Mr. Shackleton has served as director of the Company since January 1999 and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since July 2005. From November 1998 to July 2005, Mr. Shackleton served as President of the Company. From July 1996 to 1998, Mr. Shackleton served as President of the Platinum Solution division for Platinum Technology Inc. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Professional Services for the Central U.S. and South America at Sybase, Inc., as Vice President of Worldwide Consulting at View Star Corp., a document management imaging company, and he directed several consulting practices for Oracle Systems Corp. Mr. Shackleton is also currently a director of OmniViz, Inc.

Tom Jenkins is Executive Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of Open Text Corporation based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He has served as a Director of Open Text since December 1994 and as its Chairman since June, 30 1998 and most recently as its Executive Chairman since June 30, 2005. From July 1994 to July 1997 Tom Jenkins was President of Open Text and from July 1997 until July 2005, Tom Jenkins served as Chief Executive Officer of Open Text. Tom Jenkins was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of the Company in August 2005 and currently serves in that capacity. From December 1986 until June 1994, Tom Jenkins held several executive positions with DALSA Inc., an electronic imaging manufacturer based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Prior to these positions, he was employed in a variety of technical and managerial capacities at a variety of information technology based companies in Canada. In addition to his Open Text responsibilities, Tom Jenkins is currently a member of the board of BMC Software Inc., a software corporation based in Houston, Texas. He is also an appointed member of the Government of Canada's Competition Policy Review Panel and an appointed member of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Tom Jenkins received an M.B.A. in entrepreneurship & technology management from the Schulich School of Business at York University, an M.A.Sc. in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto and a B.Eng. & Mgt. in Engineering Physics and Commerce from McMaster University Tom Jenkins was elected to the Canadiana.org Board June 2008.

In his role at Open Text, Mr. Forquer is responsible for all marketing within Open Text and additionally provides oversight for Open Text’s emerging and adjacent ECM solutions groups. Over his ten years with Open Text, Mr. Forquer has held executive positions responsible for business development, partners and alliance programs. He has championed key strategic initiatives in the company that have helped Open Text grow to become a worldwide ECM leader, with 3,000 employees and almost $700 million in annual revenues. Mr. Forquer joined Open Text in 1998, when the company acquired Information Dimensions, Inc. (IDI), where he was president. He began his career in 1981 at Battelle Laboratories, developing library and litigation software that subsequently spun-off to become IDI. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics Education and a M.S. in Computer and Information Science, both from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Damian Saccocio joined Open Text as Vice President, Marketing and Product Management in October 2007. Prior to joining the Open Text Digital Media Group, Damian worked for a decade at American Online in a variety of product and strategy roles. Damian is the inventor of the AOL Wallet which received a U.S. patent in 2005. Damian has bootstrapped his own start up, Digital Shoeboxes, which sought to solve consumer's personal digital media needs. He worked most recently at Hillcrest Laboratories where he led their efforts on advertising and content services. Damian's education includes a BS in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MS in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and PhD in Management (Strategy and Technology) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

As Senior VP of Worldwide Sales, Mike Barros is responsible for expanding Inlet's reach into global markets by building on successes already achieved in the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific, and for growing Inlet's market presence in the media and entertainment, public, education and broader commercial sectors. With more than 20 years of experience, Mike has a proven record of success in managing, marketing and selling business software and service solutions. He most recently served as vice president of sales at Artesia Digital Media Group, an Open Text company, where he helped the company achieve 40+% annual growth through relationships with customers such as Twentieth Century Fox, Grupo Televisa, Comcast, Discovery Communications, HBO, WGBH, Random House, BBDO Worldwide, General Motors, Whirlpool, the US Department of Defense, and the Smithsonian Institution. Prior to that, he led worldwide business development efforts for the same company, and established partnerships with Microsoft, Sun, HP, EMC, SAP, Accenture, Infosys, Northrop Grumman and SAIC, among others. Mike completed his undergraduate degree at Carnegie Mellon University and subsequently earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He began his career running his own consulting group, before spending 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was recognized as a thought leader in strategy formulation, and led a number of worldwide corporate strategy engagements in multiple industries.

Ken Olisa is founder and Chairman of Restoration Partners Limited, a specialized technology merchant bank which launched in 2006. He was Chairman of Interregnum plc from 2000 to 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1992. Mr. Olisa joined the Reuters board in 2004. He also serves on the boards of several charitable organizations. He has a MA from Cambridge University.

Mr. Slaunwhite has served as a director of the Company since March 1998. Mr. Slaunwhite is presently Executive Chairman of Halogen Software Inc. Mr. Slaunwhite had served as CEO and Chairman of Halogen Software Inc., a leading provider of employee performance management software, from 2000 to August 2006, and as President and Chairman from 1995 to 2000. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Slaunwhite was an independent consultant to a number of companies assisting them with strategic and financing plans. Mr. Slaunwhite was Chief Financial Officer of Corel Corporation from 1988 to 1993. Mr. Slaunwhite holds a B.A. Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University.

Mr. Sadler has served as a director of the Company since September 1997. From April 2000 to present, Mr. Sadler has served as the Chairman and CEO of Enghouse Systems Limited, a software engineering company that develops geographic information systems as well as interactive voice response systems. Mr. Sadler was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GEAC from 1987 to 1990, was President and Chief Executive Officer of GEAC from 1990 to 1996, was Vice Chairman thereof from 1996 to 1998, and was a Senior Advisor to GEAC on acquisitions until May 1999. Prior to Mr. Sadler's involvement with GEAC, he held executive positions with Phillips Electronics Limited and Loblaws Companies Limited. Mr. Sadler is Chairman of Helix Investments (Canada) Inc., a position he has held since early 1998. Mr. Sadler is also currently a director of Enghouse Systems Limited, and Belzberg Technologies Ltd. Mr. Sadler holds a B.A. Sc. (Honours) in industrial engineering and an M.B.A. (Dean's List) and he is a Chartered Accountant.
