLCP from 1993 to 1994 and an associate of MLCP from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Hoecker was also an associate of the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated from 1989 to 1994. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Hoecker was employed by Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Hoecker currently serves as director on several privately held corporations. He is also currently a director of Merisel, Inc. and Conihasset Capital Partners, Inc., a publicly traded holding company concentrating in the semiconductor equipment and materials industry. Mr. Hoecker received his B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and his M.M. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Dr. Dean Kane, Baltimore Plastic Surgeon is one of the preeminent professionals in the field of cosmetic surgery in Maryland. Dr. Dean Kane has been enhancing the lives of his national and international patients for years. Many travel to his office in Baltimore to receive safe, high-quality care at the hand of an expertly trained professional. He specializes in a full range of surgical and non-surgical procedures, such as breast surgery, abdominoplasty, facelift, Botox, Restylane, collagen, and liposuction, and is dedicated to achieving optimal results for his cosmetic surgery patients in Maryland. Before opening his practice in Baltimore, plastic surgeon, Dr. Dean Kane received expert training and education. After receiving his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1980, Dr. Kane completed a General Surgery residency at the reputable Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Gainesville. He also holds a certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery from the American Society of Aesthetic Surgery. Privileged at Northwest Hospital Center, Mercy Medical Center, and SurgiCenter of Baltimore, Dr. Kane has served on the Faculty Board of Dr. Zein Obagi and Obagi Medical Products since 1997, remains active as an associate clinical professor for the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital, and is the founder and past director of the Wound Center of Northwest Hospital Center. Dr. Kane is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine and holds memberships in many respectable professional organizations. These include the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery, the American Academy of Wound Management, the American Association of Wound Care, the Lipoplasty Society of North America, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the John Staige Davis Maryland Plastic Surgery Society (past president). A talented lecturer and author, Dr. Kane has published his work in numerous medical books and journals and has presented at national conferences on cosmetic surgery in Maryland and nationally.

Mr. Bartholdson has been a Partner of Stonington since 2006 and was a Principal of Stonington since August 1999, having served as an Associate since June 1997, when he rejoined the firm after earning his MBA. He has been engaged in private equity investing since 1992, having served as an investment professional with Stonington from 1994 to 1995 and Merrill Lynch Capital Partners from 1992 to 1994. He is currently a director of the following Stonington portfolio companies: HK Systems, Inc. and Obagi Medical Products, Inc. Mr. Bartholdson received his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and his B.A. from Duke University.
