Gerald W. Schwartz is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Onex. Mr. Schwartz has been a director of Celestica since 1998. Prior to founding Onex in 1983, Mr. Schwartz was a co-founder and President (in 1977) of what is now CanWest Global Communications Corp. Mr. Schwartz was inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame in 2004 and was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2006. He is also an honorary director of the Bank of Nova Scotia and is a director of Indigo Books & Music Inc., a public corporation. Mr. Schwartz is Vice Chairman of Mount Sinai Hospital and is a director, governor or trustee of a number of other organizations, including Junior Achievement of Toronto, the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews, and The Simon Wiesenthal Center. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manitoba, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, a Doctor of Laws (Hon.) from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Hon.) from Tel Aviv University.

David J. Mansell is currently a Principal at Onex Corporation and serves on the board of Husky Injection Molding Systems and Radian Communication Services Corporation. Prior to joining Onex in 2002, Mr. Mansell worked as a consultant for four years with McKinsey & Company, during which time he was an Engagement Manager in the Toronto office and an Associate in the New York City office. Previously, Mr. Mansell worked for Grant Thornton. Mr. Mansell became a director of Tube City IMS Corporation in January 2007.

Heather Reisman (60) . Ms. Reisman has been a director since 2007. She is the founder of Indigo Books & Music, Inc., a Canadian book and music retailer, and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1996. Ms. Reisman also serves on the Board of Directors of Onex Corporation.

William A. Etherington was elected as one of our directors in May 2006. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Mr. Etherington retired from IBM in September 2001 as Senior Vice President and Group Executive, Sales and Distribution. Mr. Etherington spent over 37 years with IBM and was a member of IBM’s Operations Committee and Worldwide Management Council. He also serves on the boards of directors of Celestica Inc. and MDS Inc.
