Polaris Industries Inc.

Scott Wine, 41, joined Polaris Industries Inc. as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on September 1, 2008. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Wine was President of Fire Safety Americas, a division of United Technologies from 2007 to August 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Wine held senior leadership positions at Danaher Corp. in the United States and Europe from 2003 to 2007, including President of its Jacob Vehicle Systems and Veeder-Roots subsidiaries, and Vice President and General Manger, Manufacturing Programs in Europe (lived 3 years in Germany). From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Wine held a number of operations and executive posts, both international and domestic with Allied Signal Corporations’ Aerospace Division (became Honeywell after 1999 merger). After graduating from the Naval Academy in 1989, Mr. Wine was a Naval Officer from 1993 to 1996 holding various positions, including an assignment at the Pentagon.

Mr. Morgan was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in April 2005, prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager of the ATV Division of Polaris Industries. Prior to managing the ATV Division. Mr. Morgan was General Manager of the PGA Division for Polaris from 1997-2001. He joined Polaris in 1987 and spent his early career in various product development, marketing and operations management positions of increasing responsibility. Morgan earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management – University of Minnesota in 1987 with an emphasis in Marketing. Prior to graduate school, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota in 1985.

Mr. Fisher was promoted to Vice President and Chief Information Officer in November 2007, and has been Chief Information officer since July 1999. He has also served as General Manager of Service overseeing all technical, dealer, and consumer service operations since 2005. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Fisher was employed by MTS Systems for 15 years in various positions in information services, software engineering, control product development, and general management. Before that time, Mr. Fisher worked as a civil engineer for Anderson-Nichols and he later joined Autocon Industries, where he developed process control software.

Mr. Longren was promoted to Vice President and Chief Technical Officer in November 2007, and has been the Chief Technical Officer since May 2006. Mr. Longren joined Polaris in January 2003 as the Director of Engineering for the ATV Division. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Longren was a Vice President in the Weapons Systems Division of Alliant Tech System and Vice President, Engineering and Marketing at Blount Spotting Equipment Group.

Mr. Malone has been Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company since January 1997. Mr. Malone was Vice President and Treasurer of the Company form December 1994 to January 1997 and was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a predecessor company of Polaris from January 1993 to December 1994. Prior thereto and since 1986, he was Assistant Treasurer of a predecessor company of Polaris. Mr. Malone joined Polaris in 1984 after four years with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Bjorkman has been Vice President - Operations of the Company since July 2000. Mr. Bjorkman had been Vice President - Manufacturing since January 1995, and prior thereto held positions of Plant Manager and Manufactuuring Engineering Manager since July 1990. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Bjorkman was employed by General Motors Corporation in various management positions for nine years.

Mr. Corness has been Vice President - Human Resources of the Company since January 1999. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Corness was employed by General Electric Company in various human resource positions for nine years. Before that time, Mr. Corness held various human resource positions with Maple Leaf Foods and Transalta Utilities.

Mr. Blackwell has been Vice President — Victory Motorcycles since October 2005, and was also Vice President - International Operations from October 2005 to December 2008. Mr. Blackwell joined Polaris in September 2000 as General Manager for Victory Motorcycles. Mr. Blackwell has over 30 years of progressive experience in the powersports industry, beginning in retail and working through a variety of assignments at the distributor and manufacturer levels for Japanese, European and American companies.

Ms. McConnell has been Vice President and General Counsel since joining the company in 2003. Just prior to joining Polaris, Ms. McConnell was General Counsel for the Control Products Division of Honeywell. From 1995 to 2002, Ms. McConnell was employed by Genmar Holdings, Inc. and served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Before that time, Ms. McConnell was a partner with the Minneapolis law firm of Lindquist & Vennum and was an Assistant County Attorney with the Dakota County Attorneys’ Office. Prior to attending law school, Ms. McConnell was a Senior Biologist with the U.S. Corps of Engineers.

Matt Homan was promoted to Vice President Off-Road Vehicle Division in December 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Homan was Vice President and General Manager of the Side-by-Side Division since August 2008, General Manager of the Side-by-Side Division since December 2005, and was Director of Marketing for the All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Division since joining Polaris in 2002. Prior to working at Polaris, Matt spent nearly seven years at General Mills in Minneapolis working in various marketing and brand management assignments. Matt earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Prior to graduate school, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Journalism from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Dougherty was promoted to Vice President – Global New Market Development in December 2008, prior to this, Mr. Dougherty was Vice President and General Manager of the ATV Division since November 2007, and was General Manager of the ATV Division since April 2005. In 1998, Mr. Dougherty joined Polaris as the International Sales Manager for Europe, Mid East and Africa. In 2002, Mr. Dougherty accepted the position of General Manager, International Operations. Prior to Polaris, he was employed at Trident Medical International, a trading company which had offices in Hong Kong, Miami and Denmark.

Mr. Jonikas was promoted to Vice President – Sales and Marketing in November 2007, and was the General Manager of Sales and Marketing since April 2005. Mr. Jonikas joined Polaris Industries in May 2000 as Director of Marketing and Product Management for the ATV Division. In 2003 he was promoted to General Manager of the Side-by-Side vehicle product line. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Jonikas spent 12 years at General Mills in numerous general management assignments.

Mr. Swenson was promoted to Vice President and General Manager Snowmobile and PG&A Divisions in November 2007. Prior to his current position, Mr. Swenson was General Manager of the Snowmobile Division since April, 2006 and General Manager of the PG&A Division beginning in May 2001. In 1998 Mr. Swenson joined Polaris as Assistant Treasurer. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Swenson was employed in various finance positions at General Electric and Shell Oil Company.

Iowa-born comedian Tom Arnold has been riding since he was a kid kicking around the family farm on a dirt bike, and that Iowa connection eventually brought the film and television star into the Victory family. Several years ago, after touring Iowa on a trip sponsored by the governor's office, Tom was approached by Polaris representatives asking if he would be interested in riding a motorcycle built in Spirit Lake, Iowa. He was not sure what to expect.

Director since 2003. Ms. Clayton, 43, has been the Vice President, Manufacturing for the Americas of Dell Corporation since February 2006. From June 2005 until February 2006, Ms. Clayton served as Vice President, General Motors North American Quality and a member of the GM North American Strategy Board. Prior to that assignment she was the President and a director of Saturn Corporation, a subsidiary of General Motors Corporation, since April 2001. She was the Executive Director of Global Manufacturing Systems — Quality of General Motors Corporation from April 2000 to April 2001. From 1983 to 2000, Ms. Clayton held a number of production, engineering and management positions at General Motors’ assembly plants in Moraine, Ohio; Fort Wayne, Indiana; and Oshawa, Ontario. She is a governing board member for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a member of the External Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and Computer Science at Wright State University. Ms. Clayton is a member of our Audit Committee and Technology Committee.

Director since 1994. Mr. Palen, 51, was elected to serve as the non-executive Chairman of our Board of Directors in May 2002 and has been Chairman of Spectro Alloys, an aluminum manufacturing company, since 1989 and Chief Executive Officer of Palen/Kimball Company, a heating and air conditioning company, since 1983. He is a director of Valspar Corporation, a painting and coating manufacturing company. Mr. Palen also serves as a director of Opus Northwest, LLC, a construction and real estate development company, and Fabcon, a manufacturer of structural concrete wall panels. Mr. Palen is also a director of various private and non-profit corporations. Mr. Palen is a member of our Technology Committee.

Mr. Wiehoff, 45, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., a global provider of multimodal transportation services and logistics solutions, and has served in that capacity since 2002. He was President of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. from 1999 to 2002 and held various financial and management positions from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Wiehoff also serves as a director of Donaldson Company, Inc.

Director since 2000. Mr. Schreck, 62, is a registered professional engineer and retired Vice President, Technology, General Electric Company. He has been the President of RMS Engineering, LLC, an engineering and business consulting business, and a member of the staff of the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering since January 1998. Mr. Schreck also serves as a director of the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation, a private, nonprofit organization. Mr. Schreck serves as the Chair of our Technology Committee and is also a member of our Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.

Mr. Caulk, 57, is the Chairman of Bushnell Outdoor Products, a global manufacturer and marketer of sports optics and outdoor accessories. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Industries Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, from 2001 through 2005 and was its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2001. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Brands, North America, following its acquisition of United Industries in 2005, until February 2006. Mr. Caulk also serves as a director on several corporate and non-profit boards, including Bushnell Outdoor Products, Sligh Furniture Company and the St. Louis Academy of Science. Mr. Caulk serves as the Chair of our Compensation Committee and also is a member of our Technology Committee.

Director since 2006. Mr. Van Dyke, 61, was the Chairman of the Board of Donaldson Company, Inc., a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems and replacement parts, from August 2004 until his retirement in 2005. He was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Donaldson Company from 1996 to August 2004 and held various financial and management positions from 1980 to 1996. Mr. Van Dyke also serves as a director of Graco Inc. and Alliant Techsystems Inc. Mr. Van Dyke is the Chairman of our Audit Committee.
