Daniel Gossels is a Principal in the Media and Entertainment practice at Montgomery & Co. Mr. Gossels is responsible for providing merger and acquisition advisory, corporate finance, and capital raising services to growth companies in the digital media and online service industries. He has a particular focus on content and distribution, lead generation and marketing services companies. Mr. Gossels' professional experience includes both investment banking and operating experience. Prior to joining Montgomery & Co. in September 2005, Mr. Gossels was president and chief operating officer of Hypnotic / Enigma Media, Inc. in New York. Before joining Hypnotic, he was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation where he worked on a M&A, high yield and equity (IPO) transactions in the principally in the media space. Prior to that, Mr. Gossels worked at Bankers Trust / BT Securities Corporation in their corporate capital markets and asset finance groups in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Gossels' transaction experience spans a broad range of industries, including Media and Communications, Hospitality, Paper and Forest Products, and Capital Goods. Selected companies include Charter Communications, Qwest Communications, Candlewood Suites, Stone Container and Owens-Illinois. Mr. Gossels received his M.B.A from Columbia Business School and he received his B.A. from Brown University.

Between April 2004 and March 2007, Mr. Ho served as the President of Nokia China Investment Limited, the Chinese operating subsidiary of Finland-based Nokia Corporation, a multinational telecommunications company. Since January 2002, Mr. Ho has also served as Nokia China Investment Limited's Senior Vice President, Networks Greater China. Between 2000 and August 2001, Mr. Ho was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks China Limited, the Chinese operating subsidiary of Canada-based Nortel Networks Corporation, a multinational telecommunications company. Between 1998 and 1999, Mr. Ho was the Vice President and General Manager of Nortel Networks China Limited's Greater China Wireless Solutions division. Prior to joining Nortel Networks China Limited, Mr. Ho spent 15 years working in the Chinese operating subsidiaries of multinational telecommunications companies in roles of increasing responsibility.
