Mr. Sullivan joined what is today known as Morgan Asset Management in 1982 and is currently President and Chief Investment Officer for Morgan Asset Management. Prior to the merger between AmSouth and Regions in November 2006, Mr. Sullivan was President of AmSouth Asset Management, Inc. Prior to taking on that responsibility in June 2004, Mr. Sullivan was Head of Value Equity for AmSouth Asset Management, Inc. Prior to that role, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Fixed Income Officer at AmSouth Asset Management Inc. supervising a staff of professionals responsible for the direct management of discretionary funds and for the provision of investment advice to other portfolios. Tim Laney, 47, joined Regions in August 2007 after serving as the Global Large Corporate Treasury Executive at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. Grayson Hall, 51, is Vice Chairman of Regions Financial Corporation and is a member of the company’s Executive Council. Grayson manages the General Banking Group, which includes all banking offices across a 16-state footprint, Morgan Keegan, Operations and Technology, and Corporate Marketing. Regions is a top U.
